Niki made our trip to CAG truly exceptional. I will say using Google made it a little confusing since the layout hasnt been updated by Google yet, so I included my version of the layout. In terms of wood, they have more than I could have asked for. As a new woodworker, a lumber yard can be intimidating but Niki was awesome at showing us around and giving us advice. The prices were good and the process was pleasant. Suwannee Lumber referred me here and I see why. Slabs on slabs on slabs! So many beautiful pieces and so much variety. We picked smaller pieces to start out on but we will be back for more!

My wife and I make laser engraved Christian products on wood and I have been looking somewhere local to buy wood in the state. Oddly enough this place is literally 12 minutes from my front door! From the first time we came by to buy just a few boards everyone was very nice and friendly and priced things fairly. The prices are also good as well as the quality. This is the ONLY place I buy wood from now! Great folks.

I went to CAG to have a table top milled flat. It only took half an hour or so, and for a very reasonable price, I’ve got the nicest table top I’ve ever made! I will absolutely be using their services many times in the coming years.I went to them specifically for milling purposes, but I didn’t realize the massive treasure trove of wood they have! I assume I found them at some point in my lumber yard research and then passed them up because I thought their prices were a bit prohibitive for my small furniture business. I typically go to Suwanee Lumber, and while I do love them, they definitely have a tendency to be short in supply with the boards I want, whether that be the proper size or quality of lumber. While you may be paying more per bf with CAG, you’re going to find exactly what you need due to their quality, variety, and sheer amount of lumber.While I have not purchased any lumber from them, they will be the first source for my next piece! It also helps that they’re a good 20 minutes closer to me...

Beautiful exotic wood ..gorgeous! unique mantels..and slabs..the walnut room is my favorite and the parota slabs are to die for!

This place is fantastic, Steve, Ben, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Im starting up a woodworking business, and i always drive up to them to get the wood, well worth the trip. They are always a big help with picking out what I need for the projects I am working on as well.

Great selection of wood. The walnut selection in particular is impressive as are the live edge slabs and exotics. I was able to find a great board for my project. I look forward to working with them again.

CAG lumber is the place to go if you’re looking for that certain piece. They have some of the best red cedar in the state. Talk to Brian, he’s the man!

Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. They have a massive selection of wood for any project, even exotics. The selection of live edge slabs was truly impressive. Will be coming back for my next project, even though I am almost 2 hrs away.

Steven and Ben and the guys are all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. I buy mahogany, exotics, and anything else that catches my eye here. The selection is AMAZING. Theres a whole building for walnut! I had some spalted maple slabs kiln dried here to stop the fungal growth and they turned out great, no cracking or warping. These guys definitely know what theyre doing.

Great lumberyard, massive selection and inventory, pleasant staff. Im terrible with names but I think his name was Albert, a great guy who gave us a tour of the whole place and a few laughs, was very helpful and informative. No sign out front so it was hard to find, looks residential from the road, its next to the church. They said they were building more soon, a parking lot and such, which will make it easier to find. Aside from that, relatively easy to get to, and a great place for any lumber needs.
