So this is a mom and pop shipping store that cuts keys, rents u-haul trucks of all sizes and is a notary. I have had wonderful experiences for all my needs. I try not to come in on days the owner is slammed when I can prevent it but I get excellent service from a woman is is trying her best with so much going on.When I was moving to Gainesville, the u haul experience was so easy. Then I needed more keys for my roommates and finally needed to mail some equipment off to by boss in pre paid packaging I didnt understand.Each time the owner was so patient and was exceptional every time!I kind of didnt want to write this review as she might get too busy but hey, a good shipping store of all trades is hard to find.

Ive had a mailbox here for a year now and my experience has been consistently perfect. The owner is so personable and courteous and Im happy to say Ive never had an issue. Its also awesome to be able to send an email and have it printed quick and cheap. Id be happy to just keep a box here forever, seriously. Its certainly great to have someone to care for my deliveries and a locked, monitored mailbox rather than have packages sit out on a porch or have sensitive mail in a flimsy box on the street!

They made the process so easy. I will use this company again and recommend their services.

I ship out a few packages out every week. No matter if it is a drop off ( and they dont charge for drop offs) or if I am shipping out. This store is great. They give me options from ground or quicker service. They always explain everything. The choice is up to me! Thanks for being our neighborhood mailing store. You guys ROCK!!!!

Highly recommend going to Mailboxes and More (on NW 39th Ave, Gainesville) for your mailing needs and more. They were very helpful and friendly. I needed a FedEx package mailed. Unfortunately, they cant scan a barcode and send it at this location (apparently I have to take it to an official FedEx store for that). However, the lady who helped me had me email the label to her. Then while I was standing there, she printed it and attached it for me. This saved me a lot of time, and the package will go out this afternoon without me having to go out of my way to a official FedEx store. Also I didnt have to use my paper or ink to print the label so another big plus. There were also some really cute cards and trinkets that would make good gifts in there too with decent prices. Its really nice to find a business where they are so helpful, even if it isnt making them a lot of money. Greatly appreciate their help and will be back.

These people are legit rip-off artists. Customers beware. They make up charges as they go along. Her rebuttal below is merely semantics. The receipt I got from this woman was 6 dollars less than what was actually charged to my card. Shes also rude and condescending. Id be rude too if I ran a failing business. Speaking of business, I implore all perspective mail customers to go elsewhere. Believe me. As I said, her rebuttal below only made her look more of a liar.

Ive attempted to use this business twice and both times have been highly disappointed. The first time I called to inquire about renting a U-Haul truck. The lady who answered the phone told me she was with a customer and would call me back in 10 minutes. I had no problem with that. I received a call back from her over 2 1/2 hours later. Needless to say I had moved on to another vendor. So, this morning I went in to ship a small box. There were two ladies sitting behind the counter and they greeted me. I explained to them what I needed to ship and this is the response I received...The lady who does that can do that for you when she comes back. Shes walking her dog. I told them I would use someone else and the older woman behind the counter responded with Good! These people are highly unprofessional and will never get my business.

Dana is always super helpful. I use them for business and I have my personal mail box here. Any mailbox place is going to be higher than the post office but the post office is on the other side of town and the convenience is worth it.

Dana was Sooo sweet, helpful and soo down to earth!! She went above and beyond to contact customer service to get our problem resolved. Very effient!!! I would definitely recommend.

Owner is the best, always helpful and one of the only places in orange park and Middleburg that is so flexible with packages and has good prices.

Extream rip-off warning; these people are untrustworthy. They failed to calculate my International shipping correctly. These incompetent clerks lack sufficient training they are not qualified to handle DHL packages. My shipment was seized in Asia and they want ANOTHER $100 in charges or its forfeited. Use DHL directly. This is the most expensive mistake they could have made. Way below unacceptable, this place is a nightmare. The epitome of uselessness.

Tried to mail out an envelope certified and they wanted to charge double the cost of going to USPS. I dont mind paying a convenience fee, however double to cost is ridiculous! As I was walking out the door, a heavy set woman started hollering at me telling me that cant charge the same as the post office or they wouldnt be in business. I completely understand you need to make money to keep your doors open, however charging double is excessive. And yelling at customers is not a good practice when trying to remain in business.. I will not be back to this location for anything now, due to the way I was treated.

MAILBOXES and MORE at 9200 NW 39th Ave #130, Gainesville, FL 32606They just charged me $37 for shipping a box domestically supposedly at the lowest rate. The lady told me that she would help me with packaging, and I thought that this help was free or at a minimal charge. The shipping of the two plates was $24, which is also too much because I told her that the slowest service was OK (I could get past this amount), but then she charged me over $13 for packaging after putting it all together. I just paid for it all because I was exhausted, not feeling well, and had no time to go to the Main Post Office, but I am so upset. There were a ton of people in line and I did not want to make a big deal out of it. I am not going there ever at all. What a rip off!!! At the main post office, they at least give you options, give you advice, try to find the most economical way for you. This lady is out to grab as much from you as she can. This is the second time she did this to me. With the first one, I thought it was a misunderstanding, but this time I am sure this business is horrible!!! Never going there again!!!

Great Service for your money

Inflated shipping prices (double USPS shipping prices), and incorrect package weights. They said my box was over 5lbs but at USPS the box was 3lbs 7oz.

Dont let them take your passport photo. Totally unusable. Passport office laughed at them when we tried to turn them in. Grey background and not even the right size. Didnt even use a flash.
