The staff is very friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. I especially like their honesty, a few months ago I went in thinking I due for an oil change but really wasnt and instead of taking advantage of an old lady they told me I didnt need it yet but would be glad to top it off and check the other fluids free of charge while I was there. Its rare to find that kind of honesty in a business nowadays, I wont go anywhere else.

Great Service - got a Tune Up, Valve cover gasket, and an oil change and all three were needed!

Price is nuts costed $91.00 for an oil change. That and they told me I had an oil leak, but when I asked how low the oil was they said it was full. Hadnt put oil in it since last oil change, so how can it have excessive oil leak and still be full on oil?

Employees were very nice greated me by coming out to my car and asking what i need help with.only thing i didnt like was they put on my receipt that they cleaned my floor boards which they did not do. Was told i have a oil and transmission leak. which i do not have and i know for a fact i dont. Dont go unless you know about cars have had multiple people say the same things.

The staff were friendly and very courteous. I had my tires rotated and a oil change. They told me about low fluid levels and poor wiper blades but were not high pressure at all that I had to fix the problems with them. I was on my way in 20 minutes tops. I will go back for sure.

There were a few cars ahead of me and the they gave me a spot on wait time. They seemed to be very efficient and still got me out before the the time quoted. I will be back to use their services. The employees also were very friendly for being early on a Saturday morning.

I have relied on jiffy lube for the better part of 12 years with all, now 4, vehicles. I have great service and the staff has always been helpful! I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

The gentlemen at this location were incredible. My wife, daughter and I were traveling to Kansas City and had some car issues that normally aren’t service items that are taken care of at Jiffy Lube. However, they identified the problem and were able to take care of it so we wouldn’t be stranded 200 miles from home in an ice storm. We will take all of the business we can to Jiffy Lube from now on!

The service was fast. Aired up tires, checked fluids. Car was not vacuumed though.

I have had my oil changed at this place quite often. They are big about telling people that there is no oil on the dipstick prior to service. I check my oil prior to getting service there, and have expierenced them trying to do that to me twice. I let them know that is false, I just checked it before I came in... among other minor things to complain about. I told them if they want my continued service they will make sure that doesn’t happen again!

More 3.5, but only because their corporate policy is to do a hard upsell. For everything. At every opportunity.Service is good, value is there. Just stop with the upsell.

I was the only car there at 5:30pm for about 15 minutes, They were pretty quick but they didn’t come in for a long while to greet me or say they knew what oil I needed, I asked them if they had my info and if they knew what oil I used BEFORE they started it because they were draining it by that point. Then, he went over the complete list of things they did on my car, BUT, when I got in my car, they didn’t vacuum, not even attempted. So, not that it was a huge deal but I went back in and said he told me they vacuumed but didn’t and I needed to make sure they did the other items on the list they said they did before I left. Like remembering to check tires or top off fluids that I paid the extra money for. The guy looked dumbfounded but then said yes. The crew didn’t give me the confidence their previous crew had. Hoping it’s better next time.

The service was fine, but none of the employees wore masks. With a 20+% covid positivity rate in the community, this makes for an unsafe situation for customers.

Attendant was very friendly. Lobby area was clean & sanitary. I got a oil change, that service came with about 8 other service provided within the oil change service. I felt I got my money’s worth!

Was able to drive in and make an appointment on the fly. The oil change was done well with no issues. They asked relevant questions and asked if I wanted extra stuff along with an oil change, I didnt but Im happy they asked instead of assuming so and charging me for them as well. I just had my antifreeze flushed at the Fulton mo location 2 days ago and today my low coolant light came on and when I checked it the antifreeze was terrible and brown. It looks like mud. I am very dissatisfied. It was over $100 for nothing
