This storage facility is very well maintained, clean, and the climate control works! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Carrol went above and beyond to provide support and assistance with any/all questions. I appreciated her care and genuine kindness while dealing with my storage needs. I would definitely store here again!

Clean and friendly! I kept my stuff there between moving for one month and had a great experience. Both Carol and Chris were very friendly and helpful as I never rented a storage unit before. Carol was very proactive about calling me and she was able to reserve a uhaul for me to pick up and drop off on location.

I’ve had a unit here for a month and I’m out front on a Sunday and the gate is broken with no sign or number to call for assistance. The most convenient part of SELF STORAGE is being able to access your belongings which I’m unable to do. Won’t be using this facility again. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

When I rented a townhouse in Gainesville, Fl in June 2021, I contacted many storage companies in Gainesville in order to store furniture that might not fit into the house. All the other companies I called had no units available, but I finally called I-75, who efficiently booked the correct size storage unit I wanted at a reasonable price. Carol Frietag, the manager, was extremely helpful in advising me of the details of application for renting a unit and the logistics of entering the business park and unlocking the self-storage unit. When I received my shipment at the end of August, I realized that I did not need the storage unit and called Carol to cancel my rental of the unit. Very upbeat, Carol called me back and promised that she would end the auto-pay for the monthly rental immediately, saving me the expense of Septembers rental. I highly recommend I-75 Business Park & Self-Storage based on its professional, understanding, and helpful management and courtesy to its customers.

Units are priced fairly. Facility is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Appropriate physical distancing measures are taken in the main office. (Feb 2021). They also rent U-Hauls if you in need of one. Highly recommend if you are moving to the area.

After 9+ years of having a storage unit at this facility, I recently moved out, and I can say Im kinda sad because Carol Freitag and staff made the storage experience so much better than the rest. Carol was such a pleasure to communicate with! She made signing up a breeze and helped me find a unit that would fit my needs. When signing up she was friendly and patient which is hard to find these days due to the ongoing pandemic. She was also very helpful in ending my unit contract with them and I would use this storage place again if I need to in the future! The unit was spacious (with very high ceilings) and clean when I moved in.

I kept many treasured possessions in this facility. I had a temperature controlled unit that was packed to the door - for five years. I used the handy auto pay feature connected to a credit card so I never missed a payment and didnt risk losing my items. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Great experience with them. I had my things in a climate controlled unit for over 2 years and just emptied it out the other day and everything looked just like it did when it when in. No mold at all, which is really saying something for Florida! The place is very secure with a gate code to get in and out and lots of security cameras. I had my bill on auto deduction so I never had to bother with remembering to pay the bill. Definitely would recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Carol and Tasha went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time for us. They were extremely pleasant to work with and really understand the meaning of customer service. The facilities are well-kept, clean, organized, and they were very efficient in helping us get our belongings and rent a U-Haul from them, which was also clean and very nice. We will definitely be using them again in the future!!

The storage was fine. Disappointed that there is no access after hours. We have a similar unit in our town and has 24 hour access. We werent able to finish our move in because it was raining . When it stopped we where locked out and had to bring half the items from sons dorm home.

Carol and her team at I-75 are outstanding. We starter out renting a small office/warehouse in front of the property for a year as I wound down our construction company. As we continued to wind things up we moved into a 10x30 storage unit. We never once lacked for anything during our stay. The facility is run very professionally. Access was never a problem, and paying the monthly bill automatically each month with a debit card was convenient and a breeze. Money to pay the monthly bill was not a problem, just remembering to do it was!. Carol guided me to the debit card payment option and I was most pleased.I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a small storefront office/warehouse or any of their various size storage units.

Carol is great! At the last minute, she found us a smaller unit directly across the hall while we were moving out of the large unit and still had things to store. The buildings and property are always clean. The gate always works. The property is an odd shape, but we never had any problems maneuvering trucks and/or trailers through the property (our largest truck was a 25 footer). The location is very convenient and safe.

The property manager Carol is an amazing asset to this company. She runs a tight ship, and is always ready to help!

The process of renting the unit was simple and fast, the facility clean and well-maintained, good location, payment method automatic and easy, everybody super nice! Marie, one of the managers there, was so friendly and helpful when I came in. I got a unit for what I felt was a good price. They have mandatory insurance, but its not that expensive and it seems like its worth it. And most units are drive-up, which is amazingly convenient. The only strike against these guys was the first call I made to them, which went to a call center at which I could barely understand the mumbling, unhelpful rep. So thats the downside--but all in all, great experience.

There are lots of self-storage facilities in our town to choose from, but the staff here really makes a difference. I feel good about giving my business to this particular company.
