The service was fast, organized, and very good. Alan in particular went above and beyond. He noticed that my given name didnt match my account name, and was thoughtful enough to ask my pronouns. People might not understand how much better that makes a persons day, but it does. Besides that, he was extremely helpful in the more standard aspects of the visit. Especially impressive contrasted with the service at the Main St location.
When we need any help with our cell phones. This is the ONLY location that has ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO HELP WITH AWESOME SERVICE. Well trained staff, friendly, helpful and patient with us old folks. Tony took the time to listen to our needs and helped us with our decision with our phone and accessories we should get. Was extremely frustrated with my phone not working and even after a warranty replacement it was still not working. Lost 2 weeks of service which was credited, and phone was then simply replaced. (It was only a few months old to begin with.) Leo was very helpful and ultimately led me to Marwan who completely sealed the deal to make me remain a metro customer, as well as a very happy one! Great team over there at that location and very patient compared to other stores Ive visited and left worse off than when I went into.
I dont i have been w them over 10 yrs i dont like the distance from.home and when i have a problem.w phones the people cant speak clearly and never have the knowlege to fix and the reception is not good in many places in USA especially old town fl and yuma az pine valley ca often cant get data or phone just text i am.not sure if moving so bought a 5 g very complicated for us older people but appears it may be work i.had 10 phones lowered to 3 since all take reception differently some work some places and other some other places i hope the 5 g w solve all if not w go to veruzon i am in sales make my living by phone pay alot for ads so when phones dont work i loose money the people working r friendly just not enough training

Went in and got some phones transferred very quick fast and friendly. Marwan and William were great to work with. The metro by the Super Walmart was rude and not willing to help. I definitely suggest the one on Archer Rd. and 34th.

I came to this store last week and bought a phone with my fiances debit card(same account as mine) and then I came back today for accessories and they wouldnt let me use the card bc my name isnt on it. Also everything is at least twice as expensive bc its a corporate store as apposed to smaller Metros

Very poor customer service.They sell you devices and dont tell you they keep it locked for 6 months, if desired to change to another carrier.

The young man who assisted me was very kind and helpful. He helped me to get a phone with protective glass and case which he then put on for me very carefully. (The phone is for my grand daughter) I once had a protective screen put on one of my phones very poorly in another place so I appreciated his care. Very good experience!

Best Metro store in Gainesville! I come here for help strictly because of Allan. He always gives me a straight answer and was super knowledgable in helping me decide which phone was best for me. He even helped me recently with an issue where I couldnt pay the exact amount on the Metro app. If you have any issues, Allan is the guy to see!
It SO much depends on who you get. I stopped in once and met with a pleasant young man who told me almost no details, just pushed their plans. Today, I stopped in and spoke to a young woman, who identified herself as some kind of manager, and she was awesome. Answered every question I had, gave lots of details and really seemed to have customer service on her mind.
I was at the store in Gainesville FL and the young man who helped me his name is Allan he was phenomenal he helped me a great deal I have been with metro for years and no one was 1/2 as knowledgeable as him more should be like him and very patient give him a raise he is supervisory material . I came here as a new customer, and have been to the store twice. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I am happy with the products and services I got. I came to the corporate store, rather than smaller stores around town, because I assumed they would have the best selection of products. I was a bit disappointed in the selection of accessories they had, and they didnt really seem to have any more selection of colors and styles of phones than any other store would have. That said, I would go back again if I needed anything else, because most importantly they had what I needed, the staff knew they were talking about, and they were able to help me with what I came for.
Love Metro, my only gripe is that although the service is mostly good we cant get service in other places, even sometimes at our house.Hurry up and try to catch up to At&t. Yes, its much more expensive but weve gotten reception EVEN out on the water in the Gulf!Come on Metro, get them towers up!!!

I walked into the store today. I was the only customer in the store. The clerk asked me to take a number. She did not even say hi. Just take a number I said I am the only person in the store yes, but we have to track our customers she told me. I was the only person in the store. How hard is it to keep track of me? I left and went to another store. A simple hi first and they might have had my business.

They actually talked me out of buying a phone I was set on buying. It was closing time and they rushed me out. The salesman kept telling me I had better luck buying a used phone off a person. I walked into the store with money in hand ready to get the HTC but was talked out of it. Im glad because I got the new ZTE online.

Poor service and I hated it. I went in today to try and my phone (Nokia Lumia) to be replaced since it always turns off and turns back on whenever I try to use it, but I never did. I asked this girl sitting in front of the desk and she sat there for five minutes testing it out to see the problem before replacing it because thats policy and she said that there was never a problem whenever she held it in her hand for a few minutes, compared to me when Ive been using it for three months now? She then suggests that I need to take off the case that I already have because its probably the reason why, when it is clearly not and proceeds to say to use their gel case, which is ridiculous I came here to exchange my phone not buy a case for it. So, I opted on taking of the case instead and she told me that if it does the thing again, that I come back tomorrow AND GUESS WHAT THE MINUTE I CAME HOME AND SETTLE MY PHONE IN MY DRESSER IT SHUTS DOWN AND IT KEPT DOING THAT THREE TIMES. The same thing is happening to my sister too and I hope that when I do take it back that they ACTUALLY EXCHANGE IT. I would suggest to go to ANOTHER MetroPCS that HAS BETTER customer service rather than STANDING THERE STARING OFF IN SPACE LIKE THEIR WORKERS ARE DOING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This morning I called this location and spoke to a woman. I asked her about how to proceed with porting my metro # to a different carrier. She asked if I paid my bill this month and I told her no because Im switching and she said that I could not port my number without paying my bill first ( now remind you, my bill is $15 and was due the 15th ). SHE LIEDI called and had my new carrier call Metro port department and after they asked for a few pieces of info to verify my identity they ported itThis is exactly why I left metro, the customer service is absolutely the worst ever.
On my visits here I have been very happy with the service and store. A little hard/confusing to park in and find the front door for, but inside is clean and modern. Once replaced a broken phone for a new one very quickly with no problems. Recently, had to do some account stuff (separating some family lines, paying bills) and Rashad was very helpful. Ive never had to wait in line here. Coming from horrendously overcrowded understaffed undertrained stores in Hialeah FL this is a wonderful change of pace. Fully recommend this store. (and metroPCS in general, why pay contracts and more money, or have limited data or some other ridiculous stuff? This day and age Metro is a great value)
I had a problem with my internet not working. I was helped by a girl named Shelly and she showed me what the problem was. The data was turned off in the settings. My 2 year old son must have turned it off playing with it. I am so glad I dont have to buy a new phone! Thanks Shelly.

I havent had my phones for a year. I was told I have a year warranty. When I sent my fiance in to let them know that our phones are not charging. We have protection cases no damage to the cords. They told us it was personal damage. I will no longer be a customer.

The coorperate store employees are very rude. one guy was very unprofessional and was questioning as i was walking away, why people like me always get frustrated for one you dumbass yall charge 26.50 for people to get new sim cards WHEN ITS FREE TO ACTIVATE WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I had wasted my time I used my bfs old sim and in two seconds i swithced everything over to my new phone. I do not recommend people going to the cooperate store they are rude.

Stay away from the ZTE Max 6 is no good and make sure u know what ur getting in to cause I got phone had to go all the way to Gainesville FL or u would have to go to Jacksonville
