Its refreshing to have good customer service. I dealt with Brian so He was very nice. The product was quality ๐ but just didnt fit. I need some plywood nailed down in the attic, He was nice about the whole thing including the return. I highly recommend this company.
This company delivered 8 of 12 units that we ordered and have been unable to contact, since 4 weeks, for the other 4 units. No answers, no callbacks after leaving requests, no return emails, nothing.......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I never received the item purchased. I e-mailed so many times, called so many times requesting my money to be refunded and it never was. So I was forced to file a fraud claim with my bank/visa. Seems to be some type of scam operation. Pretty sad way to operate a business.
Terrible customer service and they never pick up the phone. I have been trying to reach this company for a week.
WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.I received my order, which they only sent half of the order, with no preceding notice that anything was out of stock. I have put in several emails, and texts to no response. I am currently on their customer service line with two phones and have been on hold for over 45 minutes for both, this is after calling this AM on both lines and leaving call back requests after being on hold for 20 minutes. Their online customer service sucks to.I wanted to buy local, but now I realize why you should go to the big guys. They want your business and will bend over backwards to help you when a customer service issue arises.
I found these guys had the best price around for the items I wanted and prior to when I placed the order, I had called the team whom I found were very helpful. Delivery was quick.Through no fault of Energy Conscious company (personal decision), I had to return my items. Mr.R and Mr.A were very nice and helpful in setting this up and processing my request quickly.Thank you guys !!!
As of now Iโm not satisfied put an order in on the 13th and have yet to receive any sort of tracking. They seam to be a third party reseller, drop shipper or some type of affiliate site that posts products from other sites and marks the prices up. Only reason I used them is because they had a finance thing called apruve Otherwise I would never buy from this place. Will update the review if things change and I get my order quickly. Maybe Iโll have tracking info in the next month or so lol. Gotta love places that donโt know how to run a business with organization and professionalism. I was already weirded out when they have a tab to text a number. Just shows what type of rinky dink place this is. Iโm almost 100% positive they have no products on hand itโs all done through some type of affiliate program.
Recently bought spray foam from them. Placed my order online and called their customer service to pick up my order from their local warehouse. The transaction went very smoothly. Great price and customer service. They also advised me on the best spray foam size to purchase saving me extra money. All around recommend them and will be buying again.
DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! There are better prices, keep looking. I bought from them and found the product did NOT offer the coverage suggested. I only got HALF the coverage. When I went back to this company they made up excuses in spite of photos showing the product expanded and dried correctly. I gave them my calculations for coverage and they agreed my numbers were correct. If you have any issues these people will NOT take responsibility.
Hands down the best price on the Gree mini split I was shopping for. As a matter of fact, the company where I had earlier found the cheapest price on the unit told me, We cant touch their price. Their selling price is cheaper than what WE buy them for when I inquired about a price match. My only complaint with them is that communication could have been better regarding shipping. I was told that I would be contacted when the item was shipped out and given the tracking numbers, etc and I never was contacted.
I just received a newsletter email from The Energy Conscious, to which I did not subscribe. It was titled, How To Size A Ductless Air Conditioner. It included a chart of various conditioned floor areas and corresponding system sizes with a few variables for climate and construction. This is precisely how NOT to size an HVAC system unless you simply do not care about indoor air quality, building durability, system performance, reliability, energy consumption, or cost. The newsletter was sent on August 27, 2015, so I have ruled out an April Fools joke. If you do choose to purchase products from this supplier, you might consider getting advice elsewhere.

The prices offered are higher than others and I learned that too late. I also learned too late that the customer service is the absolute worst. They blamed me for things that were clearly their responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find another supplier. This company cannot be trusted.
Absolutely incredible experience and my mini split compressor (outside unit) arrived damaged and I refused delivery. First, the mini split was actually a GREE that was relabeled. 38 Seer 9000 BTU. It was about $500 less than anywhwhere else I could find it. I checked their reputation thinking it might be a scam, and they had great reviews on reseller rating. I pulled the trigger and wall unit arrived a few days later and was fine. However, when the compressor unit arrived, the box was open, fins bent, and the housing dented. I was not sure if there were any missing parts as I refused to sign for it and turned it back. Went inside to call them, but they are east cost time and were closed, so I left a message through their contact online. Within an hour I received a message saying they would get a new one out ASAP. A little while later, same evening, I received the shipping label created and a note saying it would go out the next day. It did. This was 2 days ago, and it will be here tomorrow. I hope FEDEX pays them for their loss. Companies like this understand service. I am really impressed. I wrote them and asked where I could leave a great review for them, so here I am. As for the guy below dissapointed at the short cut (Inaccurate) square foot per BTU method of selecting a mini split, many people appreciate the extra data. I understand the need for a manual J, blower door tests, etc.. However, not eveyone is in a position to do that for differing reasons. When I build our new house, I will do those proper evaluations, but for this shop office fix, I just guessed. Ideal, certainly not, but does a company meeting a need really merit a 1 star google review? Anyways, I am greatful for a company that is out to lower profit margins, so they can gain a larger market share for those of us who spend hours looking for the best deal, like me. Now, to discover the service is as good as the discount, astounding. I have never left a google review before and I have read many hundreds of them in the past. They earned it! Thank you Energy Conscious. I hope FEDEX doesnt drop the ball... I mean the compressor again :)
