I came into the store and Claudia the assistant manager she treated me with so much respect and she showed me what to do and her customer skills are so wonderful at first I thought she was the manager she should be because she is wonderful I recommend that the corporate office promote her to manager
The attendant ( Indian guy ) is very rude and sarcastic . Im an immigrant and I still dont know how to speak English correctly and he embarrassed me several times and it seems to me that he wasnt happy to assist me. When I arrived he told next in the line and ask Me: “how can i help you “and I said “I would like to send a package to Miami please”. he yelled and said Good morning, good morning. I apologized and said good morning. then I couldnt quite understand what he was saying and he mocked me. After this, In the end I asked him to throw the paper away because I was inside the counter and he was sarcastic and embarrassed me again in front of another customer. I dont know how fedex puts people like that in a bad mood to meet. people like that totally change our day for the worse. and we make this country discouraged, with so much disrespect to people and immigrants who just want to earn their own bread. I hope his manager takes the necessary steps. Respect the others! Respect the customers! respect people different from you and have more empathy !!!!!!!!!

Night and day experience.Went here to avoid the USPS lines and expedite a package. I was greeted, sent to a slow and broken computer to set up an account, and to take care of myself for a service I was about to pay for. I asked for assistance only to be told “sorry, I don’t know” and to “restart the computer, try again“. I left after an hour because of frustration. The assistant manager saw me out, asked if I was able to finish what I was doing. Told her my story and she told me to come back tomorrow and I’ll get better service than what I got that evening.Go elsewhere!! The next day, I went to Shady Grove FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Was greeted and assisted all the way through!! In and out in maybe 10 minutes, tops!! No USPS lines! no computer issues! Just 100% customer service.

If I can give a 0 Star I will definitely give you one, first off a notification was left on my door one time but was signed as last attempt, then I called the Gaithersburg branch 3 days successively to ensure that I will pick up my package, I was reassured that once received I will get a call, no one called me, only to find out that my package was sent back. I am so disgusted with this branch,. Poor customer service is an understatement for them. Hope I don’t have to deal with them again.
They lost my package and hung up on me when i was frustrated. my package has been sitting in their warehouse for weeks. fed ex is already the worst postal company and the gaithersburg one has employees that treat customers like garbage.

Always a great experience here. Used Fed-Ex last Christmas and this Christmas and their expected delivery dates are SO MUCH better than the postal service. Also, compared to the postal service: there is little to no wait time, hours are great (usually open until 9, open on sundays), they will pack items for you free of charge (ie no charge for the envelopes, boxes, or tape), they have a lot of working space in case you need to write out addresses or pack something yourself, and prices are comparable to the postal service. (Can u believe it?)
Its easy to find from the street and they have the supplies that you need to ship whatever you need. Very helpful staff.
Simply the worst location for your package to go through! I’ve had 6 (next day delivery) packages go to this facility and all 6 of them have been “Out for delivery” 6 to 10 days and eventually I’ve had to hold them at location and drive 40 minutes out of my way to go get them. Weather has not been a factor and 3 of the packages were before COVID... I am currently waiting on a package that is on it’s 3rd day of “Out for Delivery” if it doesn’t come today I am going to call their Corporate office and submit an official complaint. I am sure businesses pay a lot to fedex for over night delivery/one day deliveries and this is not right!!!!
Great experience! The copy/scan/print machines are reliable and easy to use. I am also impressed with the capability of the machines here. Scans can be saved as PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, Microsoft Word documents, and more. Scans can also be uploaded to OneDrive.The stationary and office supplies they offer here are useful, unconventional, and first-day-of-school worthy. :) See Central Perks note pad attached. They also carry high-quality professional-looking products and kid-friendly accessories.The staff were friendly and worked efficiently. I wanted some of the documents I scanned shredded and the staff made sure to ask if I wanted to watch while they discarded those papers. I had a couple items to ship and the staff member I worked with helped minimize the overall cost with smaller boxes. Note, in many cases, you will be required to pay for filling ($9.99) if you ship with FedEx.My only complaint about this location is the complex it is in; lots of loitering. :/
Does anyone work here? 2:30 on a Saturday and the place was empty except for a few customers talking in a corner. Not an employee in sight.
The driver was beyond careless with this delivery. Not only did item (TV) carton come damaged (yet to open it), the idiot delivered it to the wrong house then sends a confirmation email stating it was delivered to my house.
Claudia has an excellent attitude in handling customers need. She was pleasant in answering my questions about packing processes. She is very knowledgeable about the packing and shipping . My parcel was packed very nicely and efficiently/ at no time! I will go there again.
I experienced excellent service at this location. I had difficulty downloading a large file for a poster. The employees were courteous and extremely patient as they assisted me. Their professional opinions helped me chose the poster option that showed the content to great advantage and that would sustain several years of use. In addition, I received the poster in a timely manner.
I have used this location twice for large, urgent printing. Both times the staff went above and beyond. Thanks, Claudia and Christine!

TRY AVOID USING FEDEX if you know it will go thru Gaithersburg center.I had several bad experience in the past months, package was marked on vehicle for delivery but didnt delivered, on the second day it was put on vehicle again and so on, having called the center for whats going on and they just said they setup an investigation for that. After wait for another two days, no body call, the package still on delivery every morning, call again and they said they will do another investigation and so on. The package eventually arrived after 10 days. The worst is that one of the package is a frozen food and have to trashed.
Bad service at all also the warehouse located near Costco terrible service hopefully they get better eventually.
Delivery ended up taking a day longer than it should - as it always tends to with Fed-Ex. Saturday they overpack the truck and if they dont get to you they list it as customer not home or business closed - when Im literally checking the door hourly. When calling customer care - they told me they will try to make a secondary delivery or at least call to tell me if it wont arrive that day - no call. All in all, I wish businesses would stop shipping via FedEx - their drivers are never personable when I say thank you - I had to put a literal sign on my front door during COVID to get them to ring the bell. Unimpressed, and with so many other options I dont know why businesses use them other than they are cheap. As my orders all feed out of this Gaithersburg office, and they cant manage deliveries right I felt the need to finally post. Clearly not the best organized, nor the best shipper.

Packaged supposedly delivered last Friday on my front door never delivered. When I told them I have cameras that recorded all motion, they investigated and found out package was never delivered, t talked to a supervisor last Friday and was told they will investigate. Monday today still no call. Called fed ex Friday then Monday still no resolution. They were suppose to track the package and contact the driver. No call back. Unless you want your package lost. Do not sent via fed ex. All they can Stella me that my package was supposed to be delivered by Fed ex Frederick Avenue in gaithersburg, md. Will never ship with Fed ex.
Horrible customer service the manager Carlos and his team are not professional and will charge you different prices whenever they feel like it I got a few items also made they had to redo it 3 times because it was damaged And they try to hide it and repaint it would a black Sharpie.. I guess they didnt like did I wanted my work done the right way so now when I go they tried to charge me extra on stuff they never charge me for. stay away from this place if you are a professional and looking to do work for your business

Have anyone ever taken a passport picture here before? How did it go? They dont have battery in the camera that supposed to take my picture. Im waiting for the old battery to charge up so they can take my passport picture.
I have gone here since when it was Kinkos. They have computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, office supplies, etc. They have convenient hours. Of course, you can send packages. Its very convenient when you need to print, fax, mail items, etc. Service is very good.
The credit card reader worked perfectly, but the copier did not. I had to chase a store associate for help twice. Stapler was not available. Pricing per copy is crazy expensive. Overall I consider it as a bad experience and would avoid the place in the future.
Customers beware!!! My family member had something addressed to them being held at this location. Someone else came in and was permitted to pick up the package. Clearly, no ID was checked, but the person signed as if they were the person the package was addressed to. FedEx refused to tell us ANYTHING at all because it was a privacy issue... apparently a thiefs privacy is more important than the rights of the person being stolen from. They reviewed the video but refused to show it to us and refused to show the signature as well. They say its company policy that they cant show us the video, and sure it probably is, but they were also covering their own mistake of not checking ID and giving away someones package to an unauthorized person. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Your items are not safe here!
Great customer service! I was in and out thanks to one of the associates. Last 4 years, It has been my go to place for all of my printing needs and I highly recommend it.
I do my online printing through this office and it is always done perfectly. I get my emails letting me know they got my order, and its suppose to take 3 hours to print it up, but I get an email in about 20 minutes telling me my order is complete. I have a business where I need drawings printed up, and I run it all through the Gaithersburg Fed Ex office.I did have one time when an order wasnt finished. I told the person behind the counter, and they printed it up immediately for me.I ship out of this office also. I rarely if ever wait in line. I just walk up and see the person behind the counter and off my package goes.I tried UPS, but the website isnt as user friendly, and using federal express is a higher standard in mine and my clients eyes. I ship locally and across the country.Its been great.
Its labeled as an Office and Ship Center but they do not accept hazardous material ship outs here.Been stopping by here for years. Long lines and broken kiosks plague this spot but the employees here make up for it by being extremely friendly and helpful.The overcrowded parking lot is awful and regularly suffers its own miniature gridlock that can last 5+mins and leave your ears ringing from car horns and people yelling.

I wish they could get the self service machines to be more reliable. The last time I was in, I logged into my Google drive to print off a document and got an error. An associate helped, found the same problem and ended up having me email the location. An hour later I get an email from Google that my password was compromised and there was unauthorized activity on my account (first time ever in 7 years). I emailed support to let them know, havent heard back.
First time here. It is a newer facility. Clean, organized. I only needed to drop off a package. I was helped within one minute of arriving.
For some reason this facility thinks that delivering packages at 2:00 PM is a good idea when the most common hours of a job are 9 to 5. No common sense in shipping times but otherwise a good facility.
Very impressed, staff was very helpful with my shipping needs and were able to handle multiple customers, all with complicated needs, at the same time.
I said hi and they said hi back. There are educated people. I will go back.
1 other customer in store. Stood for 20 minutes in line behind that customer with no acknowledgement of my existence or breakaway to help. I needed to print just 1 page.
Do not come here if you are in a rush. The slowest service ever. You will wait 20 minutes just for them to create a label for someone.
Had occasion to ship a package this morning, and while I had previously used the Rockville office (off Gude Drive), I thought Id check this office out. Reviews here had been none too kind, but I found the staff to be prompt and cordial in their service today. Store seems fully equipped and stocked with every kind of shipping and printing need, and I would definitely visit them again for my shipping.
The Manager Carlos was great! He went above and beyond to help me track down some old receipts I needed (damn expense reports lol).
4 stars only because there were no tools such as 3 hole punch, bags for printed materials. Will def come back.
