I love Aldi. I was only there for groceries so I completely avoided the fun aisle. They had everything I needed and the amazing quality I expect.

Huge variety of food and well organized. Tried the 16 pizzas and the family really enjoyed them. This would have been a 5 star rating except at Aldis they expect you to bag or box your own groceries, which is no problem if there are boxes to box them in. Being my first visit to Aldis I was unaware of this and when I asked the checker where the boxes were he said there arent any so you either carry your groceries out or buy a bag(s). I bought some bags and went my merry way as I passed people with carts full of groceries and felt bad for them (guessing theyre going to be buying at least 10 bags- so much for savings)

There were flys everywhere they were in the furits, bread, And a lot of the ceral and boxes were already opened. But the customer service was great.

This is the best store in Galesburg. Employees are courteous and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. Management never hesitates to jump in and help ring when needed. The cheese selection is comparable to high end whole foods store. If you arent shopping here youre missing out and paying more for the same items!

Best place in town to get really good sea salted pistachios in the shell. Great price and they are fresh. Plus they sell the pure leaf sweet tea bottles.

They sell Gluten Free items, vegan foods such as non oil spaghetti sauce, summer time they have non dairy ice cream, have almond, oatmeal, coconut dairy free milk. Produce has a great selection. Reasonable or same prices as others stores, unique products that other stores dont have. I love shopping here. There meats, cheese, are good here too! Try it your like it.

Love to shop here. They always have something unique(like salted caramel hummus or spicy ice cream) that I have never seen before. The prices are SUPER cheap. Bring your own bags, though, because they charge for theirs and there arent always boxes available

Love this store! Great updates, Big selection.Reason for mediocre score: checkout person. She was ruff with my products. Almost as if she were mad. After dropping soda in cart several times and slam dunking my potato chips I asked why. She said they are told to work fast, she had other things on her mind, but if anything gets damaged they would replace it and several other reasons for the rough handling. The other checkout ladies are much friendlier and less abrupt than she. Think she was mad because she was called to check out.Will avoid her at all costs. Maybe even this store.Have her name if anyone is interested.Thank you.

This new Aldi is great. I am still learning where some things are but that is to be expected. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and I love the low prices. This is where I get most of my groceries every month.

Its huge and nice. The selection is amazing in the meat Dept and the fruits and veggies Dept. They seem to sell so much now. Tools, shoes, name brands even too much to recount. But a little bit of everything.So much bigger then it used to be and the prices r good.

I shop here quite often, not only for myself, but also for a food pantry. The prices are lower than most grocery stores and discount stores. The quality is almost very good. So far, Ive only not liked one item - the Clancys cheese curls. They had an odd taste. Its always interesting to see what they have in their non-food aisle. You just never know what they might have - everything from pajama pants to gas grills and tools!Sometimes they have rather long lines to check out, but I do think theyve improved by opening another cash register when the lines get long.The manager of the store in Galesburg has been very helpful when were buying very large amounts for the food pantry. If we call ahead with what we need he makes sure they have what we need and has even packed everything so all we have to do is come pay for the order.Do consider buying flowers here. Theyre lovely and last as long as flowers from places that charge a lot more.

I shop here for almost all my groceries! EXCELLENT prices! FRIENDLY help! I find not just food and beverages here but also many non food items for a fraction of the prices of big name stores! They offer foods that are unavailable other places! AWESOME!! The check out ladies are EXTREMELY SWEET! They make you feel like family even if its your first time there! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Love the store but hate that the remodel is being done during the late fall and winter...extremely hard to find parking and return the carts if you are handicapped or elderly or have little children. You need more parking and less green area even though that looks lovely.

Great prices on most things. Produce is a bit unpredictable some is great and others go bad as soon as you get it home. Overall helps our family save money and have decent food.
