On Thursday my wife and I take our 2 chihuahuas to the dog park in Fullerton, after that we treat ourselves to some ice cream at Rite Aid. We go I side see all the wonderfull flavors and the female clerk comes up to us and says, Sorry, the ice cream department is closed. The freezers are broken and we dont have any hot waterThe ice cream WASNT melted. My wife and I were shocked. We went to the Rite Aid by our home in La Mirada. The clerk was the nicest, well mannered person I ever met at Rite Aid. Thank you for being nice.

Worst customer service. Went in for ice cream. Its 945. The guy was in a hurry to get us out. To top it off 1/2 the ice cream was down so they only had a few flavors. I ordered 5 scoops. N let me say that he was very stingy with the scoops. Normally they would put a single.acoop.pf ice cream and let a lil bit. Go around the scoop to make it look like more. This guy didnt to that. He topped off the scoop on the side of the gallon. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this rite aid

Worst customer service ever I went in to get ice cream today and one of your employee named Esmeralda was so rude to me and my family. Not only was she rude to me and my family but she was also rude to the customers in front of us. I did not appreciate her rudeness at all if she doesn’t like her job then she should leave or you guys need to let her go.

Omg Esmeralda needs to get fired she has the worst attitude in the world she thinks she is cute with all that makeup she was wearing but nah you ugly inside and outside. Someone needs to check her for real or she needs to get fired

Went in for ice cream and asked for whatever was left in the tub, received some attitude, she took her time and even had another co worker come by and they had a nice conversation. I bought 3 quarts and on the tub I asked for all the leftovers she skimmed me almost 4 inches from the top but gave my companions tubs so full they couldn’t seal completely...petty lady

Bad customer service. There is a lady that has a really bad attitude, this is the second time that I come and both times she has acted very rude. It feels as if she is unaware of what customer service is.

I love this Rite Aid location. I buy their amazing and inexpensive ice cream. Black cherry is the best. I always find something at their all clearance section.

Very friendly staff and cheerful. Eddie was very polite and respectful. I always stop by this place for some quick groceries, ice cream, and pick up Rx. Thank you for being polite and the great customer service from everyone. It is also conveniently located within a large plaza with plenty of parking.

I have been coming here for a while and Ive noticed that the people from the pharmacy have been slowly getting less friendly (even before the outbreak) and like they dont really want to be there. Its rare to see a genuine smile from them. Today, when I called regarding a refill and couldnt quite understand what the Indian lady was saying, she got infuriated and when I told her thank you after the explanation, she just hung up without a word and without asking me if I need anything else. I was surprised and upset by how she became angry in a split second out of nowhere, but I still told her thank you and was respectful unlike her. I used to get the medicines from the Walmart pharmacy, who were so much nicer and friendlier and I would recommend them, instead. Their donation system is also broken. I asked them to opt me out from the Kidcent three times and every time they said it was cancelled, I would be charged again until recently, when I had to go in again for it and it finally seems to be working. Im surprised so many of the workers including the pharmacists dont seem to know how it works.

This is like the Cheers of drugstores...once youve been there a few times, everyone knows your name! Very friendly/helpful staff in both pharmacy and shop. Almost every visit I find something I want at a 50-75% discount. Im talking things Im too cheap to buy at full price.

Understaffed at times, but staff is always friendly and helpful. The thrifty ice cream is amazing! Wether you get it at the ice cream counter or but the half gallons in the freezer section. I go there atkeast weekly and i always have a pleasant experience.
