I hate writing bad reviews.. I tried reporting this issue to Cosmoprofs website.. But it kept saying my emails after invalid. ¿How is that possible?I just went to your store at 3:35pm today and the doors are locked, but the sign says you close at 4pm. I believe this happened before.. But Im not sure which dates..i think it was on Sundays as well. Your customers depend on your store hours being opened, as displayed on your door. I didnt want to write a bad review.. Id rather let the store know.. Hopefully this will stop happening. So i can remove this review.

This store supplies very limited inventory to black hair stylist. Very little selection and our items are never on sale or discounted.... never! So I had to find another store to cater to my needs...... 🤦🏽‍♀️

They don’t sell to the public? Half the shelves are empty and everything seems old

I called to place my order by phone and when my husband pick it up the whole order was a mess. The worst part is that I have a client tomorrow morning and I don’t have the products I requested so frustrated

Workers and rude and don’t try to conservative with you. They are using their phones and not paying attention. Rude and all the products are old and gross.

Very poor experience-wish I could give zero stars. This store either needs to replace their clock or staff/management. The website shows shows that under reduced hours of operation, they would close at 5:00 PM. I got there at 4:40 and the door was locked. I went back on the website to double check the hours of operation and noticed numerous complaints including a post saying they were to open at 8:00 yet after 8:30 they still were not open. I will drive further to a different store from now on.

This place is amazing! You can find many professional products for barbers💈/Stylists💇👌sometimes they have Ofer!!

Worst service ever. The lady Kadia was on her cell phone the entire time and I only walked in to pick up a tigi shampoo - took me 2min to find it. Took me more time waiting for her to come back to ring me up while I hear her talking on her cell throughout the entire store. She didn’t even hang up while she rang me up!!!! Didn’t speak to me once the entire time I was there!! Come on now.

Arrived at 830 which is opening time and the stre was closed. I am sitting in my car waiting and the time is now 838??!!

Terrible customer service. I went on a Monday to find a Bosley product and they told me they were out of stock. I talked to the store manager Keysha and she said all stores were out on inventory without even checking. So I decided to called another location and they had it!!!!! Absolutely absurd, one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever dealt from a manager ever.
