I had a very bad experience first the employees were nice but none of them are knowledgeable AT ALL. I came to deliver an international package, paid a ton on money but at no stage the gentlemen named Kevin seo mentioned me about the possible Import taxes for the letter I send the package in. He seems to be a nice person but nice doesn’t work when it comes to your hard earned money and when employees mislead you with lack of information it’s actually very frustrating. When I called the store today Brian owners cousin ( that’s what he said) without owning the problems blamed Kevin saying oh that’s his fault he should be the one who should have told you this. What I don’t get is do they want to steal your money by misleading you VS not knowing about the other charges that will incur. He later goes onto blame me saying I should know about import taxes. Well as poorly trained as he is. Of course a customer knows about import taxes as according to him customers are Gods and they know about thier job better than them so we as customers should know it all tells me it’s Kevin’s fault but then it’s my fault. Well I ended up paying the imports taxes another 100 euros apart from $150 dollars I wasted with ups listening to thier lies. Please teach your staff about product knowledge as when you send international packages you must let the customers aware. Not every customer like myself sends international packages often. YOU ARE THE EXPERTS NOT US. Help us understand and don’t lie to your customers. Both Kevin and Brian…………..
Kudos to the staff. A company was saying it had not received a return that was shipped in September. The staff researched it and resolved the matter in a few hours. At the same time I needed to return a tent. I could not get it packaged same as shipped. The staff offered to repackage the tent for me at no extra cost. Thanks so much.
Great UPS store! I took in a large package this morning and the young gentleman assisted in packaging the items. He eased much of my stress. Thank you!
I came in with some returns, one that needed the label to be printed. This had happened before and I was able to email the label and then pay to have it printed. Today, I was told that this would not be possible because the rental computer was broken and that what the employee did before of printing the label via the store email was not supposed to happen. I don’t understand the purpose of being a printing center, but refusing to print something and not having a solution because your equipment isn’t working. The tag line is literally solution center.. but they have caused me more problems because of their unwillingness to provide bare minimum service.

Never had such a rude experience from an employee at The UPS Store before. Brought a package in to be shipped. Wasn’t even asked about how I’d like to have it shipped out. A younger Asian male employee would not make eye contact, sighed a lot and gave body language that showed he did not care.When I asked him what the least expensive means would be to ship my package, his response was” go to your post office”. Unbelievable…
Totally rude, arrogant younger Asian guy. Can’t be bothered with any questions. Very cocky. He must be the owners son because no owner would put up with all these posts from a rude worker!
HORRIBLE SERVICE.TRY NEVER TO HO THERE. This Asian guy with glasses is extremely rude and doesnt know how to talk to customers.Their Printers never work and the guy doesnt even look at you while talking.

First time using ups to return Amazon purchase. Young man, Caleb, took care of two returns from bagging,printing,etc in less than 5 minutes.! He and his team mate were cordial and professional. Kid did his job.
After seeing all the reviews I wonder if I went to a different UPS store.The guy I saw was rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this store.
