My first experience with Target Copy was great. Christine was extremely helpful in helping me figure out how to print what I needed. They are also very cheap and easy to use. If you’re a student, this a great place to print out assignments and resumes.

Target Copy, Michael, and Sorin have been awesome to work with! I came in with purchased designs and they were able to edit and accommodate all of my wild requests. They were so patient with me and willing to help in any way possible. I cant speak more highly of their professionalism and patience!

Well, I had a good experience with them. Nice people, relaxed, get the job done. Nice relaxed atmosphere, and theyre next to chipotle.

The target copy staff were very professional and helpful! They ensured quality by printing me a proof and then an additional proof when I wanted to compare two options. Overall, I am thrilled with the service and would recommend! This is not my first good experience with target copy. They have printed for me in the past and I had a great experience then too!

So I often visit here for my business and for my church. The last few visits has been terrible especially with the men. I came in today to pick up my order and I stood there for about 5 to 7 min and no one acknowledge me. A guy came in asked about a computer the guy with the curly hair helped him didnt say anything to me and then when I said something he acted as if he didnt hear me. The customer service is really terrible depending on the people. Customer service is key. I understand this is a university town but it is more people here besides the students. When the students leave the natives are still here. Treat us with the same respect!!!!

My experience with target copy was great

Target Copy is and will forever be my go-to place for all of my printing needs. I am continually impressed by the kind staff, the high-quality products, and the speed at which they get my orders ready. I recently got my wedding invitations printed here, and then my wedding venue completely burnt down, and I had to change my location...which meant having to reprint my invitations! I was devastated, and my budget was already so tight, but when I called, the manager (Jennifer) was extremely kind and understanding and even offered me a discount. On both printing occasions, I worked with a very knowledgable and polite staff member, named Judy, and she did my invitations perfectly! My blue was a very tricky shade, but she was able to execute my order with ZERO problems! They were beyond generous and their demonstration of kindness brought me to tears. THANK YOU JENNIFER, JUDY, AND TARGET COPY! EVERYONE: Please utilize this establishment for all of your printing/paper needs, I am so confident that they will do a wonderful job.

I came here from out-of-state to present a series of talks at UF, but forgot to pack the necessary printed material for my presentation. On day 1 of my visit I had to quickly find inexpensive printing services that could handle the exacting demands of my project. Fortunately I thought to ask a local, who told me without hesitation to go to Target Copy Center. Staff there were very willing to spend time talking with me about what I needed and offer helpful advice. The job was done quickly, professionally and at very reasonable cost. I used to come here for everything. One time, I needed a file sent to my email. The file did not arrive after over 20 minutes. I politely asked them to send it to a different email. They wanted to charge me 2.50 for this. I found that ridiculous. I never got my service! After speaking to a manager and arguing for 10 minutes, they sent it to another email. Got the file immediately. Poor customer service, low quality work.

I had never used TargetCopy before, but today I used them to print some bridal shower invitations and Chris F. was SO HELPFUL and knowledgeable from helping me pick the stock paper to resizing my file to printing to helping me save money by cutting them myself on their cutting board (even showed me how to use it!). Thanks Chris, for making this a quick and pleasant experience!

Good and fast service

I went to Target Copy today to have some pictures printed of my cousin that passed. Nicole was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Not only that but when my daughter dropped the pictures in the parking lot which we didn’t discover until we got home. I have Nicole a call and she was willing to go out in the parking lot and look for them and offered to reprint them if they weren’t found. She made the end to a frustrating day less stressful and I thank her for being attentive and kind. Nicole you rock

The particular staff member who helped me is named Karen. She walked me through my entire, GIANT, rush order calmly and went through the thickest document PAGE by PAGE to ensure that each page was facing the correct way and to check whether or not it had colored diagrams on it. She made sure that my order was completed before Fedex closed at 6:00 pm. We were able to ship our documents out at 5:30 pm! I would rate this place 10 stars if possible.

The prices and service seem fine for bulk printing and professional services but i paid $4 for two color pages because they charge you by the minute for using their computer even just to print.

I love this location the staff is always friendly only reason I gave a 4 star is because the parking is always hard unless you go at night.

There’s a middle aged white guy who works here (he was wearing red when I was in) who was impatient, condescending, and unhelpful. The younger staff jumped in and were much kinder. If you come in, look for the students. (11/06 @17:30)

Really exceptional service. Got helped by two different representatives and they were the epitome of great customer service for a printing company. Truthfully, it was a bit pricey and I probably will just print on the UF campus in the future for my day-to-day printing. Definitely bring your media on a flash drive and let them cut it; its not worth your time & theyll do it accurately!

Super helpful staff (Gabriel) explained to me various ways to get a project done (on what kind of stock, lamination options, gloss options etc) and even printed a sample or two for me to look at! Great customer service!

I had a last minute issue with the copies when I went to pick them up and they were incredibly kind and helped fix it immediately. I was impressed with their courteous staff and willing to work with the customer. I highly recommend them.

Ive used Target Copy for 5 years, not because I really like target copy. But for lack of other options.I think Target Copy is stingy and I really dislike how you print from their computers. (you use a card and are charged by the minute)I find myself always waiting in a line, and frequently having my documents reprinted.Aside from that they are in a great location, and satisfy my printing needs.

I have been going to Target Copy for years. I used them a lot during my time at UF, and now that I work in Gainesville, I visit them for professional needs as well. I am a teacher, and I am always getting things printed for my classroom, or to advertise my program among potential students.That being said, I always get a high quality product from them. However, they are inconsistent in pricing and customer service. I make it evident that I am a teacher each and every time I go in, and I am sometimes offered a teacher discount. More often than not, I am told there is no teacher discount.Recently I went in and had a lot of copies made and needed them spiral bound. I was told that wouldnt be an issue, and they quoted me a price which I thought was competitive. When I went to pick up the product, they were not spiral bound. I asked if that was something they maybe forgot, and they assured me I had not paid for spiral binding options.As a teacher, I pour countless dollars into my classroom out of my own pocket. Im not happy that I spent a small fortune for JUST copies, when I have access to a copier at school. They need to work on consistency, because the person I dropped the order off with assured me it would be spiral bound.I will not be back.To make matters worse, pages were missing. I figured this out once I started binding them.

This place is a complete joke. This place will eventually be overran by a superior corporation. Oh yeah, the workers there suck.

Customer service is very poor. Waited in line and the employees helped some girls who just walked in, and then disappeared instead of helping me. Not very friendly and the employees who were helping me were on their phones every moment available.

Target Copy customer service is the absolute worst!!! Think the Pop Copy skit from Dave Chapel. If you ever want to be treated like a first rate A hole go to Target copy expecting courteous customer service. Ive never been treated with such distain by an apparent minimum wage employe in my life! They are worse than bone cancer!

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. This place is a scam, they try to make whatever youre doing take as long as possible so they can make more money. The broken office equiptment mixed with the awful customer care makes me wonder how this business is still standing.

Even though the prices are significantly steeper than other copy places I went to support a local business. They charge a dollar per three minutes to pull your document up on their outdated computers. I ended up paying a dollar to wait on a browser that never loaded. After other complications I left without a refund because I didnt have time to play around about a dollar and went to Office Depot instead.

Ive wasted too much money here. If youre a student at UF, there are better ways to print.

Self-serv computers are very very slow.

The absolute worst service and attitude. Youll fit in just fine if youre a upper middle-class Caucasian student, even black. But if youre Hispanic like me, youll get treated like a criminal, as I did on 28 April 2015 at 10:30 AM. I had to come in 3 times for the same thing, they just couldnt get it right, and the manager could only give me a non-nonchalant attitude and lack of explanation. What they were good at is having one of the managers threaten to use Jiu-Jitsu to twist me like a pretzel and to break my neck or another one who said he is going to have to hurt me. I had to call the cops, because I was being threatened and taunted by the Jiu-Jitsu guy. When the cops arrived, it was a one-sided thing and I got trespassed. I mean where the hell are my rights? No one is above the law. These guys they can get away with anything. My complaint with the BBB is only the first step.
