Potomac Garage Solutions we’re amazing. I had a garage solution installed a couple years ago. I needed slat walls added right away. I contacted a number of companies with my tight timeline. Tony was here on Monday giving me an estimate with ideas. Was very patient with me as I finished up a conference call. Made some great suggestions, and had my new slats installed by Wednesday. Tony and his crew were amazing. It was a big job and in between I was trying to figure out what accessories I needed. His crew helped me set things up as well. They were absolutely amazing!! Totally understood my rush to get it done.The next morning I contacted Tony for additional accessories, instead of mailing them he ended up dropping them off and helped me place them. I contracted Potomac Garage Solutions for a complete garage makeover; they absolutely delivered. My sales rep, Tony Zelaya was pragmatic and customer orientated. Although higher priced than most the service, craftsmanship, efficiency and attitude was worth every penny. I had read some negative older reviews, but more recent customers left positive comments so I scheduled an estimate. Tony stayed an hour, talked through options and we decided on a way forward. They were the only company I found who included clearing the space, storing and replacing the contents which was huge for a large family and long commutes. The laborers were professional and the work they did was phenomenal. We encounters a few unforeseen circumstances with installation of cabinets and lockers the second day but the whole team worked above and beyond to find solutions and communicated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and neighbors.

From the moment the design consultant, Tony, stopped by for an estimate on my garage floor... I was hooked. He showed great examples of the products they have and was able to get me a harder to find color in a matter of days. The gentlemen that showed up to do the work were professional and thorough - ensuring I was 100% happy before leaving. The price was competitive but the people - Tony and the crew were awesome to work with and if I need any garage renovations in the future - they will be my first call. The crew installed waterproof flooring to the surface of the garage, slats to the walls and storage fixtures to the slats. They cleared out the garage and stored the contents, then reinstalled items that were keepers and disposed of all unwanted junk. They performed with skill and craftsmanship that made the garage renovation experience a stressless 3 day process. Potomac Garage Solutions was everything they promised to be! Within a day Tony (Best Sales Rep!) was at my home and walking me through the process. Advised me on all options and even helped me pick the pattern for the garage floor! Work was done professionally and with little to no impact to our day to day. Entire process took two days (1 to apply the flooring and 1 to let it set). Tony was present for the entire process and performed quality control before saying the job was done! Couldn’t be happier with the process and will be going back to them for overhead storage ASAP. Garage floor is now the best in the neighborhood! We had the absolute BEST experience with Jeff and his team. They were incredible to work with - prompt, professional, courteous, and eager to help with any problem or issue. And they kept a very clean work space throughout the project. As a mother with two young children, I was very appreciative. We had such a great experience here. I highly recommend them.

We have lived in Potomac, MD in the same house for over 20 years. I have done numerous projects and to a fault do not write about it when the projects are done well. I now realize finding a good, honest contractor is hard. This is the first complaint we have ever had with any contracter or construction company.Please stay away from this company, they are costing me more money than the entire project (which was an expensive project) itself to resolve the issues they created. When the owner came out to the property to give me an estimate, we both agreed on the price including all the labor and materials. I do not agree to a job if it is incomplete or half done, so I was clear that this price would include the materials and labor.The next day, he said he would email me a design of the project, he later blamed it on issues at the office and never got me the design. Then on the day of the project (this owner subcontracts it seems or is not in clear communication) I got a call from someone not even at the site saying that his team is confused as to what the project is. I had to call the owner and put him on three way. The owner asked the person supposedly in charge at the site “do you know what you are doing.” The team at the house was confused.After the work was done, I got a new and updated invoice for an additional amount of $1,411.10. This was never discussed or communicated at all. I have copies of screenshots with the owner and call records that I am providing to my team.The “additional” amount of $1,411.10 was charged on my credit card that I gave the owner for the previous authorized payments without any verbal or written notice to store and was done on July 14th, 2021.The job was completed on July 9th, 2021 and the remaining agreed balance was authorized and charged on July 10th, 2021 (I had paid a 50% deposit initially). The owner charged my card 5 days after the job without any heads up or warning. We are looking into how many attempts were made as there were two different credit cards used. This has created a huge issue for my family and I.I was shocked that Potomac Garage Solutions would store my credit card information and then charge it without my authorization. While I am lucky to be surrounded by a strong legal team, I strongly advise against this company. They will charge you 5 days after the work is done without your permission. Modifying a contract to increase the price should clearly be discussed with the client. I am not aware of the laws of Montgomery County regarding this, but we are currently looking into this.The owner’s solution was to hang up the phone, come back and destroy the work through means of removing the hard top (which is attached to the cabinets) and make up baseless lies. This company is clearly in deep, deep financial trouble and we look forward to ensuring that they do not fraud people who are from this community and those surrounding in Montgomery County. Only received a quote and the guy was very friendly when he came out and was very responsive/helpful. Single car garage in DC came in at 3400 dollars. Did not move forward.

My mom and I wanted to surprise my dad with new garage flooring and wall storage, and found this amazing company in our search. I spoke with Jeff, who was extremely courteous and informative about how the process works and what all we could expect from the company! This company has the BEST deal on garage remodel services!!! Unfortunately, after I put down a deposit, and scheduled the consultation appointment, my dad expressed his feelings about the garage and made it very clear that he didnt want the garage remodeld......so I had to call Potomac Garage Solutions the same day they were supposed to come out for the appointment to cancel it, and they were very understanding and told me they would refund my deposit immediately. I wish I couldve kept the appointment. I will absolutely refer them to anybody looking to fix up or remodel a garage!

I called for an estimate from Potomac Garage Solutions and was very impressed with their knowledge and great recommendations they had. I also love how they handle everything from caulking, painting, lighting, window treatments and providing temporary storage for all the things you have in the garage. They remove everything, store it and then help get rid of everything and help put it in the proper place. The workman were very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company

The Potomac Garage Solutions crew was very thorough and professional. On the day of installation, they arrived early and got right to work. They asked me questions to clarify different aspects and details of both my new epoxy flooring as well as the overhead storage. Also, they brought a trailer to store the stuff from my garage overnight while the epoxy flooring job gelled/set. After both the floor and the overhead shelves were done, they carried my stuff back in and put it where I asked them to put it. They even agreed to throw away one heavy item for me and took it away for proper disposal. Overall, a very professional and customer-oriented crew. I am very satisfied with the value of the job they did and would recommend their services to others who want to get their garage squared away.

During Covid-19, my family of five has spent a lot of time in our new home as well as been utilizing the garage, bikes, and lots of other outside equipment while quarantined. Our garage was an organized mess and we needed help. Zev at Potomac Garage Solutions came out to do free measurements and provide plans for our garage that would suit our needs with 3 young children while allowing it to grow with us as it is a hefty investment. He was patient and professional. Willing to make changes and provided us with options. His team who installed were so patient and sweet. They went piece by piece deciding on how best to utilize the garage hooks and baskets to suit the needs of our family. They even came back the next day as we wanted to add even more options. They were the only company who had a 6 bike ceiling electric storage solution in the area that had on hand as well was able to install. Its an all in one shop and I highly highly recommend.

On referral from a super-satisfied neighbor, we hired Potomac Garage Solutions to apply flooring to our 70-year old concrete garage floor. Not only did they completely empty the garage for us and apply the finish of our choice, but they also put everything back into the garage when the job was completed. It was a big job, and these guys got it done in a day! The product comes with a lifetime guarantee on top of it all. A year later we had some permanent thing removed from the garage - and Potomac was back in our garage to apply more product where the appliance had once been located. They are the best....initially, and for any follow up maintenance and/or repair, should that ever be needed!! HIGHLY recommend! Oh - and their scheduler...she is the BEST EVER!!!!

Jeff and the guys at Potomac Garage Solutions really do a great job at transforming a garage. Its truly a night and day difference. My garage is an extension of my house as to how nice it is. They finished/painted the drywall and seal coated the floors adding their baseboard trim, installed LED flush mounted lights in the ceiling and installed some very sturdy, functional and attractive cabinets. Everyone that comes to my house is blown away at the appearance of my garage. I had the same thing done at my last home and the house SOLD in 2 days just over the garage. It really is a great investment that you will enjoy to see everyday. These guys have since completed 2 of my friends garages and they love it...you wont be disappointed with this company

Potomac Garage Solutions has been amazing with our new garage renovation throughout the whole process! I spoke with Eden during the initial intake process . She was so delightful, very informative and was able to give some helpful recommendation based off what I was looking for. My hubbie and I have an extra garage in the back of our house that we have been conflicted about how to utilize, I was leaning more towards functional and my hubbie more recreational. Potomac Garage Solutions was able to give us the best of both worlds! I was able to get my beautiful Carriage House doors (that Eden recommended) and white garage cabinets for storage, while my hubbie selected the polished concrete flooring that added such a unique touch to the man cave he was looking for.
