These folks are the best. I was not a customer but went to them with an issue as my hearing aid provider had left Gainesville. They took my in and worked with my hearing aids as If I had been their customer all along. Well I will say this, I am now their customer for sure. I recommended them highly.

July 2020 - OMG, I cannot commend Tom, Holly and the Dr. enough for their outstanding care and CONCERN that both my husband and I received the hearing aids we needed at an affordable price! The continued bi-weekly support and adjustments to our hearing aids that you receive from Livingston Hearing Aid Center (Tom) surpasses any care and treatment we have ever received. To me and my husband, Livingston Hearing Aid Center - Gainesville really cares that their Patients HEAR and its not about them getting rich off of you. I am so Thankful and truly feel Blessed that I received their flyer in the mail for a Free Hearing Test and I made the call and appointment!

The experience we had at Livingston center I would have to rate at 5and above the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful checking in and assisting TomAgnes while clearing ear wax from my husbands ears.Mr Tom Agnes was extremely kind and very informative and explained procedure well.I asked him to check my ears and very kindly did Thank you. I live in Gainesville Ga and had sent my Starkey hearing aid off for service . I was leaving on a trip and had my wife go pick it up so I could enjoy my trip. All night I tried to pair them together but had no luck. We left on the plane on Friday morning and my wife started googling places on the plane. When we landed in Dallas we called the office in Gainesville Tx the receptionist was so helpful she said just come by we will get you in. They saved my trip!! Mr Agnes took me back realizing that I need an update on one of them. Helped me update my app. Very helpful and I was able to enjoy my trip. Thank you Thank you. Wish I lived in Texas they would have my business for sure.

Took my father in to get fitted for a new set of of hearing aids at the Livingston Hearing Aid Center. Tom took his time and perfectly tuned the hearing aids for my dads hearing loss. I highly recommend this hearing aid center.
