Very professional, courteous and quick!

Partner and I went in to get a photo of her relative put into a locket . We told the gentleman helping us multiple times to crop the photo in the shape of the locket . He scanned the locket and gave us a small photo of my partner’s grandmother inside an outline of a heart the size of the locket itself . I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and just paid and left . My partner left the store in tears and I will not ever give this place my patronage again.

I needed to print and assemble a complicated project. Went on Saturday morning. No waiting. They assisted me on printing all the differente pieces I needed. They have a great space to work on it and lended me everything I needed to build it right there. Which was great, because I messed up a couple of times and could re-print right there.

Front desk customer service was the best.

I needed some copies of some old building plans in digital format. Renaissance was able to get them back same day. This was helpful since my customer was on a strict time frame.

Renaissance printing has top professionals to do so many jobs in addition to copy machines on the floor the customers can use. Its extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used them for years since they were a small business and have never been disappointed.

One cant wax poetic about stopping by a printer to have a stack of flyers printed for a trade show. So, that will not be attempted here.I was professionally tended to, with attention to the details (should we scrap this run, since we had to change machines, and they look slightly different?) which wasnt critical in this context, but what if it had been. Easy in, easy out, satisfactory result, fair price. No poetry, just value.

I needed to make copies and fax some paperwork, so I asked around and was told Renaissance was the place to go. I was pleased with the wonderful customer service. The wait time was minimal. Store was clean and neat. They also have a lamination machine. Definitely recommend.

Almost every week I stop by Renaisance Printing for something. They do a super job for reasonable prices in faxing, copying, and many other helpful ways. They made a Wonderful “Welcome Home Banner” for me and each year added a new year to it. They have printed flyers where I needed changes and I am able to have things faxed here. All employees are so personable, efficient, and helpful in every way. Also, you can purchase decorated holiday papers to use for letters. My right arm place.🥰🔔

I cant say enough amazing things about Renaissance! I dropped off a last minute order for invitations on Friday at 12:30 and was told it would take 24 hours before they were ready which was completely understandable... I got a call saying they were ready for pick up an hour later! Fast service, amazing employees and perfect workmanship!

So easy to communicate with and all of my questions were answered via email in detail before I placed my order. Theyre the only place in town I use to get prints of artwork because the prices are competitive, their prints are available in a good range of sizes, and they come out as perfec duplicates of the originals.

I have been working with this company for over 16 years and have always received the best customer service. We have had large jobs to small jobs and they always deliver when they say they will and I have never had a send back. The staff make you feel like you are the only customer. Very friendly staff and they keep a file so when you need something again they have it.

Great service and quick turn around on some custom prints.

They do it all very profesional

They were very nice and informative when I dropped off my project to be printed, laminated, and spiraled (50 dollars) for 11 pages. Steep prices for such a small project. Less than 24 hours later it was done! Great with timing, however, once I received my project there was a mistake on their part. They refused to fix it Unless I paid them another 11 dollars for one single page. Sadly I will not be returning or ever recommending them. CHECK your product on their server before paying!

Had my photo prints re printed three times and they still look horrible. There are scratches and fingerprints on my photos. I expect better when paying so much. Stick to Harmons for photo printing.

The only good thing here is you can get low cost copies, but if you have a digital file, save yourself the money and go get a printer and scan stuff yourself. Compared to target copy, its much better, but thats not really saying much. The only thing i can say is i keep allowing myself to dissapoint me. I tried to get a picture enlarged, came back 2 hours later to a picture the same size, had to wait to get another photo printed out, it was pixelated, had to wait for another one, then they sharpened it, then they used a different material that fit my description of non reflective but popped more than matte, then finally settled on the photo that was pretty much a copy of the original picture. I payed $10 for the picture, next time ill get a second copy since i now know that the best printing place in town cant satisfactorily enlarge a photo up to peoples requests. Not trying to be a super downer, very nice people, but this is the third time ive been dissapointed with service here and known i can do better myself elsewhere.Edit, on top of which, they charged me for all the reprints they had to do. Really?
