I want to give this a 5 star for customer service from the register guy and Trish the manager- we were purchasing a few things and had a coupon they helped us with. Super nice and lovely people- they should get a raise for their good jobs

The worst, first went to the appt and their computer i had a glitch and they can’t find my appt. then called me back telling me they have my appt now, waited for 30 mins at the drive thur for them to check on my valid insurance to only get informed that they couldn’t get into my insurance info???? the WORST

This is one the best Cvs’s I have ever been too. The customer service is wonderful on both sides such as the retail and the pharmacy. The pharmacy is helpful, the staff are efficient in a timely manner. It’s a great atmosphere, when you walk in your greeted by an employee, they acknowledge customers if they notice they are looking for something and offer to help. This Cvs should get an award for being one of the best for their customer service if there is one!

You think theyd be smart enough to have a line for covid tests and 1 line for medications. Some ppl cannot get out and wall too well

I went to the pharmacy yesterday to speak with a representative about a cvs coupon and how it works. At the time I did not have a prescription but was trying to inquire how it would work if I asked my doctor for a prescription to use this coupon. With every question I asked, the staff repeatedly said I can not use your coupon, you need a prescription. I reminded her many times that I did not have a prescription and was trying to learn more about it. After repeated attempts to explain my question to no avail, I just left.

Always getting the run around from the pharmacy. Never receive faxes from my Dr. Office which put me in a bind more than once. Time to look for a new pharmacy. Staff is pretty nice though. They also charge a fee on top of my prescription cost.

Not only staff but also whole CVS organization need to learn about foreign customers law, rules and regulations, management skills and knowledge.I was there to make money order for application in USCIS and they asked for ID and I showed them passport and they checked my Visa instead of my passport date n name and they said they cant make money order because of my visa expired. Who gave them rights to check my visa?This is University area and they should know about this if not then kindly train and educate them about international students to.I was their frequently customer but not anymore.Good luck.Editing my review after 6 months, on 10/03/18 I visited this store again because this is the closest pharmacy store. They asked my ID again to buy Tylenol and I end up showing my ID to by Tylenol because I really needed.

Very rude people there, I opened a spray to see the endcap (because they have like 3 types and never nobody ask for help) and after I took a new one, a lady saw me doing that and never ask me for help,even I said sorry, she went to register to give that one that I opened and talking in Spanish I think because she wanted nobody hear any complain from me, I didnt do any complain just to leave that place,I work in customer service and always put the customer first not like that place

The store itself is ok but the pharmacy is horrific. Constant mistakes with prescriptions. The slowest service ever because of under staffing. The pharmacist has refused to fill prescriptions they felt were not appropriate and questioned the doctor. Very unprofessional and a absolutely no customer service to speak of. Avoid like the plague.

Also Stassy she is a good customer service and doing a good job .Also Cress, he a gentleman and do a good job, but Ido not like the vice mail because it is so stupid, keep repeating the question, without help the old vice mail was easy and smart . I wish they change it to old one .I like to thank all the staff over there 😊 .

Horrible pharmacy staff. Every woman aside from the pharmacist are nasty and snarky. I have complained to corporate but they condone their behavior.

Worst pharmacy ever, dont waste your time, they first told me to wait 15 minutes that my medication will be ready, then after 20 minutes of waiting they tell me that they can not give it to me all of the sudden they had to confirm it, waited the entire weekend and now come Monday they refuse to fill it, saying they dont have the medication. They do not even deserve a star. Worst costumer service ever! They dont even deserve a star!

Their bathrooms are out of order and only employee bathroom was available. My four-year-old had to pee and were told that it was Employee only and cannot use it. I will never spend money in the store again. Who doesnt allow a 4 year old to pee?! Get real

Was closed before 10 although they claim to be open until 10.
