You can’t go wrong with Publix, the store is always so clean if you can’t find what you are looking for someone will help you find it. I love Publix so much

When I first walked in I asked an assistant for help. I was looking for Certo, my in-laws were visiting for the weekend, and I wanted to impress them with homemade jam. 🍓 😋 As I walked in there was assistant at the door, I showed her the picture on my phone, and asked her where I could find that particular ingredient. She was obviously lazy and couldnt be bothered to assist me. She just said it should be on aisle four on the right I went down aisle four, and after a few minutes I couldnt locate it. Feeling frustrated I found another assistant who walked me over to the product. And showed me exactly where it was, I was so grateful, it had been a long day and I was exhausted!! He was very sweet, and polite. Thats normally the experience Ive encountered while shopping at Publix. But, every so often you do encounter the lazy assistant!🥱

First of all, the restroom was clean and the basics (soap and paper towel)were all stocked up at the time of visit. Although I did not get what I have to buy I really appreciate the staff (Travis? I think thats his name)who dropped everything he was doing just to assist me in finding the items I was looking for. He is polite, helpful and diligent. Great customer service indeed! Keep up the great work!!

Staff is always willing to help if you look a little lost. Very rarely do they not have what I need. Usually not every crowded.

It is a normal Publix. Meaning clean, well lighted, & with friendly helpful people. All the products I wanted too. Great place to shop.

Its got to be my favorite store good customer service skills I was in and out but I had to come back in because my car wouldnt crank so I bought some jumping cables I had already call my brother to give me a jump but when the guy at customer service so that I was buying jumping cables he said or we would have been glad to give you a job but I already had help comment but I thought that was so nice and thoughtful thats why I love Publix

Customer Service desk was very efficient and helpful. There is no self-checkout at this store. There is no mojo pork or onion rings in the Deli, but I can say the same for any Publix in this area.

Theres no grocery stores quite like Publix. The staff is courteous, kind and go out of their way to help find what youre looking for. Ive never been disappointed by their products. I live in Kansas City now. They need to build Publix is in Kansas City Missouri.

Usually I like this location today was an ok day not too happy about being asked for spare change as you come in to the store, cashier was very friendly and seemed to want to be there- a line at the deli area too long to wait for a sub- also wheres all the soft dog food for the last 2-3 weeks none on the shelves??? All in all a good visit this time.Not all employees wear masks anymore!!

The deli is amazing here they literally make each sub with love. Yall are great will definitely miss Publix deli.

I am so grateful for the experience I had today at this Publix! I, of course, did my homework last minute finding some prices of different cuts of meats at the meat section. I stopped the workers who were packing up the meats for the night, Craig and Alebi (sorry if spelt wrong), and asked for the price of the meats on their cart for my assignment. One of the meats was missing from the floor so Craig offered to get a price for me, he then offered to read off all the prices for my assignment! They were so kind and cool about the situation going above and beyond giving me something to write on and a smiling face to make an situation completely out of their way feel like I wasn’t a bother at all. They turned my 20 minute assignment to an easy 5 minutes. You’re definitely going to see me back at this store because of them!

Clean Store. Most of the Cashiers are Nice. There is one thats Very Nasty. When I see her I go to another Cashier or the self checkout.

Always friendly. Not usually too busy or crowded. Comfortable and clean.

Went to the deli to buy a sub today at 1 oclock. The young lady that made my sandwich is part of the reason Publix is such a successful business. She was nothing short of amazing. The true definition of customer service. The bread on my sandwich was hard and tough but Ill go back because if the service.

Staff is super friendly and kind. Store was exceptionaly clean. I stopped by on the way out of town from a hospital visit.

We like Publix & this location is nice & newer. Your standard Publix inside with everything you want & friendly people working there. We will return to this store again. Convenient location with lots of other stores in area.

Anna and Tucker were beyond kind. As a healthcare worker it’s very hard to go into a store and feel comfortable without the typical looks. Unfortunately, I brought the wrong card and Anna proceeded to pay the difference that I was short. (Not a lot but enough to put me in tears) she is such a kind soul.Tucker was so kind and bagged my groceries so nicely, offered to carry my bags out. WE NEES MORE RETAIL EMPLOYEES LIKE THEM. Thank you publix for hiring GREAT employees.

Store is dirty the substation was a hot mess the submaker was overwhelmed deli manager was standing behind him and left no assistance to his employees.

Overall, the store is average but still good. The shining star here and the reason I always come back is Janet, the person at the sushi counter! Her sushi is amazing and she is so kind! My husband and I look forward to having her sushi every week when we go grocery shopping! Janet always gives a smile to all her customers and will make anything fresh or custom that you want if she is there (within reason, of course). You can tell she loves what she does and appreciates her customers.

We went for the curbside pickup and it was fine. My only complaint is that not all items in the store are available online. This is true for Walmart, also.

Finally, a store that respects COVID exceptions in Gainesville. The staff here are respectful and honor the Alachua County policy that clearly states people with exceptions do not have to wear a mask in public. I witnessed them being kind and understanding towards someone who was unable to wear a mask. That person was allowed to shop! That person did not get kicked out of the store.

Publix was new to me.Employees are very friendly and helped me find things I had missed. Produce is super fresh, aisles wide enough to pass two carts with kids. There are always beautiful fresh flowers that last more then a day. Love this store!!!

Great job as usual, Publix, for making my grocery stop a pleasure. I really enjoyed the layout of this particular Publix, as it simply makes a lot of sense. Everything is laid out well, even in a fairly small store. Also, it is way less packed than some of the other grocery stores around it, and the workers are extremely well trained and knowledgable. I had a hard question, and accidentally asked a stock boy who couldnt have been more than 20, and he knew right where the item was and even walked us towards the aisle! Great job Publix, keep up the good work!

I love this Publix. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Every time I come, the staff offer to help load my groceries onto the belt at checkout and then in my car also. Today at checkout I mentioned a coupon I saw advertised in the store circular; even though I didnt have it with me, the cashier Shelby told me she had the circular with her and then applied the coupon. But then she recognized another item of mine that there was another coupon in the circular for and applied that coupon too!! I thought it was the sweetest thing for her to do and Im very grateful she did. There really is no better place to shop than Publix. Thank you again, Shelby!!

I would never normally take the time to write a review for a Publix because it always is about the same experience no matter which location you go into, but after stopping by today to pick up a pub sub, I felt compelled to write a review. Randy in the deli is the epitome of what Publix strives to be, he made shopping a pleasure because it was clear he genuinely enjoyed his job, and wanted to spread joy to others. Brightened my day!

Not the best publix in town for variety but sometimes thats nice. Its usually not too busy and its small so its good for a quick pop in to grab a few things. The people are always friendly and its clean. Surprisingly good beer selection for a small store. I like that I can walk other places from there, the larger store in the next plaza over is farther away from its neighbors.

Organized and great staff!! A staff member asked me if I needed help when i looked confused. And once i got to the line to checkout, they helped me unload my cart and offered to take the cart to my car for me. Glad to feel appreciated and welcomed as a customer! It goes a LONG way
