Amazing place great food great customer service π thought my wallet was lost called right when I got home they were able to fix the problem quickly finds out I lost it in the car thanks for taking your time and effort π amazing work you guys deff come back for there wine π· π
This Wawa is a good location, because the workers are very efficient and your order is always right. I ordered an iced mocha latte with an extra shot of espresso and flavor, and they delivered it perfect. One of the better Wawas Ive been to.
Nice little stop and pop station.
I wanted to start by saying I love Wawa but this store is misery. Consistently terrible service and bad management.
Free air for tires, but windshield washing bins were dry.
Gets very clogged up during peak hours.
Id just like to say I love wawa but this is the most poorly managed one Ive ever been to. They barley ever have Anything on their menu to order because everything is out of stock or dont have it rite now. Will NOT be coming back here again.
Free wifi, clean-ish restroom, decent gas prices. However, they close their made to order food after 9pm to 7am due to limited staff.
There was a cashier that was super nice and helpful. I sadly didnβt catch her name or I would have given her all the kudos. The food that Iβve gotten from here has been great, but if you come at night just know that they arenβt the fastest at preparing food, but from what Iβve seen itβs because they are not fully staffed. So if you are impatient or donβt have enough time to wait, order through the app or some other pickup/delivery service.
Best place to be! A great conscience store!
Besides the subpar food, this place allows people to park in its lot and blast music at 3 AM for as long as they want. You built your business next to a large apartment complex and take zero measures to limit the disruption. Absolute embarrassment. Sure you cant control what people do, but if the music is going on for more than 5 minutes, it could be nice for a manager to politely ask them not to do that.
Parking lot layout isnβt ideal, but I boy do I love wawa. Service inside for food order has been slow the past few times Iβve been, but quality has been consistent.
I have been here twice already since they opened, and all the staff I have met were so nice and helpful. I dont even expect that level of attentiveness -- Im totally fine with a hi and bye or none at all. But they heard me tsk at the order screen and offered to help fix my coffee order. I thought that was real nice. I should have tipped him honestly. Thanks dude!
Ordered online 15 min before arriving at the store then waited 10 min and finally asked a worker behind the food counter after people who ordered way after me were getting their food, if they had my order and they confirmed they had it. Then waited another ten minutes and come to find out they weβre out of the food I ordered. Staff did not offer a substitute or anything just didnβt seem to care at all. Horrible experience!!
Quick and clean
Blatant false advertising - listing a price of $2.83 a gallon for gas when itβs actually $2.99
Two days in a row now that Florida has topped 4k new Corona cases, totalling 100k+ just in our state. I live around the corner from this Wawa and have been woefully disappointed to see NOBODY respecting social distancing, and ONLY the EMPLOYEES wearing masks, despite the signs posted on the door requiring masks for entrance.Im personally blown away by the dichotomy presented here. This store is far better than any convenience store located in Gainesville, but enter at your own risk.
On October 13th I arrived at WaWa for gas and masked to enter and pay for my pump. I noted that the employee (Kyle) who appeared to be in charge had his mask below his nose and was directed a young lady (Destiny) on how to enter the charges. I paid for my gas in cash went to the pump, it did not start. I pressed the call button without response. I re-entered the store for a second time and was told by Kyle that Destiny entered the wrong pump for my transaction and now there should not be an issue (no apology). I returned to my pump and AGAIN, no gas, AGAIN no answer on the call button. For a third time I entered and asked for the manager > it was him (Kyle) -still not fully masked, he advised me that it was my error and I had failed to remove the pump from my car before he could have reapplied my charges to the correct pump the second time I had come in. I asked that he follow me to my pump this time (as I have been back in the store 3x now) to ensure it was correct. He declined and sent out another employee. I asked for his name and the number to the store, he handed me a shredded piece of paper, back with someone elses partial Credit Card number on it. Not with this stores number but, a 1 800 number. And would not provide his name (also did not a an ID name on his shirt). I turned to the line of people behind me and said I can not believe this, he doesnt apologize, blames me, does not mask, will not answer the call button from the pump and now will not give me his name. He then took the paper from my hand and added his name; commenting that they only answer call buttons for the handicapped. I arrived with 20 minutes to go before my shift started, this made me 12 minutes late and still no apology.
Horrible, bad food bad service. Clean store but huge let down, please dont compare to sheetz ever again. Would not recommend
Finally! I have found a place while visiting that makes good frozen coffee! THANK YOU for getting it right! The burritos for breakfast were just the protein filled jump start to the day we needed!
So glad that wawa has finally come to Gainesville! For a long time they were only up north. This is the best gas station and convenient store you will ever go to in your entire life. Period.
Amazing coffee
Ok
Really surprised theyre allowing many people in without masks ? Store looks nice but Ill go elsewhere, thats safe.
Amazing customer service, very friendly and appreciative of their customers. Food is fresh and hot too!
I love Wawa, their products are delicious and good quality. However, I did run into some trouble with a certain cashier who seemed to have a bad attitude towards me.
The parking lot layout is terrible but other than. That I love it.
I love Wawa!! All my life in Philly, everything was Wawa!! Since they brought it to Clearwater I was at bay, and when I moved to Gville, I was out of luck. Now luck has struck. Ray at the cashier offered to help right away, and asked me to come to his till, and rung me out quickly, however I picked a burnt pretzel and JP saw what I needed offered to grab me another pretzel!! He was speedy and so sweet!! Thank you for keeping Wawas care and service at a top notch standard, and bringing that to Gville makes a lot of people happy.
Love Wawa. Welcome to Gainesville. Originally from Pa where Wawaβs are plentiful !!
