My 55-year old college year books (priceless) were falling apart. I called several companies...most of them could not help. The one or two that could...quoted very high prices. And then I found this gem tucked away in old town Gaithersburg. Working with them was delightful from the beginning...the nice young man who promptly took my call. I took the books and explained what I wanted. They listened patiently, did not rush me at all; they explained the best option at the best cost. I left just one book with them....reluctant to leave them all. A couple of days later, I was so happy to see how the book had been re-bound. Needless to say, I left them all and they did a great job at a very reasonable cost. I am delighted.My special thanks to Ada Pineda who was exceptionally kind, courteous and helpful. Kind of expensive, very rude customer service .. I traveled around 1.5 hour to this place because I had heard pretty good comments about it, but I was truly disappointed. The lady was very rude and I would not recomend this place to anyone .
