Tried for over a week to buy a truck online as I live in North Carolina and they had a truck I wanted. As the communication was good via email, I could never get anyone to call me and talk numbers. Now the truck is sold and Im still looking for one. Just not good follow up with customer especially when trying to spend 55k on a new truck.

The car wasnt cleaned prior to purchase though and upon return for a cleaning, only the outside was cleaned. Minor annoyance but I had hoped itd be done so I wouldnt have to. Was greeted immediately when I arrived and car was serviced and returned in a timely manner.

We used the dealership for a routine service scheduling an oil change and tire rotation for our Chevrolet 2500 Duramax High Country. The process was easy and seamless. When we arrived, check in was available quickly and efficiently using all Covid 19 precautions. We waited in a very modern clean area where water and coffee were available to us and updates on our vehicle were sent to us vis phone. Once the truck was finished, a video was available on our phone to view the work completed. We highly recommend this dealership as they are very knowledgeable and efficient.

This past Saturday I went in and purchased a used Camry. After leaving the lot, my service engine light came on. Stopped by AutoZone to have them check it. The reading they got was for my ECM (computer system) took it back to Burns, they said it was an oxygen sensor and supposably replaced it. Leaving work Monday night my check engine light is on again. The only thing that the receipt says from Burns is that the customer states that the engine light is on. To be honest, I am thinking I sat there for an hour and a half waiting for them to reset my check engine light. Im not real pleased at this point as its going to tie up another day of mine to sit and wait again. That car should have been up to par before leaving the lot.

Service was quick and efficient. Facility was nice, neat and clean.

They told us the car had an alignment problem. We agreed to have them fix it. Then my wife drove the car and it started shaking again. We contacted the maintenance department and was told to bring it back in. We did and the next day we were told that it now was our rotors. Why did they not check the rotors when they were diagnosing the shaking of the steering when braking after going at a high speed. They failed to diagnose the problem the first time now they want us to pay again for supposedly the correct diagnose the second time. This does not sound right to me. And now we will take our business elsewhere

Incredibly thankful for my man Josh for being one of the most personable car salesman I’ve ever worked with! I went there to help my brother get his first car with a struggle of my own being underwater on my current loan. Josh helped me get into this BEAUTY and WASH AWAY my negative equity.
