The service staff was very friendly and took the time to listen to all my concerns. They got me right in the very next day after calling. They were very knowledgeable about Nissan and gave me a fair price on all the work I needed done. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will probably make the drive 50 miles just to have the pleasant experience again when I need any further work done on my vehicle despite having a dealership right here in my hometown... it was that great of an experience!

We purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan from Galesburg Nissan. It had a little less than 20,000 miles on it and we were told we have a lifetime powertrain (engine, transmission and drivetrain) warranty beside the fact that Nissan still has a factory warranty on the vehicle that we purchased. We brought the truck back due to engine noise. Originally they agreed that the noise was there and that the engine would need to be scoped before Nissan would release a new engine. The equipment to do this wasn’t working at the time so I would have to bring the vehicle back when the equipment was working again. Now I’m here on my second trip and magically nothing is wrong. The engine is still making the same sound when they vehicle starts after being cold. This is pretty inconvenient considering it’s a hour and half drive one way to the dealership. So I am saying BUYER BEWARE!! This is not what we consider standing behind a product that you sold. So much for taking care of your customers but they got their money and I guess we learned a lesson. Don’t make the same mistake we did. I would highly recommend buying from a dealership that stands behind what they sell. I understand that everyone has things they can not control but this is unacceptable and for the service manager to throw keys back at me shows how little they actually care about their customers after they make a sale.

Was told $25 unless cut off locking lug nuts. Locking nuts left in car...not cut. Cost $87. They rotated my tires in past without issue. I never had a tool to take them off unless Nissan kept it from before.

From the time I walked in the door, everyone was so friendly. Rick Sandoval is da bomb! He made car buying a fun experience. He made sure I know how all the options on my new car worked. It wasn’t like buying from a salesman, it was like working with a friend. I’ve already recommended Rick and Galesburg Nissan to several friends. I do believe you may just have a customer for life.

Royal Rice is the guy to see. Vehicles come with a lifetime warranty! They practiced social distancing and employees are masked. The process of buying a car took about an hour. In the past at other dealers, it has taken all day (or longer). This was a nice relief. We love our new Versa Note. The service department is also quick and friendly and their prices are comparable with other mechanics in town. We tried all of the dealers in Galesburg and this is the only place that didnt feel like we were getting messed with and had the most knowledgeable staff with the best attitudes. They also have a quality product and a great inventory. There is really no other place in Galesburg that begins to compare to this dealership.

I was on a long road trip and had a terrible vibration due to ice around my tires. It was so cold that the car wash was closed. Out of desperation I went to the Nissan service department for help. They immediately brought my car inside and cleaned off the ice. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. I would have been happy to pay but there was no charge. I can’t thank you folks enough. You’re the best!

We went in to the dealership to help my Elderly Mother in law buy a car and she was treated like family. I was so impressed with their personalized service that I insisted on buying a new vehicle with them, even though we typically drive an hour away to buy from larger dealerships. They even got me the specific vehicle that I wanted from a dealer trade. Rick and Royal did an amazing job. The icing on the cake was when Jeff the owner handed my mother in law his card with his personal cell phone and told her if she had any issues with her car while the dealership was closed to call him directly for assistance.

Was an amazing experience. I walked in, looked at a few cars, test drove one, and asked for a quote on a Used and a New Kicks. Two days later I get the quote and decide to go for the new Kicks. A few days go by and I come back and sign and drive away with a New Kicks. Absolutely loved it. For a first time buyer they answered all of my questions and didnt push me to buy something. Brought the wifes 2015 Rogue in for a warning light issue. Have not had any problems since. It was taken right on my scheduled appt. time, diagnosed, and returned with in 1/2 hour.
