The team members are great! Every last one of them offer excellent customer service! If anyone sees you standing around they always make sure you were helped. We love the Gaithersburg Criswell team!
Sheila & John in the parts department were very delightful and friendly. Thank you both for assisting me with my relay switch.
NEVER PLACE ORDER AT THIS PLACEI was trying to order the jeep, simple v6 jeep, and i faced unprofessional handel and lasted 3 days by never finished a build, everyday is flacks and never finishing an order, multiple excuses .... no follow up ..Kathryn Bitter is very unprofessional. 3 days non respond ?
The sales people were very nice and attentive.
I was criswell Gaithersburg costumer in past 6 years after I bought a car from them. The service and sales department was perfect. The car was in servise at criswell from DAY FRIST, BUT and its a BIG BUT, never go and sale them your car !The pepole who working there they are very RUD and also the Manger of the department . They really was trying to PLAY with me and they offer what I got was REDICULES...but I decided to go with it, after 1 week they hand me a check and day after they they called me and canceled the check because they mistakes...I was back and fourth almost 10 days with them and in the end I sold the car to webuyusedcar.com for 25% more value then criswill offered me and check printed in 30min and DONE.Im very sorry to finish like that with criswell after 6 years good experience .Hooply someone will see my feedback and do some changes ...Thank you for reading.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE BODY SHOP!!!! I took my truck here back in October when I hit a deer. When I received the truck. The technician never closed my air filter and never snapped my front fender in correctly. Had to come back2x to get that fixed. 9 months later a car side swiped me. I didn’t want to take it here after my last experience but they are the ones I bought the car from and got a Cilajet wax coat on it. WORST MISTAKE COMING HERE! The insurance company needed proof that I paid for Cilajet to be put on my car before I had the accident. The Criswell advisor Andrew sent over the Ro slip which just says they put it on. I then told him that it’s the paperwork from the day I bought the car. His response I don’t have access to that paperwork. I told him who my sales rep was and asked him to help Andrew since he was putting little to no effort in getting it. Andrew then told me that I can find the paperwork myself snd send it to the insurance and grt reimburse but to come pick the car up now. I’m in the middle of moving all that paperwork is packed up. He then tried to threaten that he would charge storage fees if I don’t get my truck. He finally got the paperwork sent to the insurance but now doesn’t want to tell me what the final balance is and what there hours of operations are for the holiday. NOW THIS IS MY SECOND TIME POSTING THIS. AFTER THE FIRST TIME IT GOT TAKEN DOWN AND MY APPLE WATCH THAT WAS IN MY TRUCK NOW MYSTERIOUSLY GOT TURNED ON IN VIRGINIA.!
Went to Chriswell Auto in Woodstock. We had seen a truck while driving by. Took it for a test drive. No pressure to buy. We went back a few days later and decided to buy the vehicle. Absolutely our best experience buying a vehicle from them. They were straight forward with the price. Excellent staff. Definitely would purchase from them again
I made a mistake in my shipping address, and only realized it after the package had already been picked up by UPS. Criswell went above and beyond to call the UPS driver, ask if it was possible for him to come back with the package, reprinted the label, and set it back out with UPS. Not only that, they always pick up the phone immediately—and helped me out of my mistake with a smile. I didnt even have to re-explain my situation because they remembered me from my first call. Thank you for your incredible customer service—will look forward to ordering again in the future knowing that Im in good hands.
Was very happy with my purchase. Dan in commercial sales was awesome!
Good quick service
Awful service all around. Basically diagnosed my own car & they overcharged me for it for theyre incompetent actions of not properly diagnosing the problem. Saying they did test they didnt run & making theyre tech. check in the wrong area & still charged me for that labor & parts. Get a second opinion first & drop by randomly to see if they even move your car. A bunch of ways to diagnose the issue I learned it on YouTube from mechanic videos & figured out the issue myself.
This is the worst dealer I have ever been to. Their costumer service is horrible. I had a problem with the vehicle and they didn’t let me know until 3 weeks later of me having the car. They would always tell me they would call me back. Never once returned my call. Rob is very unprofessional. These people can’t do their job right. I asked to speak to someone higher than the financial person they told me they would return my call... I’m still waiting for the call. Make a wise decision and don’t buy from this dealer.
They fixed the car but heavy up sell efforts
3 hours for oil change with an appointment????!!!!!??What is the appointment for???Service Manager says : we are not jiffy lubeRidiculous excuse ....Ridiculous management...
People were nice and very supportive of getting my car service done
Staff was not helpful and at points was borderline disrespectful to my wife and I. The price I was quoted from the salesman was about $2200 more than the eprice listed on the dealerships website. When I showed the salesman a screenshot of the price listed he refused to provide me an explanation for the discrepancy in the price quoted vs listed. Save yourself some time and aggrevation, find another dealership that will appreciate your business.
I am puzzled with my todays visit.Back ground.Me and my wife have a Black, 2017 Chrysler 200 limited edition. For some reason the car engine started to stall while driving. We drove this car less than 21k miles only. Since it is still under the factory warranty, I dropped it to this dealer ship and explain the issue. This is the nearest dealership to me and all the regular maintenance was performed here. Two days back a person from acquisitions department sent me an email stating that since there is no qualified Chrysler 200 to replace, he is happy to help me to trade in for new car with no or little cost on us.Today, one of the staff was discussing with us about trading our car for another car. The impression was that our Chrysler 200 was not fixed and can not be fixed. I told him that I love my car and I wish to get it back. He stated that this model is not any more in production. He walked us to see other models for the trade in. After visiting several cars and long discussion we come up with idea that we dont want to buy anew car in hurry and asked him if this dealer or Darcars (the dealer we purchased the car from) can refund us the cars price so that we can buy a new one taking our time. He replied that the dealers dont do but Chrysler manufacturer can. He also added that it is not the dealers responsibility to contact the manufacturer. Then we expressed that we will contact the manufacturer. He then excuse us to go to his boss and went twice and come back. While we were talking to this person, the other staff, who I dropped the car two days ago comes in and said did you see my message I left for you?I repliedno he stated that the car is fixed for now and you need to follow up with us in 1000 miles to identify if the problem persists. To make the long story short. The time he left the message was at 10:30am, and the time we were discussing to trade in with the other staff assuming our car is not repairable was at10:00 until 10;25 am.The conclusion is, I dont think that the person who was dealing with us is unaware about the status of our car. Because1. our car was in this dealer ship since two days and it is a transaction of thousands of dollars, the fore, he cant make deals with out prior knowledge of our car status. If he is not2. If the car wad not fixed while we were discussing, they cant fix it in five minutes.3. When we discuss about contacting the manufacturer the first guy told us that it is our responsibility to contact not the dealer ship, but after the other guy comes in he stated that if the problem persists they will contact to the manufacturer.Although, I used to use this company for the whole time for my Chrysler service, now I lost trust on this company.I recommend every customer to be aware of the details of things and trust ones own gut.
I drove from New Jersey to buy a Ram here. This purchase was by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. Carl must be the most straight forward salesman in the business. I highly recommend buying all of your Mopars from him.
I came in on a recommendation and was immediately made comfortable by Mr. Patrick Mantua. I walked in the front door, where there were three associates that didnt even greet me. Im old school and customer service is Welcome to Criswell Dodge Sir. But maybe thats a forgotten thing, but I didnt have an expectation so Im not disappointed. At any rate, Mr. Mantua is very knowledgeable and laid back salesman. Not pushy, not overwhelming, but he has a good feel for what you may want and brings up things you definitely need to know as far as details on the vehicle youre considering. I write this in June and the vehicle I am looking at doesnt arrive until July so Ill have more to add with regard to the financing part of this venture. Generally Ill go with my own credit union, but I may try something different and see what Dodge offers. Stay tuned!
Peter Eaton (dealer) and finance guy Rob Flowers were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were not only polite but also knowledgeable and trustworthy. Even when we ran into hiccups in the buying process those two angels made certain that my daughter and I did not leave there without the car she wanted at the price we wanted. I hope Criswell knows how valuable good employees are. Well done Mr. Eaton and Mr. Flowers you make buying a car easy.
David is awesome
Professional service. Great Car Dealership. Parts Department is very knowledgeable.
I purchased my enclave in February 15th and the check engine light came on March 13th. I was 8 months pregnant at the time(Covid-19) and was told it was no rush to bring the car in because I have a bumper to bumper 3 year warranty. I took the car to get serviced and the check engine light was back on the following week. I am now being told I have to pay for it.
I call never answer, bring my number never call me,very bad customer service.
I really don’t even want to give them a star! I have had my car for five months! Five months, already had an oil pan gasket leak, that was overlooked, and fixed months later. I have had people tell me that I have to come out of pocket, for my car, when I have warranties! I have made appointments, been told things were going to get done that haven’t been done. I’m so over criswell and I’m strongly considering selling my car and taking my business elsewhere. I’ve been to this criswell on and off for five months, since I got the car. Very unhappy and advise that no one get a car from here! They just want all of your money even when you are covered, and even though you just got the car.
Awful experience. My husband and I were interested in a vehicle Criswell had online so we contacted them via email. We dealt with Caitlin who didnt seem to care to earn our business or do her job quite frankly. First off, she gave us a higher price than what was listed online. She tried to tack on all of these extra fees which Im pretty certain is illegal since we spoke with several other auto dealerships and none had heard of any such thing. Secondly, she acted like she was doing us a favor by taking these extra fees off the price. And finally, when we decided to have her run the paperwork so we could start the process of purchasing the vehicle, she disappeared! She was very unwilling to do her job as a sales person. She never even bothered to get back to us!!! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and total scam artists. Do NOT waste your time. We bought the same vehicle at a better price later that very same day from somewhere else/someone else that was willing to focus their time and attention on us and actually do their job without attempting to charge us illegal bogus fees.
5 hrs wait time for oil change
Used the service department on a Saturday. They had us in and out in about an hour w/o and appt. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent experience.
Experience was great. No pressure sales tactics and transparency was evident. Left the dealership feeling good. I would recommend Criswell Automotive
Arrived at this locationon a Saturday morning to get an oil change. The service was excellent. Try to get there as early as possible to avoid a long wait.
Great sales experience with Connor and clearing finance with Don.Smooth experience and I would definitely buy another new car from these 2 gentlemen at this dealer!
My wife was happy with the way she was treated salesperson was Betty good (Chip)
Copy of email to the supervisor/managersGood evening Mr. Newport,Per our telephone conversation today in reference to the 2011 Dodge Ram under Reyes. I just want to clarify that the vehicle was scheduled to be serviced on 05/30/18 at 8am. Vehicle was dropped off the evening of 5/29/18 so there wouldn’t be any delays. Since the vehicle has been dropped off, My husband has had to call multiple times to get updates and would be told different stories regarding the vehicles status; including that the tech has left home being the last communication by the staff at the servicing dept today. After speaking to you regarding this matter and expressing my concern for the lack of communication of the department to the customer (myself) you clearly said to me “feel welcome to pick up the vehicle”. I, honestly feel very disappointed in the way we have been treated as customers and consumers of Criswell. This has been by far the worst experience and to make matters worst, coming from a manager the worst way to handle a customer. I cannot express enough that a lot of people working for Criswell depend on customers to pay their bills and should be treating customers a lot better. We are paying for a service and not getting service for free, not sure what the problem seem to be.Thank you for your major attention to this matter.Ps: To the managers added to this email please reconstruct training for your supervisors/managers/ employees to handle customers in a constructive and effective way to maintain efficiency in the business and growth of the company.Update:6/1/18-To say the least vehicle was picked up today and no paperwork has been given because vehicle was simply sitting in their lot for 3nights 2days. How disappointing and to say the least that not an apology was given or explanation or anything. Way to go Criswell, great business your running here. Since the email no formal reply, phone call or regards. This was not the first time we used Criswell for servicing, but it should will be the last.
Went to get keyless entry remote. A bit pricey but definitely worth it stop was friendly and service was quick
Love the service Jon was amazing no complaints at all...looking fordward to doing business with him.
Worst customer service!!! I was out in the cold looking at Jeeps. If a buyer is out there for more then 30 minutes looking at cars “were interested don’t you think!!” But I guess I was not worth anyone time. Not one sales representative should any interest. All the representatives where looking out the window. You have to make your self known in order to even get a hello back. Guess I have to go elsewhere to buy a Jeep.
This place continues to service this ancient 80s Izuzu truck we keep bringing in for repairs, so Im inclined to give 5 stars just because of how hard it is to find a place that still services Izuzu. Awesome service and friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
They are way too busy to give quality service. Too many dealerships at one location. They need to expand. If you put a truck in for Commercial Service, plan on it being there for a month - even for small repairs.
Purchased a 2015 BMW 550i less than a Month ago, shortly after, the check engine light came on (as well as a broken mirror, unrelated), took the car to a BMW Dealership and was informed that I had over $1,000 worth of BMW recommended maintenance work to be done. Tried to reach out to the Chriwell to work out some compromise to no avail. Asked them twice to reconsider and informed Dan (loan clerk) and Mark (sales director) that I would write a review that reflected my disappointment - the response was that they felt that was threatening, I told them it was honest. Its business. Anyway - love the car, disappointed by the customer service, I would have settled for half the cost of the maintenance repairs. Would think twice about buying here.
I am a Honda person, i will never go to local shop when the vehicle is under warranty irrespective of the issue or for an oil change. My car warranty was expiring in two months, so i decided to go with Honda and not to go with a local mechanic. I chose this place and went in for a check up as my car was making grinding noise. They said rotors must be changed and i spent 1000$ here to do that. In 3 weeks, my vehicle again started making the same noise. These people asked me to take the vehicle for inspection, they spent an hour and said this is normal, thats how Honda makes noise. I have owned that care for 5 years and i know how it made noise or not, i felt mechanic was just trying to get rid of me by saying that. When i showed the same noise to local shop, they said they need to inspect rotors. I am yet to spend money again on rotors to fix them. These people just make money in the name of Honda, i would never go to this place.
Helpful, efficient and a nice waiting area.
Awesome experience with my old school friend and the BEST car salesman Kerry Hughes 🇺🇸💯👍
Worst Service Ever! Appointment ONLY! Do NOT bring your car here if it breaks down or youre looking for same day diagnosis or service. My car wouldnt start and was told at least 2 to 3... more likely 4 days just to diagnose problem. Even if you purchased your car from their dealership find another service garage. This place treats you as if youre a bother and you should be happy to leave your car with them!
Mike Furman is a true professional. Happy to buy a Corvette from him.
My experience is limited to the body shop service. I bought a 2018 Fiat 500X last year and there was a fender bender damages which I personally think very minor. My insurance company estimated less than $1000, based on photos that I sent to them but the shop estimated about 2100, which I understand that it could be more. The person who initiated the process ever responded my email until I asked them several times and phone line had been always busy and waited about 30mins and they never apologized. To make it short, I dropped off my car at the end of last month and havent got it back yet. The required service hours by them to repair my car was 36hrs. Now, I got an email from the shop a couple of days ago and they again never apologized for the delay and told me that they had to order a new part because the old part they replaced was defective.Another thing was when the car was dropped, they didnt ask me to sign anything but when I visited again to check the status following week, they already took a part of my car and told me that they were waiting for my insurance companys approval/appraisal. They turned it down a videochat with my insurance, which could take minutes and blamed on my company that they would come up to appraise in 3-5 days because they fired a bunch of people nationwide. Actually my company came out there right away and the appraiser called me right away once his jobs done. So, my conclusion is that this body shop is freaking unorganized and lack of staff to take care of customers. The guy even told me that he works double shift.Only reason I went there was because I bought a car there. Once its done, I will sell Fiat and buy another car. Worst experience ever.I am very tired of contacting them to give me the status.
While I had a pleasant buying experience from Criswell, the lack of repair support compounded by the fact that all communication with the dealership, repair facility or corporate has led to nearly zero responses from any level while my car has sat in their repair facility for nearly 2 months has made the post ownership experience with Criswell the worst in my 25 years of auto ownership ... I would give this dealership zero stars if google would allow me to post my experience without giving at least 1 star
Very good ExperienceAhsan manager and Pat were amazing. If you are in the town go to them.5 star service and Great Deal on my pacifica
Cory was fantastic. I didnt even have an appointment and he made time to replace brakes, rotors, and 4 tires. Kept me apprised of progress and cost throughout the day
Jared O. in the service dept. is great to work with and always professional, he goes above and beyond to try and resolve my issue(s).
Could have been a better experience. But I do thank them for having poor service, because without that, I wouldnt have found the car of my dreams at another dealership! So thank you!
Richard Beckett and Don Boone provided exceptional customer service. I purchased my 2nd vehicle with criswell auto and each time worked directly with Don. Not only did Richard take total care of us from the time I walked in with plenty of questions and requests, he graciously stepped to the challenge showing me and my family various vehicles until I was happy! Don came in with a warm, friendly smile discussing options, answering my questions and just made this entire experience DELIGHTFUL!!! My dad is still talking about it... and he is hard to please. Thank you Richard and Don!!! Sending more business to Criswell because of my experience with you!!!!
This is the worst service that I ever hadI just purchased 2 vehicles from criswell couple months ago Escalade was one of them and this is my second service they crack my navigation screen and JEREMY my service adviser lie to me all the time he say that the manager was on vacation and when he return he will contact me find out that that called was never return it’s been 3 weeks and no one have called me back today Friday July 26 2019 I called the manager RON he answer my called and did Not knew anything about the issue u had to explain him and his answer was sorry we don’t take responsibility of any car damage WOWWW is this a trust place where we want to have our Escalade service with this type of people i have told my friends about this was a great place but after this experience I will not only no purchase anymore from any criswell but also never take none of our cars service there. I was ready to purchase another vehicle for our business of course I will cancel this purchase.
Mr. Frank Fowler was rude and derogatory to me the entire experience. And that was after I had to walk into the manager’s office to get anyone to acknowledge me!I had $20k cash to spend, and if he was not so rude I would have bought the car that day.I 100% expected to test drive the car, pay cash and be on my way. I even called ahead for the car I wanted to leave with!Frank never spoke to me, he kept speaking to the man who drive me!!!I went to CarMax down the road, got a better car for WAY less, and they did not act like I was a woman who did not have a brain. In the past Criswell has been one of my go-to places, and if I get a Honda or Vet new again, I will most likely return, but never to the used lot again. But I do have to thank them for leading me to the car I ended up buying. Karma is hilarious.
Great place!
Friendly people
Service used to be good. Now no consistency or attention to detail. And adherence to promised timing? Forget it.
Dont trust these people to tune up your car especially if it is over 5 years old. Two negative experience and there wont be a third one. Operator 101 you probably work for them. Dont trust the mechanics there! Some are probably not mechanics.
It was a long wait ( Saturday) but the associates are very nice and friendly!
I am always satisfied with services received from this dealership.
Id like to thank Stefan Kube for a great car-buying experience. I appreciated his no-pressure approach when I test drove and bought my new Chevrolet Equinox LTZ from Criswell last week. Stefan competently answered my questions without telling me how the Equinox was the greatest vehicle in the history of the world, how the price was going to expire in five minutes and without trying silly salesman tricks on me. I also appreciated that I didnt need to deal with multiple salesmen and that the overall car-buying back and forth was very quick and efficient. Id highly recommend Stefan and Criswell, especially when I compare them to some of their competition (a salesman from another dealership keeps calling me, even after I told him that I had already bought the car
Good service and good customer support.
Mike Furman is the best salesman I have ever dealt with! Great dealership with fantastic customer service!
Very easy to deal with very professional would recommend highly
Awful, terrible, do not buy anything from this dealer!! I am giving them one star because it is not possible to give them negative stars. Totally unresponsive, liars. They did not detail a car I purchased from them before delivering it to me and they have refused to “detailing” (their term) it after pocketing the $$ I paid for it. I contacted the general manager, service manager and service advisor 18 times by email, 20 phone calls and at least 10 messages. If this is the way they deal with customers after a few days of making a sale, I cannot stomach what the service will look like a few months/years after a sale. I am done with Chevrolet therefore anyone in my household is done with them. We will never buy from this or any other Chevrolet dealership again. If you feel daring, go thru the experience but never say you were not warned by these reviews!!
I was shock to find out that Criswell Chevrolet Service abuse our trust. We buy cars from Criswell and pay premier for their service in the hope they would provide trustable service for the premier we paid. Last week on Thursady I brought my car for quite some services from Criswell Chevrolet and found it on Saturday that the oil was still dirty while they charged me for service of oil change, and the oil life is still only 58%. I am not sure for the other services because I do not know how to check. I never expect such an abuse in a premier service.
I didnt buy a car after my test drive / first visit with Russell, however, I did tell Russell that I really felt compelled because I liked him so much. In the end, he accepted my decision and made certain that I knew I could come back to him at any time. Russell continued to follow up with me and through his last follow up regarding an additional incentive available to me he convinced me to buy my 2012 Equinox LTZ AWD.Russell was very professional, courteous, and I didnt feel like he was taking advantage of me. As a woman shopping for a car by herself, I was very wary that I might be seen as an easy mark. Russell never made me feel that way and I did trust him that he was giving me the best deal possible and that I would be taken care of at Criswell Chevrolet.
Great service department,THANK YOU Vanessa for your help.
I honestly did not believe customer service this bad existed anymore.
This place does not change oil in new cars!!! Make sure you check the oil color and oil levels before taking it in so you know anything was done to the car! The service manager sitting behind the counter after you walk in, told me that there has been research done on used oil and the quality of used oil is better then NEW oil in a new car... I LET THEM TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME NOT KNOWING BETTER AND I WALKED AWAY WITH NO OIL CHANGE BUT ONLY A CAR WASH. NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT, I WAS DEFIANTLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF... I WONDER HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS THIS MAN HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Make sure to check your fluids before and after, to make sure they were changed/refilled.Also the 10 POINT INSPECTION that they claim to do, they just check things off on the list... I have noticed numerous times the things the tech checked off but never replaced or refilled. AVOID THIS PLACE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Straight forward. Not too much upsell pressure.
Awesome dealership wide selection of automobiles.
Chip was awesome! He help me get exectly what I wanted! I will recommend Criswell to anyone!
Need to label / mark step areas . I tripped because of a slight step up at jeep service dept.
Great People and Best Deals
Picked up truck they had for week grease all over rims mech to lazy to clean like he got them. Also dealer said would adjust tire pressure. Tire pressure were 47,31,35,40. Just shows they dont care.Sad.
Brian K. From the Jeep sales section is awesome
There for an oil change at dodge an it was a pleasant experience as always
Quick, Clean, Precise & Courteous! Isnt that all we want?!
CRISWELL IS A RACIST DEALERSHIP....THEY TREATED ME LIKE TRASH. I AM A BLAC MAN AND HAD MY CAR FIXED THERE SPENT $15,000 AND MY CAR IS STILL BROKEN. I ALMOST DIED IN THAT CAR.THEY LAUGHED IN MY FACE. I WAS NOT WHITE ENOUGH. ..I HAVE BOUGHT 3 CARS THERE IN THE PAST AND TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH BECAUSE I AN BLACK AND HANDICAPPED IS REMARKABLE AND STUNNING........KEVIN SZOT AND JAY FLICK WANT YOUR MONEY BUT THEY DO NOT WANT TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.....I WILL SEE THEM IN COURT IN JUNE.I AM SUING
Friendly, fast customer service! In and out w new car in under 3 hours!
Choose to do oil changes, only. Service rates are too high.
Terrible customer service, specially on the phone, it’s Almost as if they don’t want you to service your car there.
Took my Camaro in for service...done quick, ready before time given.
I was told a story by the sales person here they told me over the phone they would knock off processing fee of $200.00 dollars but when we drove over a 100 miles to get there the story change to I never said that we went ahead and bought the certified gmc terrain anyway when we got it home the terrain started running rough so I took it in to the dealership and they said the air filter was so dirty witch they showed me and I was surprised because it was supposed to be certified and the did not even change the oil we had to pay out of pocket witch makes it another lie on there part they need to be more truthful to there customers then I had hell of a time trying to get the spare key that was promised to us that was a $150 finally got that and these gmc terrains dont get the gas mileage as promised everything seems to be a lie!!!!!!!
Criswell is a dishonest, mismanaged company whose employees will look you in the face and lie to you. I will never, ever do business with them again. Stay away. I would give them zero stars if I could.
It was wonderful as always.
I havent even entered the dealership yet and i was faced with an Extremely rude sales person. Natasha is very rude, continuously cut me off over the phone, would not answer my questions and transferred me to someone whom was not available. I called back twice and she would not answer. She must have Called id. How childish. I Will Never deal with her and if this wasnt the closest dealership i wouldnt deal with that organization. Just a HEADS UP. Get rid of her! Or you will lose alot of business!. Im willing to now check the dealership in Virginia just to Not have to talk to her Rude self! I SHOULD NOT FEEL LIKE A NUMBER. I should be treated as an individual as should everyone else. I AM FURIOUS!
BAIT AND SWITCHI give them a star for luring me in
They screwed around and lost my business.
I was waiting for two hours only for oil change services and she was telling me many but things for my car service
Best place to buy and service your car!!!
Great Dealership & Service
Nice cars
Had the parts I needed. Looked like a very professional shop.
Terrible service, they gave me back the car completely dirty inside with dust everywhere, I had to request to fix a part better because they poorly made the job
Good coffee.
