Great buying experience. Enjoyed working with Dino and crew. Honest, straight forward experience and I was given the time and space to decide without being pressured. I really appreciated the walk around of my Ducati post sale. The tips the Ducati specialist (sorry, I forgot your name!) gave me were very helpful and took the guesswork out of some of the Ducati quirks that Im new to. Looking forward to seeing if the service department matches the showroom quality. Would recommend for sure.

Awesome experience buying my first Ducati. Dino was great finding the bike I wanted and helping with every step. All the guys were great, sales, service, financing and they stayed late to load my bike in my truck.

Fantastic customer service from District Ducati!! John ONeill was very patient with me and there was no pressure to buy when I went to look at a Multistrada 950S. After a test ride, I bought the 950S. The entire process was very easy and took no time at all. They gave me a fair price on my trade and Stacey had all the paperwork ready and transferred my tags to my new 950S. Overall a great experience buying a new bike.After riding home with the new bike, I realized that I left my Gremlin bells on my old bike/trade. The bells were given to me by a dear friend who passed away. I called John and asked him if he could retrieve them from the bike and he handled it personally and got my bells and is holding on to them until I can pick them up. To me that is above and beyond for customer service. I cant thank John and Dianne enough for this!I highly recommend District Ducati if you are looking for a Ducati, BMW or HD motorcycle, this *is* the shop to go to.
John ONeill provided the absolute best service in helping me select the perfect motorcycle! He is extremely knowledgeable about many cycle makes and models. His patience is unparalleled only to be surpassed by his friendliness. Johns diligent follow up in line with my requested time frame was perfect and further distanced him from the pack. BLUF: Excellent customer service, would be happy to work with them again, but had a shortfall in communication. Shoutout to Matt in service for working with me.Had my bike brought in for a throttle issue, left instructions saying I wouldnt bother the shop, and they could take their time as long as I received updates because I was in the middle of moving.After 5 weeks, I had heard nothing. I called in, and the service manager who picked up (David/Daniel?) checked the notes, and said the only note was the first week, and that the issue could not be replicated...which is impossible if a diagnostic had been done, because the bike hardly runs past 4k RPM in gear. I was told at this point that the technician was about to work on my bike (after 5 weeks).Almost 2 more weeks passed, I called again and finally got a hold of Matt, whom I had worked with originally to schedule service. He was able to give me a better update - that the technician was attempting to start and ride the bike for further diagnostic. The next morning, Matt called and provided me with a full rundown of the diagnostic and options.Ultimately, Im happy with the work that was done, but I was really upset to find that after 5 weeks of no contact, nothing had happened. I try to leave the shop alone so they can take care of business, but people need to be updated every once in a while on whats going on.
My purchase experience was great. Sam was easy to work with and got me everything that I needed in my first Ducati.The reason for 3 stars is that when trying to cancel my extended warranty, the Finance person does not return calls/is very hard to get a hold of. And when I do get a hold of her, they are very vague about the process. First the timeline was 4-8 weeks (and at the time of writing this, we are at 15 weeks). I have called back every week between 8-15 weeks, and I still get the same answer. I am hoping that bringing this to public knowledge, will help get more attention.I want to give more of my business there, but after this experience, I am not sure I will recommend this dealership to anyone
