Love the place just not the best

Good receiver, was in and out for a delivery within 1 1/2hrs.

I ordered a storage shed on March 28th spend 674$ on it. When it came in it was beat up and damaged so I refused delivery. I have been fighting with xpo and ace hardware ever since on my refund. One person tells me oh it’s at the ware house and your payment is pending and the next person says well we are being told it’s been delivered. I’m sick of fighting with it! 674$ is to much money to be fighting for it back. So far is been well over a week since refused delivery and I haven’t heard anything from them about my rerun and I have made several calls. Everyone wants to say “I’m sorry I don’t handle that let me transfer you” and it’s always the same thing! I will NEVER EVER order from ace hardware again this is ridiculous!

My appointment was at 10:00am I arrived at a facility at 9:45am I got empty at 10:15am. They have me in-out. Staffing was very professional and nice. Thanks guys.

Great experience overall! The lot is very small.. a bit challenging getting into door 1 2 or 3.. but once I was in the door I was out in 30 mins.. the staff was very polite as well...

To start off Ive been here three times. The service was very quick it was in and out. One of the best DC Ive been to. They were a very friendly and polite crew. Keep up the good work!

As a trucker I give them a 5 star. Courteous, fast. No overnight parking so plan accordingly.

Excellent people, I arrived an hour early and they unloaded me within 50 mins, the employees were nice no attitude and was very helpful. I have no problem going back to load or deliver a load to Ace Hardware DC in Gainesville Ga

Receiving gate gps (1101 palmour dr). 6am to 4pm receiving hours but my broker changed appointment to 8pm(2000) and I was unloaded quickly.

This is a horrible place to work at, the leadership team is full of discriminatory, conniving, prejudice people. I wasn’t even out of my 90 day training period and I was insulted and discriminated against by leadership. Yet, let it be a Caucasian person do a more costly mistake than I and they get a better work opportunity. They promise you that they’ll be with you 100% of the way through training but it’s a scam. They’re disrespectful and toxic people to be in a work environment. The worst part about this company is that Human Resources doesn’t care. I have proof that I submitted documentation in my phone of a letter I gave to HR back in December stating that I felt discriminated against and I never heard back. To be honest, I think that HR Generalist ripped up my letter and threw it in the trash. I was promised that I’d receive resolution to my issue but I guess confrontation is something these ignorant discriminatory people don’t like to encounter. In my opinion the operations manager should be fired along with Human Resources. This center needs to be investigated, it’s disrespectful to insult me by basically saying I’m not compentate enough to do a job. They said I could either be fired or be a housekeeper, unfortunately I was in housekeeping for a while because I have a family that depends on me. Instead of retraining me, they hired more people. How can you penalize someone that’s only been in a company less than 90days. This company will go out of business if that’s how they treat employees. I’ll never shop at another Ace another day of my life, it’s full of corrupt and racist individuals.

Friendly receiving clerk/lady and very fast to unload. Evwn arrived 1 hr before appoinment. Docked and unloaded and picked bol in 30 minutes. Awesome.
