Eric Vandiver in sales was AMAZING!! He went out of his way to help us get some special order brackets needed for a project that had an extremely tight timeline. He kept us updated via text and phone calls and was such a pleasure to work with. Will definitely go to Eric and Builders FirstSource for all of our future projects.

Horrible. I ordered 40+ custom windows and they showed up with varying hardware. I asked the company to fix the problem and no one followed up. When I contacted them a month later, the rep said your hardware has been here for days. No one called me. Then the rep said I had to replace the hardware myself. Im taking them to small claims court. And I have to pull the windows. Horrible company.

From the 1st Day I met BK at the Gainesville Location I knew he was a solid guy.I showed up after closing with my list of my needed items, he took a picture with his phone and sent me a quote before I awoke the next morning.He’s been amazing with sharing his knowledge of the building trades.I have several other stores closer to my home but they will not explain or answer my stupid questions.Vance Crawford

I will not work with this company ever again. They messed up our order and told us to fix hardware ourselves, invalidating our warranty. Unethical company. Do not patronize this predatory business.

They can supply you with anything from small household projects too large Contracting projects. The staff is extremely helpful, and if at any point in time they do not have what you need they can either get it or guide you in the right direction.
