Very sad to be writing this review. However, it is important to be honest so that other potential clients don’t also lose their hard earned money. Initially got my hair and my daughter’s hair braided two months ago. Both styles came out horrendous after paying $400 altogether for two very simple styles. Both our hair unraveled within a few days and I immediately called the shop. The issue was rectified by being offered a discount on my next style. I decided not to bring my toddler back. I went back to get my agreed style yesterday and although it wasn’t what I wanted, I took the style. Literally, the next day the hair unraveled and my hair began to show through the braids. I literally cried because this was the second time from the same place this happened days later. I tried hard to be understanding and support and instead of complaining again for a third time, I will just leave this review in hopes of someone else not losing out on their hard earned money. Just think twice please. Take care.

This is the most terrible beauty supply store I have ever come to in my life the floor and counters are disgusting and theirs a terrible smell as soon as you walk in. The cleanliness is at an all time low and I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life. the stylist that did my hair didn’t even wash it first and charged me $500 dollars for this and LOOK AT IT I am very displeased and I highly don’t recommend shopping or or getting hair done here they had a terrible roach infestation when I was sitting waiting for my stylist who took 3 hours to get started on my hair a roach ran over my foot and the stylist was eating curry with doing my hair and got rice in my braids. The products were out of Oder and scarce. There was only one employee working at the time and she had to attend to everything including my hair, not to mention the woman doing my hair smelling like a seafood boil she was breathing in my face with no mask on and was very rough .

Let me start by saying you will not find better customer service anywhere. Ms. Abigal and her staff treat you more like family than as just another customer. Additionally, her prices are beyond fair and she will make sure you are 100 % satisfied. Shes also a one stop shop. I am in the military so I am very limited to styling but Ms. Abigal makes it work. I have been going to her since September and I will not be going anywhere else as long as I live in MD. I have been So blessed to have found her!!!

If you want quality customer service, please come to this place. Ms. Abigail cares for her customers and she cares for your natural hair! Her knowledge and care for natural hair separates her from most of the beauty supply stores. I credit Ms. Abigail for making my hair healthy again after my hair was damage two years. I truly appreciate Ms. Abigail and her team!

Upon picking up lunch nearby on my lunch break I discovered Payless Beauty Supply and decided to pop in to pick up 1 or 2 things. I had no idea this place existed and was so close to my job. I was helped by the nicest associate. After learning that they also do hair I made an appointment with her for feed in cornrows on blind faith that week. I had no idea the owner would be on my head. She was SO sweet, knowledgeable, and talented. She worked with the photos I sent her and blew my expectations away. Im a very picky person when it comes to my hair and Im pleased to say I loved my hair as soon as she finished. Its going on 2 weeks and I still get compliments! The price was very fair and I will be coming back for all of my hair needs :)

I visited this shop right before Covid-19 hit us.The owner is A Beautiful woman in every sense of the word.The shop is small. But your gonna find what your looking for..Im from Savannah GA. Where there is a beauty supply store on every corner.But the Owners of those shops Dont really know (Our HAIR!!!). I love this Place.Yall are gonna Blow up!!

I love this place!! The owner is so nice and friendly,she treats her customers like friends and her prices are more than fair. I cant help but to go there at least once a week to see what new wigs are available. I have 23 wigs and counting!!

This braid shop does a wonderful job on braiding and the pricing is great! I would recommend this place to any lady! Check it out and enjoy the friendly atmosphere!

AMAZING SERVICE !! went above & beyond for my wants & not just for me but including my child. Such welcoming warm hearted workers !!! Will never forget how much hard work they put into doin my soft locs & EXTENDED ones at that 36inches !!!! Amazing amazing amazing amazing !!!! You can feel the love extended soft locs are usually $250-400 but they only charged me $160 I couldn’t ask for anyone better to get the job done COME CHECK THEM OUT !!!! before you do anyone else !
