This is the best place for frames and vision care! Every 2 years I go looking all over for frames, Ive been to several places in peoria, the Quad Cities and several places locally while most of them are fine places I would have to say that Precision Family Eyecare has got them beat. First off, the staff seem to be more knowledgeable and confident with their knowledge so that I think gives them that edge over the others. While most other vision care places are friendly, Precision has more enthusiasm along with their genuine friendliness so that attracts a person even more. It shows that they really enjoy what they are doing so it makes the experience of shopping for frames actually kind of fun and bare minimum enjoyable.You wont need to bring anyone with you to help you pick out frames because they are extremely helpful and confident in helping you decide what frames look best on you. The atmosphere is really pleasant as well because it isnt just the counter and frames on the walls they actually have really nice seasonal decor and homey touches throughout the space which is a nice change from all of the other vision centers Ive been too. I wish I would have tried this eyecare place way before now. You wont go wrong here at least check them out and see for yourself Im glad I did. Thanks Precision staff! :)

A great Optometrist that is very communicative and shows genuine compassion for his clients. Dr Dieckow is very pleasant and informative and I trust him 100% regarding my personal eyesight and Eyecare health.

Lots of back and forth on the phone regarding company payment for safety glasses. Was told I can bring in the voucher when I got them in 2 weeks, 2 weeks go by and I call and they say I have to bring it in before they are ordered. Wouldve been nice to know. Then wait another 2 weeks and they ordered the wrong pair.Ordered some online with the new prescription and theyre here in 10 days, and much much cheaper.Im about a 20 minute drive with kids so all of the back and forth and wasted trips is really irritating. Now another 2 weeks to get the right pair. Ridiculous.

I’ve lived in Galesburg for 25 years and have been to a number of eye care providers in that time. I recently started going to Precision Family Eyecare and it has been my best experience to date. All of the people who work there are great, especially the optometrist. They know what they are doing and do it well, they care about their patients, and they are using state-of-the-art equipment to do it all. I will not go anywhere else.

I went to precision for the first time in January. I was very impressed with the exam I received. They were very thorough. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I would definitely recommend them

Took all 3 of my girls here! Got them in quickly and made the appts. Quick and easy to deal with...and they helped them pick out their glasses Very well!! Very excellent care and very helpful!! The doctor was very kind and made my youngest (who was very nervous) feel comfortable and she really liked him! Would recommend to anyone and everyone. They are definitely our eye care choice always!!

Precision Family Eyecare does a wonderful job in diagnosing eye issues and providing glasses.

Way over priced!! I told them what insurance I had and I couldn’t afford anything besides what it paid. Ended up getting a bill several months later said I owed them. Went in person a month ago and talked with them. Said I would attempt to make payments. Gave them money and less than a month later I was turned into a collection agency. Over priced service and glasses. Walmart is just as good if not better. They overcharged Medicare I believe and could of bought 3 pairs of glasses at Walmart just as good as quality that paid for 1 there. My mistake just do not want anyone else to make it like I did:(

Very displeasing In the since for my father took a pair of glasses to be replaced, they lost them telling us they have no record of them being dropped off and wanting us to pay for the glasses AGAIN, instead of owning up to their mistake. The best thing they are will to do is take 30-40% off a $600 pair of glasses. This is unacceptable!!!On March 6th my fathers glasses were finally found, repaired, and returned. He is satisfied with his new glasses we just wish they would have found them sooner not after three months.

I took my daughter in for glasses and somehow they lost the paperwork and measurements for her glasses over a month ago waited 3 weeks they finally called so went back in the receptionist is very rude waited 15 min in line then she cuts us off for someone else even tho it was there fault then she tried to tell me we would have to make another appointment with them nope. Your doing it now

The staff is very friendly & the eye tests didnt take long at all. The doctor & staff answered all of my questions. I recommend Precision Family Eyecare for contacts or a nice selection of glasses.

The doctor is very throughly trained to take care of your eyes. He did a wonderful full eye exam by the time the appointment was completed, I didnt even have one question I am fully satisfied....

Great place, helped me get my first contacts, and were able to also diagnose my CRVO which could have been devasting had we not found it right away.
