Be careful shopping here! We purchased furniture in august and as of December 30th still can’t open 1/2 the drawers and the owner has said multiple times he’s coming to fix it but they just miss appointments and don’t even call to tell you anything. It’s bad when a furniture set is paid in full but can’t be used!

Comani furniture is amazing. They are extremely friendly. Starting with Josh who was the salesman to the delivery by the owner Dustin are just fine people. They are pleasant to work with and made furniture shopping fun. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants great pieces of furniture and just the best customer service I have received. Love every bit of furniture I bought and everything was gorgeous. Took patience to setup they way I want and just very polite. Once again thank you so much Josh, Dustin and all the staff.

Recently purchased office furniture from Comani. Dustin and Jo were very professional friendly. The only issue that I had was the furniture took awhile to get here. However they were more than accommodating during the process. The prices can’t be beat by other Ashley Furniture vendors...I know this because I researched other companies carrying the same. They also install your furniture at no extra charge and haul away the boxes. Despite the length it took for us to get our furniture, I would go back to Comani because Customer Service is important in any business. Their professionalism and attention demonstrates that they want your repeat business.

I found Comani through a search on Offer-up. They posted a picture of the exact couch I was looking for and I went on their website for further research. I saw they had financing which was through Acima. I applied which is a super easy process. I got financing approved, received a call about an hour later and picked out my couch. I was able to do everything through text. They delivered from Gainsville all the way to Sandy Springs. I believed the person I worked with name is Josh. He was amazing, he answered all my questions, kept me updated and always made himself available.I ordered around Thanksgiving which was a mistake on my part. The couch could not get to me before the holiday but the owner, Dustin, was so nice! He offered to bring me a couch (the same model but different color) until my own was delivered which would have been a week later.My couch was delivered as promised and its great. Exactly as described, with comfortable cushions, a mattress and assembled. The fact that they got it into my apartment on the third floor deserves much praise.The customer service, ease of purchase and the quality of the furniture is phenomenal. I definitely recommend them.

Awesome experience! I ordered my King size sleigh bed from here and had no issues at all! Joshua the store manager was amazing and very nice and informative. Delivery and set up was great as well the drivers arrived earlier that expected and were very nice. Definitely will be doing business with them again in the future.

The guys at Comani Furniture are AWESOME. By far, the best customer service Ive ever received. Ive purchased from them twice and both times had a great experience. Almost every piece of furniture in my house is from Comani Furniture. They have quality pieces of furniture at affordable prices and they also deliver! Alot of furniture stores try to scam you out of thousands and dont care about their customers, but you can tell that the guys at Comani are all about their customers. Joshua, Jordan, Eric, and all of the other Comani employees are AWESOME! I will continue to do business with them for many years to come.

All in all...I love my sofa and they have very friendly service. However, lacking in punctuality and reliability. I found myself having to chase them down in order to get a solidified delivery date after being pushed back twice and arriving 2 weeks late. And then was assured I would be refunded for the delivery charge due to the delays, and still haven’t received any refund several weeks later.

Josh was a wonderful salesman! He made sure we had the best experience & loved what we ordered! He went above and beyond! We absolutely love our new living room suit & mattress! We definitely will be back for any future purchases! We are customers for life!

Update: The owner reached out to me to apologize on behalf of his employee & offered the bed to me at cost. I appreciated his concern.On Labor Day I purchased a bed for my guest bedroom. This was the third time I bought furniture from Comani. The sales associate, Josh, tells us that our bed will be in that same week. The week comes and goes & we don’t hear from anyone about our bed. I waited 2.5 weeks to finally call and ask about the bed. Josh said it had not come in yet & that it would be in that week & they would contact me on Friday or Monday. So, Monday goes by & still no word. Finally, on Tuesday I call & still Josh is unable to give me an exact time and date when my bed is going to be delivered. I call back later to voice my concerns about the situation. Josh’s exact words were- “I’m sorry but it is what it is.” I let Josh know that I would’ve been fine had anyone communicated with me but he was uninterested in making it right. Ultimately, I cancelled my order due to how badly the situation was handled and will be purchasing elsewhere and will not be back.

I loved every minute of working with these guys. Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff with a great selection of furniture. So much easier to work with than those big box furniture retailers and there was never any pressure. They definitely have a customer for life in me.

Ordered a bedroom set, for a pretty decent deal. We ordered it about 2-3 weeks in advance from when we needed it, to make sure there was enough time to get it before the move, we were told it would be in the store within a week. We were told a couple days before the move that it would not be in for another week. That in itself was frustrating as we had to sleep on the floor for almost a week.To make up for it, we were offered the shipping cost to be paid back to us, and that the owner would bring a check or cash with him on the delivery. He did not, and after contacting him afterwords, we still have not received the $150 delivery cost back.All in all, I will not use this company again, nor will i recommend them again. My experience was frustrating at best.Furniture quality is decent, I guess.

So disappointed with this store. I had decided to give them a try after reading all the wonderful reviews.I purchased 3 sets of furniture on January 28th. We were told we would get the sets in two weeks-three weeks tops. Two sets were delivered a month later. It is now March 8th and I still have not been able to get the table I ordered. We were recently informed it would be ANOTHER week. Its upsetting and theyre lack of communication has made this whole process even more frustrating! I will say the owner, Dustin, refunded our delivery fee but I can tell you that it did not make up for the inconvenience. At this point I would prefer a full refund on the table.This place has potential if they had better communication and didnt make promises they could not keep.

I went into Co-Mani Furniture based on their ad in the Facebook marketplace. I ended up purchasing my first Couch and bed/mattress from them. First and foremost they are Awsome, their furniture has quality and they deliver it and assemble it promptly to your home! I worked with Joshua he is super nice and will get things done for you. I’m happy to have purchased my first furniture from them-working in customer service myself it was truly refreshing to be treated as I treat my clients.
