Went in which I have only been in this store a handful of times being a 10 plus year customer. Each time having great customer service. Twice I’ve had J- Peterson wait on me. Once buying a new phone and just recently me having a issue with one of our phones and was in the store over 40 minutes trying to get me in the right direction! Had all the Answers and even helped a few others ( multi tasking) while I was on hold with Apple support. Thank you, for the continued patience and good service all these years. Wishing o would of thanked you all sooner.
Im pleased everytime Ive gone in, no complaints.
**Update: The USCellular internet service WORKS! I just got off the phone from canceling viasat/exede. Im thrilled!! Im gonna send these folks a cookie platter or something!**We were helped immediately by Thomas. We came in worried wed have to replace my daughters phone, but he checked it out & found it was my old auto adapter causing the problem, instead of the USB port on her phone.He first helped us replace that, then went on to thoroughly address my questions about the new home internet option that has recently become available where we live. Were in a very rural location & have been trapped with a horrid provider.Super pleased with our experience & THRILLED at the prospect of being able to dump the unreliable satellite service weve been stuck with for 15 years or so. Its the first time Im actually looking forward to calling Exede customer service. Not only will I never again be forced to endure 1-2 hour calls that never solve anything, but well also be saving about $45 every month by switching to USCellulars plan.Thank you, Thomas, & Thank you USCellular!

It went well except for another customer stood behind me and started coughing and she wasnt 6ft social distancing. Upset me somewhat I got up and moved by that time a nice customer service person call me to help me solve my issue.
I needed a phone while visiting my daughter last year. Service was excellent, thorough and SO much quicker than I usually experience in Rockford. My hubby and I couldn’t have been more pleased - top notch...great business and superior staff! Thanks!!!

I am not much for change. I had to leave Boost mobile, sadly after Years of great service.... We moved and there was not a cell tower in good range... Went to US Cellular. The initial visit, the service was kinda ride and very unhelpful. I felt lucky just to get out the door with a phone that seemed to have better service at home. Phones were very cheap. I broke mine within the first 5 days and my wife hers inside of a week and a half. Went and got unlocked phones at Walmart. Got lte service on them but could not äctivate the phone service for calls and text. Went to the original place we purchased service. Ashwin the service was lacking and Im the end, we were told that our new phones wouldnt work. They them proceeded to try and sell me two more phones. I could barely afford these that read my sim card and have me internet, the same thing happened with a cheap phone when I originally broke my first phone. Had internet but no calls or text ... They fixed it over the phone.... Almost 2 weeks and Im ready to go to a different service already....
My husband and I went to our local store today and were very impressed with the way they are handling customers during this time of Covid19. We checked in, were instructed to wait outside until our name was called. Everyone was wearing masks, they had everyone in the store socially distanced, and provided hand sanitizer as well. Kudos to them!!

Terrible service I got given the wrong phone and then agent gave me the wrong data package completely. They also get outages all the time where you can’t even use your data and won’t tell you their out or credit anything to you so you’re basically paying for a phone w no service. They’re employees knew less than I did about my issue and I had to fix the problem myself. I’d never go here to get ANYTHING.
They were really nice and helped me get my new phone but the prices are crazy an iPhone XR cost me $599. And with the taxes it came to $642.00
Went in on a Saturday to switch from prepaid to post paid and was told no downpayment or deposit I would just have to pay the taxes for the phone. So I waited until Monday to go in to take care of it and was then told I needed a deposit of $100 for the service and $200 for the phone! Been with them for years have had the same number for 6 years and Im thinking of switching to something else! Im pi$$ed off!
The wait times can be a little long in the evenings but the staff is always friendly and helpful when it comes to being packed and welcoming customers! Love all the offers and deals to get awesome products at amazing prices!!
I switched my whole family over 9 lines total...they quoted us a price less than Verizon. Not only was the bill messed up EVERY single month for 6 months, but the service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! You cant even be on your phone and use your unlimited data. This is NOT a problem at Verizon!!!!! Needless to say, we switched back to Verizon....saved money, and got 4 new phones :) the bill is 60$ cheaper monthly with no service issues!!!!!!! Please save yourself and go to Verizon....
Customer service was very good however my visit was a waste of my time. They couldnt remove a tablet my family no longer uses without a $160 early termination fee. So we are basically paying for something we dont use.
My visit today was met with professionalism and the information I needed. I am happy with my visit.

WARNING!! this store lied to me about a rebate program. I just upgraded to an S8 which came with a 100.00 rebate. I was told by the store that I had to spend the rebate on accessories ONLY...after calling us cellular corporate I found out that I could have spent the rebate on the monthly bill...the store refused to Refund or help...DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE THEY LIED TO ME THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!! Monmouth is owned by the same person I suggest Q cities or Peoria.
Dont be duped by the free phone with promo card scam. The promo card is only good for accessories in the store.
I work for the company, at different sites separate from stores and offices. This was a stop to simply eat my lunch.

Unreal to think you can come in off the street pick something up off the shelf that you want to buy and still be made to wait 30 minutes just to swipe your card and make a purchase. Reinforced my decision to switch to Verizon. Plus you do not have service in most of Chicago and St. Louis. Really???
Very slow service. Not enough employees for all the customers they get. Waited over an hour just to pay a phone bill.
Always too busy with not enough assiciates to help. Wait time is very very very long. This happens every time ihave to go to the stkre for something.
