We enjoy shopping here. It is clean, usually has what we want and the staff is courteous and helpful. There is actually a Ralphs closer to our home but we prefer this one. Keep up the good work! It is much appreciated!

Its a great place to visit

Extremely rude staff. After walking through a wine isle, an older, heavy set staff member with white hair wearing a face shield and mask yanked our shopping cart out of our hands because we were walking in the wine isle that had an earlier spill. There was no liquid on the ground, we just wanted to grab a bottle, but he approached all upset and yanked the cart from my girlfriends hands, moving it out of the isle. What was the point of that? We ultimately would have moved, there was no reason to be rude and scold us and snatch our cart. Corporate will be notified! He should be fired!

Love coming to the deli at this Ralph’s. The sandwiches are excellent. Good selection of breads, meats, and toppings. Very generous portions too! While your there try some of the fried chicken or other picnic foods like Mac n cheese, potato salad or macaroni salad. Did I mention they also have fresh made sushi rolls!

I love Ralphs and go on a regular basis usually in the evening. The deli is supposed to be open until 9pm. I was there today to get some Turkey at 810pm and they already had it closed up. If this was the only time that happened I wouldnt think much over it but this seems to happen 1 in 5 times I go.

It was awesome. Very accommodating. I couldnt find Guacamole mix and the ladies at the check stands and the people in produce helped me find it while I was in hurry go make guacamole mix last minute for my sons class before I had to work.Thank you for helping me out and being so friendly Ralphs.

I had to exchange a minor product, there was no problem, ended up purchasing about 10 moreItems. The parking lot, store, restrooms are always clean, employees are always helpful/courteous. I love Ralphs produce.

Very local and nice to go to. A lot variety on liquor. What I would like to see more is a larger section on different types of cuts of red meat. Other than that solid store.

I really like this store. It is well stocked, the only thing that somewhat turned me off is a perishable item I had bought to take to a work function and it was 1 year and some months expired. Not only was I embarrassed, but it got me thinking. The staff is great and I really appreciate how management did take the item back the next day, since they were closed after my swing shift.

U always go to the olive bar first to find the best pairing for my wine. Then usually buy some and have fried immediately. Its so good.

I love going here for their fresh made food. They have a huge selection that can make up a whole lunch for about $7. Some of the best chicken and mac and cheese out there!

This is a store of great people. It is in the middle of a remodel and Starbucks and the employees are quick to offer help. My regular Ralphs is in Temecula. It recently had the whole remodel done with the addition of the Starbucks Cafe. It has become my preferred store to shop. I can see that Ralphs is a higher standard store across the board. I know I can trust this name to offer a great deli, bakery, smiles, and fresh sushi.

Been shopping at this Ralphs all my life. They have the best people that work here and they remember who you are. Its very neighborhood friendly and you feel like family when you go to this Ralphs. Love everything about this grocery store.

Pretty standard Ralphs. Although they had a lot of metal railings in front of the store which prevents you from taking your cart through many of the openings there...it funnels you out to the sides. Which is weird when you park right in front of the store but have to walk around.

Stay far away from this Ralph’s grocery store and gas station. The Mexican women cashiers are very rude and racist. The gas station attendant named Arnoldo M. is a rude racist Mexican man who charged my card for gas that I never got.When I tried to get gas, there was no gas so I went to the window with my paid receipt to let him know that the gas pump is not working. He got an attitude and said for me to leave the gas station or he is going to call police. When I asked for my refund, he got loud and aggressive and started to cause a scene because he got caught trying to steal my money and I had my receipt as proof. If you are not white, he is not selling you gas. He cannot read or speak english properly. He has no common sense and he needs to be fired.Ralph’s employees need to remember that if it was not for the customers, they would not have a job.I wonder why now that half of the Ralph’s stores are closed in Orange County. I realize now they are closed due to bad customer service and lack of management.You have definitely lost me as an customer. I will be telling my family and friends and social media about this incident.You have been warned.

The people are excellent! They will help you with what ever you need. I have been to other Ralphs did not receive the same treatment.

Clean and logically laid out, this is a nice store to shop in if you dont encounter employees or hear them arguing with each other or complaining.Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, but others are rude and standoffish: giving a refrigerated product I found, warm, on a shelf to a woman in the bakery got me a dirty look from a sullen employee who didnt say a word to me; just glared and grabbed the product from my hand. On my second visit, I walked in the door and an employee asked, angrily and loudly, who had left a cart with some product near the sushi stand. She kept complaining as she took the cart away.I mentioned this to another employee, and she said it could be a difficult place to work.Its also a difficult place to shop with the unhappy and angry vibe.

Went to return something and the lady at the cash register who was going to do my return said..oh GREAT when I told her I had a return..Not very good customer service if you ask me...I had some shopping to do so I just went to a different store to do my shopping instead of just getting it there.

Great store but they store Ezekiel bread improperly on the shelf like other breads at room temperature. Its an across the board problem at more than one Ralphs store in California. Ezekiel bread is like Udis it has no preservatives and is supposed to remain frozen until ready to eat! Please fix it corporate office. Stop your stores from storing organic items improperly. Send a memo to all.

Cant not like Ralphs, this is the closest one in the area of Anaheim.. Parking lot is a little funky, this Ralphs also has their own gas station if you get those point to get a discount (that youd normally use at a Shell station).

This Ralphs is A-OK. Not great, but not terrible either.Located in the Hillcrest Park Shopping Center, this shopping center is definitely older and in dire need of a total redo. But for what it is able to offer, it offers a decent shopping experience, making this Ralphs my preferred go to lately. Ive had some bad service run-ins lately at the Brea Ralphs on Imperial Hwy Route 90.The plus side of this Ralphs location is how close it is to a Ralphs Fuel Center. If you shop Ralphs frequently enough, you can leverage those Ralphs customer loyalty points into fuel discounts. Realistically you could be looking at 20 cents off a gallon, which can sometimes place you to a better price than even the Costco Gasoline stations scattered all over Southern California.As far as the store itself, inside there are all the stations you expect to find in a Ralphs. Front end, bakery, deli, meat/seafood, produce, and a bunch of grocery/frozen aisles in between.With that said, for those of you who come from different Kroger stores like Frys Food and Grocery (Arizona) or King Sooper (Colorado) dont expect there to be a Home & Garden section or an Electronics section let alone Furniture department. I have my theories why they dont exist in most Southern California Ralphs stores, but lets save that for another time for discussion.All in all, its a grocery store with decent offerings backed by one of the most lucrative grocery chain names in the USA. The extra star comes from the extra effort Ralphs puts into necessary perks like discounted gas, much-needed renovations and diverse product offerings make this Ralphs attractive to shop at.

We are Jewish and are preparing for Rosh Hashanah. I called before going and asked if they had fish heads and was told yes once I got there I was told no they do not sell them at this location. Very upset plus when looking at the bakery nothing was fresh it was all around an unpleasant experience.

The workers here are very nice and helpful. Most checkers have been there for a long time and always recognize me.

Probably my main shopping store. We actually prefer several of the Kroger branded items over the main brands. My experience is mostly limited to this particular store, but here, at least, the people are especially helpful and friendly.
