This place is either massively understaffed or unorganized. The employees are clearly doing their best with massive amounts of drive thru- online orders, but seems like lots of wasted energy with people moving around to different stations uneccesarily. Also if you place an order in the store when its busy their is no prioritization for people in the store, not horrible but lacks customer service waiting 40min for coffee you ordered in the store.EDIT: Order was placed under incorrect name and placed incorrectly for size items so it wasnt recognized. When they were told their was an issue they corrected it immediately. Appreciate the service and their time.

Waited in an insane long line today and ended up having to leave without my online order. I called the store to see my options because i had an appointment i couldn’t miss. The gentleman i spoke to was extremely nice even though i had an attitude. He was very nice and explained the situation with staffing and offered to remake our drinks at a later time. We’re very appreciative of the service we got.

Been going here forever and my Venti hot chocolate has always been 3.95 AFTER TAX!! Today all of a sudden it was 4.28!!! But 2 nights ago it was 3.95! I asked manager she really did not have explanation except that is what it is, BUT NO IT HAS GONE UP! And it is bs for US to hav w to pay more for STARBUCKS’S SEASONAL CUPS!!!! I even looked at hundreds of previous card statements for the hot chocolates and yes as recent as 2 nights ago 3.95 AFTER tax! I stress AFTER because I was told it was 3.95 BEFORE tax today!!!

This Starbucks usually has a very long drive thru line. Often we just mobile order on the way there and walk right in and grab drinks. Overall it’s a good Starbucks. The drive thru is a mess and the parking lot is a joke but I don’t think it’s their fault. They can’t help being the only Starbucks in FV and that plaza wasn’t set up to handle busy Starbucks traffic.

They suck. Always slow. Take forever. Never have anything. And then when you try to talk to people they just ignore you. I just got. An iced tea chai latte with cold foam on top. And they barely put any on there. So i tried to tell them and instead she said bye and closed the door instead of addressing the problem. Rude workers.

To be fair, I have had several good experiences at this Starbucks but not this time. I ordered 2 grande hot caramel apple spice drinks. First I was handed 2 cold drinks. Then I was given the hot drinks after telling them I ordered hot, but they were not what I ordered. When I went back to tell them, they were closing early but heard my issue and then began to tell me their headsets arent very good so they didnt probably hear me right. They gave me apple crisp machiattos instead. After then telling me they dont have the ingredients to make my drink, they finally agreed to give me my money back. I am so tired fo excuse after excuse for delivering poor service these days. Staffing, supply chain issues, COVID, uggh!!!

Rude … got a message on my daughter’s drink saying I didn’t wait long enough between placing a mobile order in drive thru. Normally if your order isn’t ready they just ask you to pull forward and wait. No biggie. I pay your salary and can surely take my business elsewhere. Nasty-grams on cups are definitely not needed. Spacious, well kept facility, and staff demonstrated utmost respect to facilitate each customer and their orders.

Every time I go in here, the staff is wonderful! They actually engage in conversation. Just today I dropped my drink while leaving and they quickly told me not to worry about it and they got me a new one for free. It was so kind! Definitely has a small-shop feel from the friendly staff.

This location is convenient and the staff is friendly! However, a Starbucks double shot on ice should NOT be a half cup of milk. I want to taste the expresso. Its supposed to be a SPLASH of 2% on top not 4 ounces and NOT shaken INTO my expresso. PLEASE

This place was recently renovated and looks very modern. They have done a very good job in expanding the counter for pickup to make it easier to do a mobile order. Staff is great amd very nice. Will say this one can get very backed up as sometimes they are very understaffed for the amount of people coming in.

Ordered two drinks and got 1 right away and then they were making other people drinks that ordered behind me and they got their drinks and when I asked about it, they told me, they make the popular drinks first. I will not be coming back.

Slow service, inconsistent product quality and taste. Frustrating that my drink doesnt taste the same every time even when I order it the same way in the app. If it wasnt at least a 15 minute drive to the next nearest Bucks, Id never come here.

New Years Day 5pm. I have often purchased from this location and have been very satisfied with both the service and coffee. This evening I purchased 2 coffees from the drive thru and as I was handed my hot coffee without the stopper the coffee spills on my hand. The worker doesnt even bother to apologize nor offers a napkin. Then upon looking in my cups it appears to be old cream added. Unfortunate that a customer was just lost!

It was Great service. Very easy and quick.

The drive thru was crazy busy so we walked in. No inside tables. No other customers inside. They had about 10 employees behind the counter, all busting their tails, all wearing masks. So no social distancing for them. Our orders took longer than expected being the only people inside. Overall inside was way more pleasant than the crowded drive thru line.

I like how energetic the staff is. I love the smell of fresh brewed coffee before I get to the drive-thru window. It really makes paying for an expensive cup of coffee worthwhile!

Mike was the OT and made my morning! I was indecisive and he made up my mind for me and it was delicious! Also, the employees at the window were so so so sweet and genuine. Very pleasant experience and I Will definitely be coming here more often.

The drive thru is usually wrapped around the front of the store but it moves petty quickly. Out of over 20 visits to this location, Ive never had my order incorrectly served.

This starbucks does their best, theyre always very busy and at times understaffed. The location is very involved in the community too!

I like hot white chocolate mocha, when I go to Holly Spings perfect, Cary perfect but Fuquay Varina bad. Who ever makes them doesn’t know how. They cost to much for something you can,t drink.

I come to this Starbucks quite frequently, and most of the time the staff is friendly and attentive and the drinks are good. Although there are some times that I go and the staff is rude and short. Particularly a young man who is the cashier for the drive-thru. I ordered my drink, got up to the window, he said hello than stuck his hand out for the money, while having a conversation with his co-workers. He handed me back my change and drink and said nothing else. No have a nice day, nothing. If youre in the customers service industry, have good customer service! Its really not that hard.

Visited multiple times, drive thru is there priority...maybe? Drive thru took me 35 minutes last time, very busy lots of cars, I get it.. So today I went inside..... and waited for 17 minutes for a mocha while 22 cars got orders. Yes I counted. Need more staff for busy times. Always seems a little understaffed for how busy they always are

I have stopped by 4 times in the last 2 months and every time they were closed before 3:00 and each time they had the drive-thru blocked off. I have no idea when they will be open. Once I went by at 12:00 and the drive-thru was blocked off and one time they had a sign up saying that they had closed at 3:00. Also there is no clear sign of where to enter. You have to enter into the parking lot of the restaurant next to them. The other is the exit . They have no nice clear signage showing you. Its just mind-boggling how they continue to do any business.

After weeks of being open for going in getting coffee since COVID w no reason prior warning or logic TODAY THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO COME IN & GET COFFEE! Expect u to wait an hour on drive thru. I WAS a very good customer at this & other Starbucks locations THEY PERMANENTLY LOST MY BUSINESS

Staff dont speak to you. I had to call out just to get service when I was the only one in the shop at the time with at least 6 staff out on the floor. One was cleaning the vent on the ceiling that is directly over the area making the drinks. And...to top things off messed up my drink order. How hard is it to make a drink when its printed on the sticker on the cup???

I realize I should have said something in the moment but I was dumbfounded. Today I went to the Fuquay Starbucks drive through and ordered my regular drink, venti vanilla iced chai with NO ice. I ordered this same drink 3 days ago at a different location, and received a FULL cup. The barista gave me almost HALF full cup?!?!?!?! This is ridiculous, I would think measurements would be the same at all locations. Really upset, wasnt in the mood for the drink afterward.

This Starbucks location is the best! I go at least 3x/week since it is right near my house and I have about a 45 minute commute. Everyone is SO friendly and it starts my morning off in a great mood! This is by far the best Starbucks in the area in terms of customer service. These baristas really take the time to know their customers and greet them each and every time with a smile. Whoever hired and trained these individuals should be very proud of the team which is in place.

This location is ok but it seems whenever I come my order is always wrong and its just coffee.

Awful experience. I mobile ordered 2 coffees. One was ready like 30 seconds after I got there. Then after waiting 15 minutes was told they put my cup aside because they were out of peppermint syrup. My mocha frappuccino did not have enough mocha syrup and tasted like light raspberry slushy. Expensive already because I have to use coconut milk and disgustingly bland. Extremely disappointing experience. And the person who put my cup aside instead of asking me if I wanted another syrup could care less. Never been treated so badly at 3pm on a Friday!

FOR the 4th time I have arrived and you guys are completely closed? If you close before 4pm reflect it online?! What a waist of time for me to drive to you guys and your not even open at 4pm? on and off completely closed throughout the months without warning. Or without posting you are closed on Yelp, Google ect. I dont mean to be rude guys. However the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time and then 4th time I am wasting gas money to get to you. And I would completely understand if you are closed and it says online (google, Yelp ect) you are closed on Tuesday, or Thursday ect. But for it to show open On all these online pages online to arrive and your not.———————————-Lol I have rated this Starbucks several times. I’m trying to find a perfect mix for the building and for the people going there. I have consistently waited in that line that’s wrapped around the building gone past the Verizon store only to watch people drive-by park walk inside get their drink and leave within 30 seconds. And there’s nothing worse than waiting in that giant line for 20 minutes to pay six to $20 for a coffee that taste like milk or water. So here it is I highly recommend you to go onto the website and order your coffee online for instance I like things sweet in online I can add the pumps of flavor and add things to it that I didn’t even know Starbucks offered. For instance a blonde roast in a mocha?! Seven pumps instead of five in a Venti yes please LOL. I can’t tell if Covid was the problem. Or the fact that there are now 10 times the amount of people in this area coming to live here or if this specific Starbucks just has huge turnover. Either way order it online customize it park in the tractor supply parking lot walk inside walk out super fast and it always taste the way I want when I customize it.

It was a very very busy starbucks. Despite the chaos, our order came up correctly and was delicious. It would have gotten 5 stars if the coffee shop was larger inside and more places to sit.

Lukewarm coffee and the building is not setup to have a line in the drive thru.

For the last 2 days I have come to this Starbucks and the staff their are not focused and make mistakes. Purchased one of their Mango passion fruit drinks and it was not right color I had gotten in the past, and they had to redo it. Today, I reloaded my account, only to have the person at the register charge my account twice for the same drink. If I didnt have a receipt printed out, I would not have caught it. When I bring it to the girls attention (Ashley) she has an attitude. Really, they make a mistake and treat the customer that way? Many times the crew here is not focused, joking around and make mistakes as a result. If we are going to pay premium prices for coffee, I expect the products made correctly and the attitude and service to be better. Lets face, we are not getting free drinks here. NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT!!

My kids and I greatly enjoy spending time at this Startbucks. We enjoy after school, stopping and enjoying a beverage while working on home work or just enjoying out time together. I wanted to write to say Thank you to the Fuquay Varina staff( especially the early morning crew) you all are absolutely amazing. My retired folks moved here from Ca. In July of 2018.As you can imagine that was a HUGE transition for them.My step-father ( Gary aka Mr. G) would go to Starbucks every single day in CA. So when they moved here he was happy to know one was close by. The crew in Fuquay made him feel so welcomed and comfortable it made his transition from CA to here a bit easier. He has made friends with the crew and other customers. Thank you all so much for your exceptional customer service and just all around compassion for the new kid on the block

This is very much a drive-through Starbucks with some seating, pretty good Internet connection and pretty fast service. There is generally A-line of 1 or 2 people which is handled pretty quickly. The coffee is as expected ed when I have had Anything else its been pretty good as per normal Starbucks

I come here often with my wife or friends. The staff is very courteous and Ive never had a problem with them getting my drink right. It can be busy at times but they handle the rush really well.

As usual, execelent place to get a cup of good coffe (to me) a sit to socialize or by yourself...

Would be 5 stars if they can just get my order right everytime. The cup is always right but the contents.

Starbucks is a great place to get a gift card for your hairstylist, mail person, yard helpers and other people that help you get through your everyday life.. it is a great gift and almost everyone enjoys a Starbucks product.. drive-thru service is available at many Starbucks.. they never disappoint me!
