I love to stop by to get coffee while shopping. They have a good selection of organic foods as well as ethnic foods. They have a great bakery and a selection of adult drinks. The produce isn’t always as fresh as it should be. Check the dates and packaging for slime/mold. Otherwise, the store seems to be clean and well organized.

Hy-Vee has so much to offer than most grocery stores. This is the first time I had breakfast in a grocery store. The food and staff was great... I will be going back for the great prices as well before leaving town...

I love hy-vee grocery stores! they have one of the best delis ever AND... their liquor stores are out of this world with unique liquors and beers, and local beers from independent brewers!

Amazing employees. I was stressing out because I couldnt find coins to finish paying for the rest of my stuff. I wont name names for privacy sake, but they know who they are. They finished paying for my stuff. I would recommend coming here.

This store has a little larger selection of groceries and I shop it more often because of that. One of their electric shopping carts has had one square wheel for OVER A YEAR. How much trouble is it to change a wheel? The other carts are fine and a good service. I like their meat department selection.

This place is unbelievable! Best grocery store Ive ever been in. Owned by the employees, and they still work there and its just a whole different environment! Fresh meat, produce, fish... Anything you can imagine and very very reasonable

Best meat department in town. Note: Buy a whole pork loin for 20.00$ and have them cut it however you would like it. Save $$$! Also the free gasoline perk is amazing. Liquor department is also awesome. Dont see want you want? Ask to place an order. Helpful associates. Fair prices. Love Main St. Hy-Vee!

Excellent hand breaded chicken strips. Delicious Chinese food. Right now smores cookies are $1!

They are very nice polite and if you cant find something to come down and help you look for it if youre stuck on a register whatever theyre doing theyll stop and help you

This store has really stepped up their customer service. When I go to pick up groceries or need help finding an item in store they have always been very helpful. However, let me tell yall about Freddie. If yall ever stop by and hes on the grill, grab something!!! He was on the grill Friday and just when I was there 2 or 3 people stopped to tell him thanks for previous orders and that the food was more than delicious 😋 I just had to recognize him because its always a great experience. Hes an asset!

The store was clean and the associates were helpful. I enjoyed our conversation at checkout. I will say it was hard to find things in the store. You go to one place and what you were looking for would be out, but you would be able to find it in other parts of the store. It was weird and maybe it was just a bad day for the store, but I was only looking for four things and two of them were out in one spot but available in another part of the store. But all in all I was able to find everything I needed and everyone was helpful. What more can you ask for :-)

Compared to the Hy-Vee in Davenport, I wouldnt recommend.Pros:-Some Variety-Easy to navigate toCons:-Sushi nothing like that in Davenport-Barely any produce-Fresh food isnt very appetizing

Great little grocery store in Galesburg. Very nice staff.

We ate at the deli and the food looked like it had been sitting there all day. I chose a tenderloin sandwich and it was soggy. Id go somewhere else but it was close to our hotel.

First time in this store just traveling by. It was bright and clean and when I walked in the floral section smelled wonderful. I bought some delicious cut fruit and visited the Starbucks.

I placed an order on Aisles Online and picked up my groceries. When I got home I realized I was missing 13 items. I called the store where someone assured me the items would be delivered to my house asap. I waited an hour...no one came. I called again. I was told they didnt have my name or phone number...so I gave them the info. I waited another hour. No one came with my groceries. So finally someone called me and told me they couldnt find the bin that was left behind. They assured me the items would be delivered the next morning. By 10:00 I had no items. I called back to the store. I spoke to the manager who offered NO apology. She transferred me to the Aisles manager who said my items would be delivered in 1/2 hour. They were but I am still missing 2 items. I wonder how much this happens and people dont realize they are giving HyVee their money but get shorted on their items. Shame on you, HyVee!!!!

Items marked sky high! I just got a bag of black seedless grapes at Aldi for $1.69. Very same grapes and same size bag at Hy-Vee were $7.99! Crazy

I think HyVee is the best place to shop or during these troubled times door dash. They are always ready to help the community. They offer great brand names at very reasonable cost. Most of all is their PR skills are A#1

Well nothing really new. Food kind of picked through I think due to the weather. Better stock up people I heard we got some more snow coming tonight. You got to hit them Dr pepper sales out there. LOL. So get your butt to Hy-Vee and stock up and stay safe in the snow storm. Food is fresh,and the prices always low.

For a busy Saturday morning, we couldnt get our cart in aisles because of boxes and employees. Pharmacy is also unorganized. We had to leave, it was chaos.

Hy-Vee and Hy-Vee liquor has plenty to offer and I appreciate that but their prices are ridiculous.

I have had both good and not so good of having someone to get to help you . Most of the employees are friendly, and polite . But if you need help its kind of a thing to get it . But I was over charged on an item and I seen it get scammed and I went on over to the service desk and the young lady was very nice and apalegetic but very kind . I really dont care for the way they do their sales tho. When they make you buy 4 to get the sale price . There is olny 2 of us at our house now and ( for example 4 twelve packs of some kind of soda pop ) to make us buy all that is just kind of much . But it is like most places you just have to know what to watch is all . Thats kind of sad ... But true !

Terrible the cashier Evelyn was rude not friendly at all, had a bad experience before in customer service about a month ago I forgot her name but at that time I did talk to the manager about her, head supervisors need to teach employees good customer service I will not be returning to that store, they just have a bunch of young ppl there that need some real training God help them and bless them
