It starts with customer service and ended with a respect for professionalism. The process started with on line chat with a person where he made a suggestion and gave me the closest store to me. I called the store a place it on hold. I drove the 50 plus miles to the store where I was meet at the front counter who I believe was the manager. He quickly brought it out and showed me the receiver. He spent additional time with me to make sure I was buying what I needed. He was most of all patient and knowledgeable two traits sorely missed in today’s commerce. I will make the trip every time for customers service and courteous behavior. Raven was awesome. I had come in for a specific mouse which she helped me with. Then my granddaughter was looking at items and giving me ideas for her birthday. Raven never got impatient with her and let her browse at her own pace while answering her questions. When we were checking out she gave me her card and number and quietly discussed holding the item I wished to purchase for my granddaughter until I could come back alone. She is a credit to your store.

I spoke with Zane, and had probably one of the greatest retail experiences of my life. He was incredible- super friendly, very personable, quite funny, and just an overall great guy. He also helped me find everything I was looking for. I was going to order new audio cables on Amazon, but I think that today’s experience has made me reconsider haha.

John was the associate who helped me today and he went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best retail experience. When I got home and was having some difficulties installing my item, I had to call the store and John again took the time to patiently walk me thru some set up details. I came back to the gallatin location because I knew Brandon was there to take care of me once again. I needed a way to connect my employers laptop to my monitors and needed a new wireless keyboard and mouse. He got me everything I needed and connected the keyboard and mouse as well! Raven, was AMAZING! We explained we were on a bit of a time crunch and new exactly what we were coming in for, she got us everything we needed, answered every question we had and got us out the door just in time. She was so personable and friendly. We came back later that evening because we needed a some new cords and this time we had time to spare. Even though we didnt buy anything due to the fact they didnt have what we were looking for - Im gonna give this place 5 stars. 5 stars ONLY FOR THE STAFF!!!Management, you need to see this!!!The parking lot was disgusting. Trash everywhere - getting to the door was GROSS!!! The store inside was older and kinda dingy. The laptop area was a cluttered mess. 4 laptops on one table and at least 12 signs. Very hard to follow, very hard to understand.However, the staff - 2 younger guys - very helpful and respectful. They answered questions and even offered to open the extremely old manual door as we left. Tip notch gentlemen!!! Job well done!!!Overall. This experience would have been a single (if any) stars. But the staff was awesome. 5 star performers.

I was sold a used camera as a new camera at full price and was lied to twice by employees of this store. The first lie that this was a brand new camera that had never been opened. When I got home at took a good look at the camera, it was obviously a return with minor scratches, marks on the camera and lens. I should have opened the box at the time of purchase, but I trusted them when they said they just opened the box when I called to inquire. The second lie was about the battery. After I purchased this camera, I noticed in the parking lot before I got home that it had no battery. The store manager looked online and insisted that I could buy a canon brand battery on Amazon for $30. The cheapest canon brand battery for my camera is over $60 online. I sent an email to customer service several weeks ago and they have not responded other than sending me spam to buy more of their products. Poor service all the way around. I will no longer shop here. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The sales people were kind and helpful, but I never went through with the transaction because of lack of delivery time/day options. I went elsewhere and got my washer, dryer, and TV all marked for delivery when I needed them to be.

After getting frustrated with an order at lowes (long phone hold wait times and constant cut offs over several days), we decided to look elsewhere. When I called Electronics Express they put me right back to our salesman Bill Phillips who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to settle on the two appliances we needed and set up installation. Only two days later the install crew came out and were great (despite one being an Alabama fan...but we can overlook that) professional, quick, clean and gone. Couldnt be more pleased with the products, prices and service.

Had a navigation system and camera installed on a 06 ford truck. Install was done poorly and not complete, when I asked about it was informed for more money could do more for me. Equipment is perfect but install and costumer service is poor to say the least.

Where to begin.... I ordered a Danby 10 cu upright freezer. I wanted a compact freezer and was willing to pay the extra price. When the freezer arrived, it looked as if it had been dropped or ran into by a forklift, yet the delivery people wanted to leave it. NO WAY. The second freezer delivered a week later had an incorrectly installed door and would not close correctly. A THIRD freezer is supposed to be delivered in another week. Im now 3 weeks and multiple phone calls I to this.... there has been no mention of returning any of my cost. How about I send Electronic Express an invoice for my time wasted in telephone calls and hours spent waiting for delivery?

When it comes to people/workers super awesome! There prices are a few bucks more then other places but please dont let that stop you from shopping here! Ive shopped here for just about all of my electronics, most places just tell you where what your looking for is located but not here, they stay with you and answer honestly any questions. Most places the manager is no where around but here Brandon (hopefully thats spent right) the manager is awesome and always on the floor to help. Took his time and made sure I was getting what I want. Again dont want to drag on but, great place to shop.

This store is absolutely the best store around hands down. My wife and I had an amazing experience here. We bought a new Fridge, Stove and Washer and Dryer. Our sales lady Angela Bonner was the best sales person we have ever had from any store we have ever bought something from. Angela listened to what we were looking for and showed us what would fit in our budget and the discounts Electronic Express has right now are crazy. We had our appliances delivered and installed and that went very smoothly as well. We will buy our next appliances from the Gallatin Tn Electronic Express as long as Angela is our sales person because we know we will be taken care of . My friends and I were there to purchase a computer, which went very smoothly. However, since my friend bought the computer on display, the salesman who packaged our computer forgot to put the power cord for the computer in the box. This would have been fine, but when we called about it as soon as we got it home, we were left on hold for 10 minutes and then after we hung up, the phone was left off the hook for the remainder of the night.

The staff worker asked me what my budget was and we looked at the price range I was looking for and we looked at the other prices. The rest of the staff was very helpful and nice. DO NOT USE THE MYSYNCHRONY CREDIT CARD THEY RECOMMEND. Pay with cash or do not buy at all. I bought a computer here for $1800 and used their credit card that they pushed on me. If you miss a payment by a day, they will raise the APR to 29% and you will pay 1/3rd more(almost $600) for the same product. This would be fine if they werent making my billing date a few days earlier than the last every month, trying to get me to miss the payment because I have been setting up auto-payments.

Depending on what customer service sales person you get will depend on your opinion of Electronic Express. I ordered a stove for my kitchen I wanted it in Black and I got stainless steel. Because I did not pay attention I was extremely tired because I got it late in the evening I should say,and I had plugged it up and tried it to make sure that everything worked. And because I did that I could not take it back. And then the next morning when I have realized that it was stainless steel and not black I called them and because I had cut it on I couldnt take it back Im stuck with it yeah. I had bought a TV there several years ago and the young gentleman that waited on me was very nice explained everything to me and I enjoyed my experience he made sure I got the right TV thats why I went back but now I dont know if I will go back again or not.

We are a older couple,and our radio in our truck stopped working. We went to several places and we could not afford their prices. We went to your store in Gallatin.The installer guy (I wish I had caught his name) worked beyond his job to make us happy.WE went home and the new radio kept cutting off. So we called him and he said to bring it back and he would make it right. We did and he replaced the new radio and new wiring with new radio and wiring.It kept doing it. So thanks to him and the manager, they figured out our original amp was bad. The installer kept fiddling with it and decided to put the old radio back in to see if it worked. It did.So the manager and installer talked and refunded most of our money for all of the wiring and new radio. Because we did not need it. They charged a small fee for fixing the amp or whatever was wrong. They could of taken advantage of us since we are old and could only take their word. But they were honest and concerned about us. We will definitely be back. And God Bless this 2 guys

I ordered a new dishwasher after mine quit working. We waited all day Sunday for a delivery that never happened. I received a call at 830 pm. That they were coming tomorrow (Labor Day) off the clock. I work retail and can’t ask off for whenever they decide to come and install it. Since, their not getting paid they will rush and not do it right.

The staff is amazing but have to say Cody Olson is the most helpful sales associate by far. I applied for a card and got approved so not only did I get what I originally came in for a universal charger adapter for a laptop computer but thanks to him a new tablet. He not only took the time to help with all options on tablets but explained the warranty and benefits to purchasing extended warranty too He also went above and beyond by helping me to get the tablet set up and made sure I was comfortable and understood how to use it and even when I had to come back in next the day to ask more questions he was so patient and knowledgeable.
