I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. I dropped off my 1991 F-150 for starting issues. They took the time to listen and the owner gave me a ride home. Picking up my truck the technician took the time to explain to me what had been fixed and other issues he observed. The work done was excellent and the cost was more than fair for what was done. I’ve only been living in the area for a couple of years but have realized I don’t need to look any further for a competent, honest and well run business to service all of my vehicles!!

I was 7 hours from home when my fan clutch went out on the night I arrived for a 3 day work conference. I called and spoke with Steve on Tuesday morning and he set up an appointment for me on Thursday afternoon since the shop was 30 from my meeting site and on my way home. I finished my meetings and headed to the shop on my way home and they had a bay waiting for me. They got me in within 5 minutes of arriving. I was on my way home within less than 2 hours with no issues.Great customer service and friendly staff! You dont run into businesses like this every day!!

For an auto shop that is named I Fix Fords and More, I would expect them to not only cherish Fords as much as I do but also to be knowledgeable about them. I can say with great confidence that they are neither. I will try to keep the story short, but please feel free to reach out and I will happily explain in detail.I originally took my truck to them for brake pads and rotors. Pretty routine, right?Except my brakes were not squeaking when I dropped it off and they were pretty bad when I got it back. Not a problem.I took it back to have that addressed and some dummy ripped my steering wheel leather by getting in my truck with his pocket knife clipped to his pocket and went right down the steering wheel. When I pointed it out, one of the two owners argued with me over the phone for a good half hour about how they didnt do it. Only when I finally said Okay, you are wrong. It did happen there but Im not worried about it, I will simply find another shop to take my baby to and I will have someone else fix my steering wheel and do all maintenance and repairs did he say, Well, we already ordered the steering wheel BUT we didnt do it.So, 30 minutes out of my day of arguing and being called a liar and being told Im only looking for free stuff when you could have simply said We will resolve the problem. (Side note, I had my neighbor who details vehicles for a living detail my truck not 48 hours prior and I have photos that he took of every point of view of the interior. He was using the photos for his website and advertisement. No scratch on the steering wheel. There were a few marks that I wanted addressed on the steering wheel, hence the detailed photos of it all around.)So, today, I take it up there and have the steering wheel replaced. As I left, I made sure to thank everyone and even asked if I would still be welcome back in the future to which they replied, Of course!.But the dash on the overhang right above the steering wheel and instrument cluster had been knocked off of the clip or something, Im not sure exactly what happened but it looks to be a very, very easy and straight forward fix. Im not going to mess with it so I dont cause more damage, but it looks like a bolt can be loosened and simply put the dash panel that overhangs the instrument panel back in the clip and BOOM! Easy fix and I keep coming back and giving you my money.Instead, he stands at my truck telling me they have bent over backwards for me and Im only looking for free stuff (he did not use that nice of wording) and that they didnt even mess with the dash, this and that. Just like the first time, instantly passing blame and not owning up. Mind you, this guy claims to be an Owner. An owner berating a customer that has had to drive 50 minutes one way TWO separate and unnecessary times because THEY messed up.So, if you were to ask me, I would say STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! If you are NOT a fan of paying two different shops to fix one problem, AVOID these guys at I Fix Fords and More!!! Just do yourself and your vehicle a favor and just take it to that second shop the first time and save yourself some time, money AND headache. Ive been to this shop three times, and three times I have left with new issues that was there when you brought it here 🤣🤣Ive owned a small business. I know exactly how it is. Sometimes accidents happen. But you own up to it and fix it, not yell and scream and kick things walking through the shop because you dont know how to do your job.Again, I will reiterate, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU LOVE AND CHERISH YOUR VEHICLE AS I DO. I mean, yall are going to do what you want but you cant say you werent warned.(I did not even touch on the fact that I showed this guy two different noises asking if he could tell me what is causing it and if I should address it and he replied with I have no idea what that is. Might just be because its a old truck. Its a 2014 that just broke 80,000 miles. Yeah buddy, Im lucky the thing even starts, right?Only 1 star because you cant put 0 stars

The people here are very honest and do great work. Put new transmission and motor mounts in my husbands car and it was a very fair cost.

Excellent customer service and repair work. I had the water pump and timing components changed on a Ford 3.5v6 and they got it done. I think Im a fairly competent mechanic and I was scared by that job. Thank you for doing it and doing it well!!

I took my mothers van to the dealership for a simple inspection. They came back with $2500 in needed repairs. I brought it here and got it back in a day. There were no leaks. There were no problems.They did something at no charge to I forgot white. Then took the vehicle and got it inspected. I would highly recommend these folks.

I must say this place is true to its name. My son had just about given up on a Ford truck he inherited from his grandfather. He had put so much money and time into the truck and it just wasnt running. We heard about I Fix Fords & More and thought last chance. The truck was towed to their yard and we received a call the next day, they said they could fix it and it wasnt going to cost my son another arm and leg. He was so happy with the results and the service he received. Their ability to be honest, upfront, timely and understanding is priceless. I was very pleasantly surprised by this small business. I had a large repair job that the Ford dealer had quoted me $1,700 to fix. This shop did it for $700 and did a great job. Mikela at the front desk was brilliant. She knew what my problem was, had clearly encountered it before, knew the parts needed, had the exact quote to fix it and even advice on what else I should consider fixing while they were doing my job. This was all very impressive and the work they did was flawless. I will go out of my way to use them again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to you. Give this small business a chance you wont regret it.

I had an air conditioner put into my 1997 Ford Ranger back in December 2019.It didnt seem to work correctly. But it was cool out, I needed my truck more than the air conditioner so I didnt take it right back in. Spoke with Michaela a couple of times. Well this week I got around to getting my truck back up there. They found out what was wrong and fixed it. Because I have been using them quite a bit, they let this little charge go. Much Appreciated!And the AC is working Great!!

I had passed this place a few times over the last couple of weeks (not my usual route) and decided to stop in to see if they could fix my AC problem on my beloved 2003 Ford Expedition (w/+250K miles). I am glad I did!!!I had taken my Expedition to another shop who had improperly diagnosed the problem as a bad PCM (along w/ a $1800 repair estimate) in addition to their $200 diagnostic fee. So, instead I bought a refurbished PCM only to find out that it wasn’t the PCM after all. People make mistakes (including mine) but it was a tough lesson learned.Long story short - The folks at I Fix Fords & More quickly determined it was a bad cycle switch instead and fixed it in less than a 1/2 day. I was very impressed with the friendliness and expertise and they have earned my future business and referrals. Give them a try... Like me you’ll be glad you did!

I have a 2017 6.7 Powerstroke that I use for work. Ive had a major oil leak and failing Injection system since December of 19 and it finally failed in April of 20 and I took it to Ifix after talking to several dealers and shops about the repairs required. They were quick to diagnose the problems and very quick to get the parts needed and truck in the shop. Injection system is very involved fix on diesel truck, they had to remove the cab.Also had them to reseal the coolant system as it was starting to lose coolant. On the day I was to pick up the truck they had done everything and water pump started leaking and they replaced that on the house since it was not leaking when I brought it in, or at least they did not diagnose it then. That is the quality and professionalism that you get at IFIXFORDS. I was very impressed to say the least and will use them for all repairs in the future.

Had my Super Duty towed to them for a no start. They diagnosed it and contacted me with the information within a reasonable time. They repaired it and noticed another issue and brought that to my attention as well. Everything was repaired at a reasonable price and professionally. If you need a ford fixed take it here. They are very fast, and have great prices. I have a truck that was in an accident. To save money I did all of the body and frame work my self. After I finished I couldnt get the truck started no matter what I did. I took it to so called pros at capital ford and they turned their nose up at it. They were to good to work on it. It didnt matter to them that we were just turning it into a truck to use on our farm. I called around to see if I could find someone. I am so glad that I called I Fix Fords. They looked at my truck and found the problem immediately. A wiring harness was pinched in the wreck. They got to work immediately and got the truck running. I was expecting to pay three or four times what they charged me. I really couldnt ask for a better company. Fast, Good and Cheap what more could you want? Call them the next time you need a mechanic.

The guys were excellent as mechanics. I got a better price for swapping out both exhaust manifolds (which on my triton V8 is a BEAR), than at any other shop in the area.More than their mechanic experience, they were great to deal with as a customer and I felt like they gave me all the information I needed to make the best informed decision. If you have a Ford and need a repair, carry it to these guys and you wont be sorry!

Horrible! I went and asked 3 months prior every month if they could fix my ford focus. I told the guy everything the car had all 3 times. All he kept saying was bring the car we need to take a look at it. I finally take the car to him and he calls me stating that he does not want to touch it because it has aftermarket cams and cam gears which i had told him the car had that the last 3 times i went up there. I wasted my time and money with these people and i still had to pay for the tow truck which i would not have needed if he would have told me to begin with that they do not work on cars with aftermarket cams and cam gears and built motors. Cams and cam gears has nothing to do with the issue of the car. And if they were true mechanics they would know this.

These people at I Fix Fords are incredibly focused on customer service. While weve hit some bumps and snags in servicing my car, they have been continually helpful and make it easy to want to keep coming back.

I called and made an appointment to have a new fuel tank and fuel pump put on my truck I had to wait 10 days to take it there well after about a week without hearing any word there was something in my toolbox I needed out of my truck so I went by there to get it it was after hours they had not even moved or touched my truck so about a week after that they call me and tell me my truck is fixed it breaks down on the way home they have to send a tow truck to get it and take it back so after about another week and a half he calls me and tells me its fixed I pick it up the truck has no power will hardly run I take it to another shop cuz Im fed up at this point they had my truck running perfectly for $90 half of the stuff he did to my truck was unnecessary I spent over $800 for a truck that would not run and I drove it there. This place is absolutely horrible. all the good reviews youre reading was under a different owner. And now they have the audacity to tell me I owe them more money for more parts they had to buy when they towed it back in after spending over $800 for a fuel tank and a fuel pump and I had the fuel tank all he had to do was put the fuel pump in it and put it on this place is horrible I do not recommend it to anyone unless you just want a basic oil change maybe they can do that the only thing he did right was fix the brakes that was another issue I had but other than that it was just a simple put a gas tank on and a new fuel pump. He didnt even install the gas tank correctly that was a ventilator plug that was just left just hanging he didnt even plug it in when I went to fill it up with gas gas was pouring everywhere under the truck. I waited 10 days like I said and was constantly being put on the back burner do not recommend this place at all and I am one of the easiest going understanding people in the world but there was no excuse for the run-around I got from these people

Highly recommend this place to anyone. I have been going there before the new owners took over and they are definitely so much better than the previous owners. When traveling to Lillington and Moving our Daughter into Med School and the Check engine light on our F350 2008 6.4 Diesel came on. I looked up some reviews and took it to these guys. They were Great found the problem being a sensor, they got the part and installed it and had me on my way. Even knocked out an oil change. I highly recommend them and wish they were in my town.

I have always been skeptical about going to Mom and Pop shops. But this place is by far one of the best shops i have ever delt with. It is strang going to a place where the receptionist/serves advisors know what there talking about. They also have some thing the dealerships and most other places dont have. They made me fell like family and they went out of there way to make sure my car was fixed anf fixed right.

Mike put an oil cooler in my 6.0L. Good price and he knows the power stroke engines. My new diesel guy.
