Over the past year I inquired in different Verizon stores about a business plan, military discount and adding my father to my account. I had disappointing experiences until I went to the Digital Store. They have been so helpful, knowledgeable but not sales pushy. I recently went back to replace my sons phone without him there. We also added an iPad for my husbands work. Again very helpful and knowledgeable about the best plan for my needs, not being sales pushy. Since they gained my trust I even opened the visa credit card. Thank you the Digital Store in Galesburg.

I had lost my phone so went into store for a new one. Brent Norcross helped me and I was very pleased with him. He helped me by locating my goggle account and gave me good recommendations for my new phone. I highly recommend him. He said to come back in with any questions or concerns. Stopped in to check out some apple watches for me and the wife. The online is a little confusing when trying to narrow the selections down. This required having to look at them and ask questions in person. Also wanted to pay a custom amount down and it wouldn’t allow it online. The big store over by Walmart is closed, I’d imagine due to covid. Not sure why they closed a much larger store and kept a tiny one open. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. Went in, realized they were taking appointments only. No big deal, so I called and they told me if I stuck around 5-10 min people would clear out and I’d be admitted. Watched a customer leave so I stood at the door to get let in. A worker ran over and let me know that was a “bill pay” customer and that I’d have to wait and asked for my vehicle make and they’d retrieve me. That didn’t make a whole lot of sense. But everyone has made up the rules on the fly on admittance during covid so whatever. I’ve got a little time to kill. Went out back and waited a long while. No one came out. Pulled my car around to see how many cars were left or in the parking lot. Noticed that there were three less cars (it’s a small non shared lot). Called to gain access and knock a couple Xmas presents off the list. They said it would be another 5-10 min. I’m not really an impatient person (I have literally logged 2 google reviews in 15 years). But at 45min of wait time already I’m getting fairly agitated. Especially when there are clearly less people in the building than when I started my wait. So I’m assuming they were actually over capacity and just picking and choosing who they’d let in. Stuff like this keeps this virus going. I ended up just buying my wife’s SE off amazon when I got home. I’ll wait for the Knox drive location to open again to get my Series 6. I try to keep it local but this exactly why there won’t be anywhere left to go in person in the future. I probably won’t return to this store. I’ve been with Verizon Since 2010.

I can not give a higher rating to the service I received in purchasing my new phone from this store and the staff member who assisted me, Kaleb D. Kaleb began by helping me select the right phone for my individual needs, and when it arrived, seamlessly transferring my information into the new device. He was professional, courteous, efficient and very patient with my operational questions. The store also was provided a safe social distance for transactions. All and all a very positive experience that I highly recommend.

Manager was snarky and rude. We came in for an insurance claim and he was making remarks on the phone when he provided wrong information.

It was very difficult to get my contacts, addresses, Notes, and whatnot switched over remotely, but both were extremely helpful and enthusiastic throughout. Id estimate that they spent more than an hour over the course of three or four phone calls getting me set up, and they succeeded! I would give them more stars if I could..

I was then told by someone who had gone to the other Verizon store near Walmart in Galesburg,Illinois that they sold refurbished stuff and not new but was put in new boxes.
