Very slow to help people and they take their sweet time doing it to!! Very frustrating for me to go in the store!!! Gives me bad anxiety!!

Lost my phone...and when I received my new one Tara was able to get it all setup. Plus was very helpful on letting me know about how the Galaxy Watch would be good for me.

The woman that worked at Russell cellular was helping multiple people at once, and satisfied everyone that was there both times that I was there. Her exceptional knowledge saved me a lot of money and allowed me to buy a laptop that suited my needs perfectly. I have had bad experiences with this place before, but I would work with her any time and will continue to do business with this location as long as she is the one taking care of my cellular needs. Awful customer service. The saleswomen were not interested in selling us a phone at all. One of the sales woman got up and walked out when I did not want to go with the “easier” option. We will never go back.

Bought new Verizon A12. Dealt with Victoria and she was very nice. Just a few things: Got home with the A12 and cannot hear people on the phone. Also I bought a car charger jack for $29.99. On Amazon they are $9.99. Ill have to call Victoria this morning when they open to see if she can resolve the hearing issue.

I was with T-Mobile for over three years, than I started having issues with the service so I switched to Verizon three months ago they checked our phones and told us that there all working with there system after I switched the service two out of the three phones worked fine they couldnt get the third to work so I have been paying for services for three phones but only two work .

Told credit check will not show up on my credit report. Month later it showed up reducing my credit score a few points. --- Verizon data is awful when I am inside buildings. Have to use Wi-Fi at home to browse the internet.

Ab? A young boy was the only rep in store. He got visibly upset when a lady came in needing help.Later, he brought several cases for mine and my husbands tablets. One was empty. We both attempted to inform him. He did not acknowledge. Upon time to pay, he accused my husbamd of stealing a case then said oh I will let you offI went in and asked for his name and he got really upset and began yelling after giving his name.I have frequented this store many times and this is not the standard i was led to believe this store held to.Accusing customers of stealing then acting sanctimonious and self righteous?No way

I was about to give up on Verizon after dealing with the Sherman store but thanks so much to Tara and the Gainesville location! They fixed me up in minutes and provided a+ customer service. Worth the drive even if youre in Sherman, go to this location
