Never again will we step foot back in this liberal company. Kicked us out due to a county mandate on the mask issue that is NOT mandatory for the state of Florida. We went to 4 other well known stores including the Oaks Mall and not one in Gainesville made it mandatory to wear mask!!! I have always supported small local businesses however I hope this one goes belly up... Sadly I had to give at least 1 Star so I could share my experience but you do not deserve any at all!!

First time in bigger space.Really awesome.Halloween 🎃 costume sale. Found costumes for the whole family plus more. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable with thier inventory.

Came in to this store today because my brother and his fiancé spoke so highly of it. They are a huge Rip off and the lady that looked at all of our items was throwing them around and being very blunt and rude... not great customer service what so ever... BUT, the two ladies who greeted us were fantastic very friendly wish I caught their names. Unfortunately, I do not believe i will be coming back.. I’m very upset and unimpressed by their whole system. I should have said no when she only offered me 25 dollars for all of the brand new baby supplies/ mattress/ bouncer/ push and ride toy/ bibs and cloths sets etc. still in boxes with price tags and all. It was a steal for them though. like I said RIP OFF.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have almost everything you can imagine for your child. Theyve definitely taken the steps and precautions to keep a safe environment from quarantine and do a great job anticipating customers needs.

The store and products were WONDERFUL but I will NEVER return again. The cashier was unbelievable rude and unwelcoming. My wife and i came in on 7/7 between 3-4 pm. Dark headed girl was a NIGHTMARE! We made two purchases. One for $115 and the other about $50. We shouldve taken our business ELSEWHERE. Pretty sure she had an issue with the fact that my wife is black. Why does it concern you? Its none of your business! Attitude the entire visit. We asked if we could return later to pickup our bassinet...NO! GET IT NOW! Maybe she was off her meds. Never again....

Everyone that works in there is always so rude, I’ve stopped going because of this. They have lots to choose from but especially if you have kids they are extremely rude. Why go somewhere for children when they always give you dirty looks if your kid is crying or being a child. Horrible.

Weecycle/the Babies Room is awesome! Everyone is very helpful and you can find great deals on new and used items. The selection of toys is truly amazing.

Weecycle is an absolutely great place to get gently used and even new childrens items. Plus, they always give a reasonable price for your items that you want to sell. Friendly, helpful staff as well. I always find something for the kiddos when I go in.

I want to love it here. There are plenty of items that are generally nice, fairly clean, and a decent selection of kids clothes. After multiple visits I just cant.and its always the staff that is the issue.The owner and employees seem to go out of their way to make it feel unwelcoming. I wish I could say it was a one-off situation but its been rude and poor customer service every time Ive gone in.Update. Tried again a year later and its still awful. I wish Gainesville had a friendly better option. The staff is just so terrible here.

While it is a little bit more expensive than other consignment shops, it is well organized and clean. The staff is friendly, and always greets you as you walk in. The also offer loyalty cards, and after spending so much you get a percentage off the next purchase. And while I have never sold anything to them, they also have days that allow you to bring in items. My little one is well supplied from here!

Really like this shop. Friendly helpful staff. Nice variety of everything. Enjoy their sales. Everything is in very good condition. There even some new items.

I shop here for my grandson all the time. Great selection. The store is clean and organized. They only accept nice items in good shape, so you dont have to rummage through a lot of junk. Book and toy selection is excellent too. They go out of their way to find what youre looking for

I literally have never been to a more expensive consignment shop, EVER! Don’t waste your time here, you could buy everything brand new for probably a better price.

It has been a while since I visited store, but I recently went back. The new and used items every visit, then and now, I find to be unique with interesting, terrific finds which is a 5 star - but the feeling of being welcomed as a customer has never existed here with any of the staff which would be a 1 star. But, It is well worth a visit for the items if the unfriendly - freezing - cold as ice owner as well doesnt bother you - BRRRRRR

I always find what I need. They only take in excellent quality items, so you get what you pay for. Really cute stuff for kids room and toys too, not just clothes!

I absolutely love this place. They have name brand everything you would need for your children from clothes, shoes, toys, books, etc. The service is always great and they will usually go out of their way to help you find something. They are also a great stop for maternity clothes. Ive found so much amazing stuff at this store and would definitely recommend it to anyone with kids.

I have shopped here pretty frequently over the last several months I used to enjoy coming in and looking for things however I do not feel welcomed at all by the staff while Im here and feel as though Im bothering them if I ask a question about something. I love the store the prices but staff ( the owner) in particular need to be a little friendlier to customers after all we are what keep your small business open.

This store is clean, well organized and pleasant. The selection of baby stuff is great, and everything for sale seems to be in great condition. The only thing holding back a 5 star rating is the pricing...I expected pre-owned items to come with a little deeper discount.

I agree with the other reviewers that this consignment shop is too high-priced for being second-hand clothing. I visited briefly on two occasions but did not purchase. Customer service was just ok. Pleasant if they were approached though. I have found better prices at other consignments, even in southern California where prices are generally higher. However the selection is pretty abundant.

Just got my toddler two pairs of stride rite shoes for less than one new pair. Both pairs in great shape! They helped me find the right size and try them on to see if he could walk in them. Thank you for excellent customer service today!

I have bought a number of items here over the past several years. If you are careful and selective with quality, you can find some great deals. It is hit or miss. But I usually buy more than I intended going in. I like checking out the baby/kids shoes too. Just don’t buy anything unless you are 100% bc the return policy is horrible and sometimes the sizes are really off. Also I would agree with other yelp comments on customer service. Wonder if profit margins are narrow that they have to be so strict with their consignment rules and return policy? Maybe they are just burned out and feel they have to protect themselves? They have been super selective with my consignment items yet a lot of what I see on the racks are in much worse shape than the items I brought. Puzzling? Wonder how often they turn over all the older, non-sellable stuff or does it just sit there for years on end? Who knows. Overall they are a great service to the community and glad they do what they do.

Wish it was in a better location & would also offer more baby supplies than just clothes.

Definitely recommend this place they have really really nice baby stuff that are in great condition only problem I dont like this how expensive they are for a basically thrift store they are way overpriced.

Moved to the new location by Lucky’s Very pricey for somethings being that it’s a thrift store. Staff wasn’t very polite at all, this was my first and last time coming here. Would give no stars if possible.

Incredibly disappointing! i was refereed to them, gathered all new and lightly used name brand childrens clothes, possibly 200 pieces and weecycle only wanted maybe ten of best and gave my wife $10. O yea I forgot, I called first and she made sure to tell me not to bring anything in a bag it would need to be in a box.

Recommended ages are newborns to 10ish yr olds. Some teen sizes and up. Great place to donate and purchase for decent yearly school clothes. Its very well organized, the deals are great, and so is the staff.

I almost always find what I need, and many more things I want at great prices. Friendly neighborhood store, Ive been a customer for over a decade and always check here first!

Always find something there, most of the clothes still have original tags on them, affordable for parents as they have a great selection, and especially great for baby clothing as they will outgrow their clothing in a month tops, and buying barely used/new at great prices is a good option.

Great children consignment store. Most their prices are reasonable and the clothes are in good shape. They also sell new items, furniture for babies and children.

Liked shopping there, but dropping g stuff.off there is a hassle, and I have found the staff treat you a lot different when trying to bring items in. I wish they would let you drop them off and just call you. That would be helpful. I will bring my business elsewhere.

Clean store. Prices were a bit steep for many of the used items. Typically only a couple dollars less than the new price on many of the items. I went in because someone recommended them. Doubtful that I will go back and very doubtful that I would recommend them to anyone else...Sorry, but overall this place was not very inviting place for shopping. Not pleased with my visit.

This store is fantastic- I have had the best luck for so many super neat new and preloved items! The inventory is always changing so I stop in once a week to see whats new. If you like an item- bring it home- it will not last! I usually find big gift items- bikes- scooters- and small furniture pieces- my favorite finds are the shoes- holiday dress items- holloween items. Trade in old to get your kids fresh new toys. The prices are very fair - !!!

They are tooooo expensive. If you pay attention some of the clothes have stain or tears. I know the clothes are second hand but they need to go down on the price of the clothes. They are not in the best condition for real. I would pay for new clothes. They also dont want to pay you for what you bring in and they act like they have a attitude when you bring stuff in. The store is very clean organized. I would not refer a friend to them.

Too expensive for a second hand store. I only go when there is a sale or looking for a certain item. I can buy the new items from the actual store cheaper than used ones here. Also, they dont give much for the items you bring in, better off selling yourself on craigslist ect.

Nice and good selection, just the customer service is terrible. I went to bring clothes and I brought them in a plastic bad (it was my first time doing this) and when I open the Dios the lady yell at me multiple times saying : no plastic bags, no plastic bags. I look behind me trying to understand why she yell at me and look at me like if I was doing something horrible. I ask her why is she yelling and she said they dont accept plastic bags and ai told her ok you should start for that at least greet the customer and the explain the plastic bad deal, not yell to the customer right after they open the door. It was really disappointing because I like what they do and is a really nice store but the staff is terrible.
