I went to the part department today for getting just 4 screws to attach the front license plate for 2018 Sprinter. The lady from the part department was uninterested and unresponsive. She was not interested in servicing my tiny $12.xx purchase. She came up with all the none-sense questions on whether I bought my Sprinter there and what is my Sprinter VIN number so on. Why does she need the VIN number for buying four screws even after I told her about my vehicle model/year precisely? Why is it matter whether I bought the vehicle from that dealer or not?

Lack of attention. Lack of cars to show me. General disinterest.

Aside from the confusing parking lots, it was a great experience.
