Purchased my first hearing aids here. So far, the experience has been great!All my concerns and questions were addressed in detail in a thoughtful caring manner. I really felt comfortable during the whole process. Too soon to rate support but I feel it will be great as well.

Every staff member at this place was superb. All very professional, friendly and competent with their work. They showed me I needed a new set of hearing aids. I didnt realize my old ones were just not doing the job well anymore. Two hours later, I was hearing much better. Could not recommend anyone more highly.

This was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. My mother has had some hearing loss which has worsened over the years and has been embarrassed to discuss her problem. Finally, at a routine wellness visit, her dr tested her and suggested a hearing evaluation by a Audiologist. The secretary called promptly and scheduled an appointment that fit easily into our schedule as i drive her to appointments. We got a reminder text which was helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by name and welcomed to the office. The secretary was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The Dr was very nice and kind and showed compassion during the testing and thoroughly explained the results of the test and the next steps towards better hearing for my mother. We will suggest this practice to family and friends

Dr. Means was professional in not only testing my hearing but also by helping me choose hearing aids that fit my lifestyle. She helped me to feel comfortable with them before I went home and took time to answer my questions. Her office has a personal feel that helped me relax while waiting for my appointment.

I went in today thinking I would have to order my hearing aids and wait for them to come in. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to go home with my new devices. Dr. Means spent a lot of time discussing the options and making sure I was satisfied. It is so good to be able to hear again!

Careful, extensive hearing evaluations and fittings.I have brought several family members to the Gainesville office over the years for initial evaluations and fittings, and reexams and adjustment. Excellent results, great staff.After years of exams at work (Im a pilot) and eventual treatment by the VA, I decided to try North Georgia Audiology for myself. I knew one ear had a loss and suspected the other side did as well. I was right- The world is as loud as I remembered it being. Very, very happy with the process and results.

I received great care. The facility was great and the staff was amazing!

This facility does very thorough screening and testing and has very updated equipment and knowledge about hearing aids and hearing impairment. Everyone is very nice and Dr Brooke will fit your hearing aids with exactly what you need and are comfortable with even to the point of special ordering to get in an affordable price range.

Extremely informative, explained everything and made me feel like I was home! I may not want hearing aids now, but they are my go to center!!!!

The office is warm and welcoming, COVID safe & efficient with no waiting. Dr Means is so easy going but very smart and experienced. She made me feel so much better emotionally with the experience of hearing loss and remedy. I was reassured and supported as she worked me through new devises and the technology of their use. A surprising visit with a hearing exam that indicated I needed hearing aids! Warm, welcoming and supportive, the biggest glitches were around their Wifi functioning on a Monday morning. Transition to using the aids seems to be going well...

Dr. Brook Means is the best of the best audiologists that have worked with my hearing loss over the last 35 years.(deaf right side and severe hearing loss left side) . My hearing loss requires the best in hearing technology matched with an audiologists with a superior skill level. Dr. Means carefully listens to what I try to describe and quickly translates that into the technology of audiology. What used to take hours and many visits with prior audiologists now takes much less visits and time. However, Ive never felt rushed in accomplishing what needs to be done in a visit..

Our experience has been nothing but the best with NGA. My mother has severe hearing loss in both ears and Colleen at the front desk was very patient with her and so nice and personable. Dr. Means is wonderful! She took time to understand my mothers issues and determine how to best move forward. She was patient and explained everything down to the detail as well as helped my mother in every aspect of how to use her new hearing aids, and she set-up what I think to be a great plan for getting my mother used to the new sounds she will hear without her getting discouraged and frustrated by all the new noise.

Excellent caring service . Dr Means took quite a bit of time as I was a new patient in her office. I have worn hearing aids for 6 years and she did a thorough hearing evaluation and adjusted my hearing aids accordingly. I will definately be returning for my regular hearing exams. I highly recommend.

I found the hearing exam very comprehensive. The Dr. was able to explain the condition of my left ear, and I was delighted to know that with the current technology I will be able to hear from both sides of my head. We have very good insurance and so our policy paid nearly half of the cost. I could not have been able to afford the devices without our insurance and so that was my only concern.

Dr. Means was GREAT!!! Extremely knowledgeable and able to share that knowledge on a down to earth level that everyone can understand. I would recommend her to anyone that has issues or questions concerning their hearing. She did an amazing job at reducing my wifes tinnitus problems and reprogrammed my hearing aids so that I hear better than I have in years.

This was the most thorough hearing test Ive ever had I highly recommend this place the doctors there are incredible.

Attending only for a hearing evaluation, Dr. Means spent a considerable amount of time discussing my related medical history and providing information about future preventative measures that can be considered. Unlike most doctors, I never felt like the clock was ticking to get me out the door. I will definitely continue to use this clinic for any future audiology related issues.

Dr. Brooks was absolutely amazing. This was my father’s first visit to see Dr. Brooks. She was fantastic with my elderly father and didn’t mind discussing her work and findings in detail with me. She took her time with us and made sure that we were comfortable with diagnosis and resolution.

I found Gainesville office was expertly staffed by Dr. Brooke Means and Collen. After several hearing tests to determine my exact hearing loss, I was fitted with two hearing aids that were programed via computer software while I watched. I walked out after 1.5 hours able to hear things that I have missed for several years. I am very satisfied with my experience at North Georgia Audiology. My wife is even more satisfied now that I can understand what she says without her having to repeat herself.

Excellent customer service and staff. Dr Means was very caring and patient with me during my fitting and adjustments. We started with the Oticon Opn 2 and after 4 weeks I wanted to try the Opn 1. What a difference!!! Gone was all the white noise in the background and the sound I was now hearing was natural, ot mechanical or reproduced sounding.
