Third person back in the line and it took 20 minutes to get to the register. Then had to wait over 20 minutes to get the 2 breakfast sandwiches we ordered. Bread was hard as a rock and egg was way overcooked. Food was all but inedible. Lousy food, lousy service and it cost us over $14. Thats with just one drink. Will never even entertain the thought of eating here again.

These folks know how to treat you right. The food is exceptional and the staff is extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend this establishment. I even met one of the Braves aces while I was there.

Had lunch with my niece here today was very enjoyable food excellent no complaints at all there. I had the cheese broccoli soup and my niece had the macaroni and cheese in a bread bowl yes she loves carbs.

Ordered on my way..walked in and picked up my bag and left. It was PERFECT! Helpful phone service, quick pick up..the panini was amazing as usual too!I only wish they were back open with normal hours, as Ive wanted that panini for weeks!

I have been to this location twice. First time was decent, second time was absolutely HORRIBLE! The entire restaurant is disgusting. I went into the bathroom, and there was no soap. I notified one of the employees that there wasnt any soap in the bathroom, and she said OK thank you. I could hear other people complaining that there wasnt any soap in the bathroom (not sure if they notified staff or not). The most horrific thing I witnessed today was that the employee that I notified about the bathroom not having soap, came out of the bathroom as I was going in AND THERE STILL WAS NOT ANY SOAP TO USE!!! This is a health hazard. A lot of elderly people visit your restaurant and you want to put their life in danger by not washing your hands properly. You work with food and should be ashamed of yourself.Management, please educate your staff on the importance of handwashing and preventing the spread of germs. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and no one in your restaurant seems to really care.

Fantastic staff and the only place in town to get a decent bagel. Their soup and sandwiches are really good but the muffins are the jewel. I recommend to anyone getting lunch around gainesville.

Bagel was awful. Hard as a rock! Picked it up and dropped it on the plate and other people looked when they heard the noise. But that’s not the worst part. This restaurant is filthy. Just look under all the tables. It hasn’t been swept or mopped. Bathroom is gross. Windows have months worth of dust and hair buildup in the corners. This was our first time here: First and last.

Atlanta Bread Company is better than McDonalds, Burger King and Taco Bell all combined. They have real food that is really good. All the employees are wonderful. They always have a smile on their face. Theyve answered all of my questions, without getting upset. I will go back! I have never had a bad experience here. BTW...Theyre freaking tuna salad is awesome!

1st time here and let me tell you not impressed at all. Coffee station empty of half and half and milk. Coffe in carafe was cold and Ive been waiting 36 minutes for my food and still not out yet. Very disappointing. Food just got here after 42 minutes and my eggs are cold and potatoes are dried out. Sausage tastes like it was microwaved. Never have I ever fell so ripped off by a restaurant. So on top of this I went into mens room to wash my hands and there was fecal matter wiped all over the commode and floor in the stall. Truly disgusting. I hope the health dept reads this.

Great visit today, very friendly service and the coffee was good. Thank you!! I appreciate not being forced to wear a mask as we are boycotting any restaurants and businesses that choose to force them.

Their store hours say open til 6. Get there at 5:40 and the doors are locked. Called them and some young kid tells me they closed early. Will never go back there. This is the 2nd time they have done this. Corporate complaint headed your way. Thanks for ruining my pregnant wife’s craving!!!

I have been to this location a number of times, mainly because it is on my way to work or while running errands. Never have I seen such a mess in a corporate cafe or restaurant. Their salads are served dripping water and looked as if just thrown in the bowl. They easily mess up your order especially if ordering to go and if you decide to stay, get ready for the soap opera time hearing the bossy old lady bossing everyone around while she does nothing or the owners scratching their heads wondering what to do. No soap in the restrooms, fountain drink stations are not clean, you name it. I feel sorry for some of their employees - it is not their fault, just very poor management at its best. So very disappointed at this place. Drive a bit more and go to Panera.

I go here regularly and I always leave here satisfied! The food is great and the service is timely. I definitely will go again.

Best place to eat breakfast

Couple weeks ago I ordered my food online... When I arrived(5mins) after it was supposed to be ready, the food hadnt even been started... Somehow the ticket was overlooked... Being optimistic, I call my order in today... Was told it would be ready in 15 mins... I show up 20 mins later, ask for my food, well guess what, the ticket hadnt even been turned in... Not sure why this is ongoing... Bogo coupons dont make up for lost time...

I got a hair and half salad/sandwich to go. They were out of all bread except three. Food came out 20 minutes after order. I also ordered a smoothie, which took 15 extra minutes and wasn’t blended (still whole frozen strawberry and mango chunks). Salad had one strawberry on it. I won’t be eating here again.

I not a big sandwich and soup guy but the selection it great and from what i had and tasted like the Panini Cubano was amazingly good and the bella chicken sandwich breads or great there very quick and chunky potato soup pairs well with most of the sandwich

Always clean with fresh food and welcoming staff. Its a quiet place, great for a casual business meeting. The parking layout makes entering and exiting a bit difficult and dangerous.

Pretty good overall but a little pricey for what you get. Dont go when youre really hungry. Sandwiches are good if a little on the small side for the price.Crowded at lunch and they seem to have a problem retaining employees. Every time we go its a whole new crew and no one really seems to know what theyre doing.

Been a while since I first visited a branch of this chain in Michigan. Remember quickly what I love about it. Giant delicious bagels toasted with cream cheese and soup in bread bowls. Much more affordable than Panera. Friendly staff and a very relaxing variety of seating arrangements both with and without TVs. Has a real coffee shop feel. A great place for some homework or getting to know a good friend.

I just order food from Grubhub and it was wrong. I asked for a blueberry muffin and I got something with white cream on it. Then I asked for spicy mustard added to my sandwich and it wasn’t, then I paid for bacon and cheese in my soup.. didn’t get that either.

The food is always great but the staff also make the experience that much more enjoyable. Theyre helpful, informative and funny. Those 3 traits coupled with the delicious food should make anyone enjoy this place.

We frequently go to Atlanta Bread Company for breakfast on Sunday mornings. Good food and excellent service. Sometime the staff has to be reminded to refill the coffee urns because this place is very busy and the coffee is good.

A nice lunch spot in Gainesville? Now were talkin. The Turkey Avocado Bacon sandwich is divine. The music isnt overbearing, but just noticable enough to give the place an atmosphere. Good spot for a quick but intimate meal. Unless theyve changed it since I was there last, the pastries also go on discount after 2pm. $1/person. Nice deal if youre craving something sweet.

I love Atlanta bread they have excellent service and great food! This review is a protest because Atlanta bread is now closed at 6. I hardly ever get to eat there anymore. Which makes me very sad because its so great. Now my wife and I try to eat at Panera and it is extremely disappointing every time. Atleast stay open till 8!! I miss you so Atlanta Bread 😥

A good place for a quick bagel breakfast. Fast and friendly. Soft drinks are a little over priced.

This place has a nice selection of food and drinks. Its very affordable and caters to breakfast and lunch with the full menu available all day. My only complaint is their bagels are slightly over cooked for my taste.

This place is quite literally the polar opposite of Panera Bread. They may seem similar and serve the same foods but in no way is it the same. Personally, this is the best ATL Bread Ive had. Fast and courteous service which is bringing out very good and well prepared food. Highly recommend!

Is loyal to its customers and hardly any big company is loyal to anyone, but this is wrong when high school grad debates anything youve done and they hate it when the women come in bunches . Be humble, always be kind, and always go to Atlanta Bread company knowing how great the actual food is.Or just stand there hoping someone says the right thing. They dont, but maybe they will beg you to get naked with 10 women in the back. Whats the right play? What do you do?
