We drove from the Eastern Shore to get a good deal and we were not disappointed. Eduard Hovsepyan was the salesman I dealt with on the phone to arrange the deal and finalize the sale. He was to the point, honest, and professional. It was the quickest and most pain free car buying experience I have had and I am very happy with my purchase of a 2021 VW Atlas SEL Premium. They stayed open after their 6 pm closing to accommodate us with absolutely no hassle or attitude. We arrived at 630 to boot.I was shopping the Highlander, Palisade, and Atlas. We settled on the Atlas after a month of comparing and test driving. At one point I had over 50 dealerships in the process in a 100 mile area. On the way to pick it up, I had another VW dealer telling me the deal was impossible and no way it was honest. Well it was as advertised. This was the best car deal I have ever made and feel like both the dealer and I got a mutually decent deal.
We had a great experience here. We bought our first brand bew car and Alejandro helped us along the process which was relatively quick and easy. Despite being from out of the area, he definitely gave us the hometown treatment. If were ever in the market again, well definitely give him a call and you should too.
My dad and I went to King today and had a wonderful experience with Edward. We called ahead of time and we could tell right away that Edward was the right guy to work with just by the phone interaction. He was so professional and super friendly. He answered all of our questions and he was very knowledgeable about the car. We never felt any pressure. Working with Edward was the best car buying experience either of us have ever had. I left with the car that I wanted at an extremely reasonable price . He treated us like old friends and worked with us on the price. If you’re looking for a pre owned vehicle and want a straight forward, honest, friendly salesman, go to King and ask for Edward.

Ask for willy hes by far the best salesman there hes very respectful and very truthful he came up to me and straight up told me he didnt know anything about cars and asked me questions trying to learn the mechanical side of vehicles not just reading specs off a piece of a paper. And while you wait around signing papers and waiting on your car to be done he will have you in tears with the jokes and stories he tells.

This is the first time in years that I had a just okay visit to the service department. Usually, Im very happy with the results, but this time I had to take my vehicle back in two days later. I might have to take it in again because its still making the same noise.
They charge the insurance company a lot and give you an “okay” job. The paint work was not good and the employees cannot be professional on the phone (constant laughing and yelling in the background) I’ll be contacting the better business bureau. These guys just scam the insurance companies and do a half *** job.

Terrible service, they actually sent me home in a car that wasnt fixed. The very next day I had to return to get it fixed, then they had my car for 6 days. They continue to try and sell me a new car then dont respond when I have an inquiry. Overall, this is a terrible dealership. Im going back to Darcars Toyota in Silver Spring.

Normally walking into any place of professional business you should be greeted. I wasnt, but as I asked for help and was judged from the FRONT DESK that was my door opener to leave. But the sales man was great and the account, she was also great. No pressure or judgmental. I just got off work with my work cloths on. Nice place just dress like you are going to the club or like you are rich.

I bought the car despite a rude and lazy salesman because I couldnt find it in stock elsewhere, then I was told what turned out to be flat out falsehood that the pull out key on the fob would lock the glove box ( no, the glove box does not lock). I likely would not choose to deal with their sales staff again.Their service department, however, has been truly excellent. From quick turnaround on recalls, to quick and efficient routine maintenance and fair pricing. I have no complaints on that front. The staff in the maintenance department has been friendly and professional to a fault.
Family members vehicle had repairs done at this location. Customer service leaves tons to be desired. They do not notify owners that: theyve received car insurance payment and to bring vehicle for repairs; when vehicle has been repaired its up to owners to guess / call and find out. Work quality is good, thats about it.
Bought my VW beetle here and was thoroughly happy with the entire process. Just received a refund check for the excess I paid on my tags...without asking for it!
Be careful of this company they are sending out flyers to get people to come in because the flyer says you won a prize. The prize on the flyer is not what you get when you go in. The flyer said won $500 and they said there is another number and gave me phone blue tooth speakers instead. The crazier part was that the salesman acted like this was normal and not concerned. I wasnt the only person that this happened to. Be aware if they are lying before you get in the door of what they will do when you get in.

If you have an accident, the drive through GEICO claims department is fantastic. Very efficient. Enterprise RentACar is there to deliver a rental without waiting. Seamless integration. Staff on several visits were always cheerful and explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Had to take (years ago) my sedona for tyre change. I specifically asked them if they are installing the manufacturer recommended type to the spec; They said yes but when i went to pickup it was not to the spec. Gave me stories.. will not go again.
I went to King VW body shop for a large door dent. I assumed it would be a big hassle but with King VW and Enterprise teamed up, it was smooth sailing! I already have my car back and they were nice enough to wash and vacuum it too. Definitely recommend to a friend!

Good experience overall - Fair price, long wait for FinanceI went into the buying experience with some research and a review of Kings Google feedback. The feedback was nerve racking with a lot of comments on the lack of transparent pricing and apparent mark-up at sale. However, if you look at the disclaimer with every pricing, you see (generally) whats not covered in the advertised price (dealer fee/freight, tax, title, etc). Overall, the vehicle price was fair, they were willing to negotiate a little on the price, and I didnt find any off the wall charges you wouldnt find at another dealer.Patrick worked with me on identifying a used car I was interested in, showed me a few features I wasnt aware of, was very personable, and allowed for a flexible test drive (some highway, some city). Overall, a friendly experience.On the negative side, I waited a couple of hours to get into see the finance person- there only seemed to be one finance manager/person for everyone buying on New Years Eve. For such a popular time to buy, extra help would have made sense. Additionally, when initially talking with sales manager present, he seemed initially annoyed by the questions I was asking (challenge to cost, maintenance records, room for negotiation)- a surprising reaction to questions I hope most people ask. Initially off-putting compared to my other dealership experiences. However, he warmed up as we proceeded, and was ultimately willing to help deliver the car to my home the same day (above and beyond/good customer service).Customer Service: One HUGE thank you- The service manager worked out home delivery, allowing me to drive the new car home, while a couple of people drove my previous car home, along with a chase car. For a delivery more than 60 miles away, I really appreciated the gesture!Price: Lowest price for the vehicle purchased in the area with additional discounts for certain communities. Not a whole lot of flexibility, but the prices dont seem over inflated, so not qualms here.Financing: Although completely dependent on your credit application, they (VW) offered a reasonable rate that beat out what I went to the dealership with. No problems, realistic rates for the current market on used cars, and friendly personnel.Service Department: I purchased Adblue (Diesel Emissions Fluid), which they offered at about 50% off what online services are charging. I was also having trouble with my back and unable to carry the bottle to my car- they offered to help. Again, good customer service and greatly appreciated.Ill follow-up with any other experiences, but if youre on the fence, as long as you go in to King, or any dealership educated and prepared, you should have a good experience. First and foremost, Borris is an awesome, friendly, relaxed individual willing to go the extra mile to explain something to you. Secondly, Chuck made the foggy financial side of purchasing a vehicle more black and white.After researching my other options for compact suvs that are both reliable and safe, I chose to go with a Kia Sportage. Though the gas mileage isnt superb, the horsepower and safety ratings hush that minor detail.Borris was super patient with all my questions and eased my nervousness that comes attached with a major purchase such as purchasing a vehicle. If youre new to car ownership and want a good deal, speak with Borris -- Hes super chill.In all, I walked out of King Auto with a new vehicle under my name as well as a fresh sense of freedom.
We were in search of a new company vehicle and considered a new VW as the replacement. We called ahead and was connected to a sales consultant. We mentioned a particular vehicle that was on the lot and specifically asked if the price we saw online was something that we can expect to pay when we get there (their online prices include many incentives that most customers do not qualify for, such as military discount and recent college grad discount. This is a trick many dishonest dealers do to lure you into thinking the price of the car is very low while in truth youll be paying a lot more when you find out you dont qualify). Knowing that ahead of time, we called ahead to see if they would honor the price anyway. We specifically told them what we do qualify for and what we dont. We were also very transparent about our trade-in vehicle. The sales consultant stated that that would not be a problem. We drove over an hour, with the expectation of a resolved price to meet with our sales consultant.When we got there the sale consultant didnt really seem happy to see us. He complained that we didnt call when we were on the way (to be fair, I did promise that but forgot), and seemed pretty annoyed that we just came in (almost) unexpectantly. So he got us talking with another sales consultant to help us out. We spent most of our time sitting and waiting for the consultant to pull the car around, get us numbers, etc. We spent huge chunks of time (hours) doing nothing, while no one (including our original sales consultant) ever bothered to come by and just say hi or check in. Matter of fact, the entire sale staff just ignored us the whole time. Even our original sale consultant just blew past us, ignoring us. Very rude.The real cherry on top was when our sale consultant came back with a sales number that was ridiculously over priced. I mentioned that Ive already worked this out over the phone but he just said that was with the original consultant so he cant do anything about it. Simply horrible. We walked out and went straight to a Mazda dealer and bought a brand new 2018 later that day. Matter of fact, we loved the experience over at the Mazda dealership so much that we bought another new 2018 SUV later that week from the same dealership. You lost two sales King VW. You can thank your unfriendly, rude, and dishonest sales staff for that.
