I was visiting from Indiana with Grandkids in the car when the battery in my vehicle began to lose power! I was able to drive to Advance and was greeted by Michael Milak who was very helpful in checking my old battery, which was dying, and secure a new battery and installed it! Very helpful and pleasant to say the least. Thanks again Michael. You turned a potential big problem into a very small one.
This place customer service is the worst around, they label sales on items and then tell you they don’t start for days in advance and will lot honor price. Don’t waste your time here

I went in with a dead battery not only did they help me replace my battery they found that my cables were faulty and replaced them as well. Above and beyond the call of duty 🙏 during these trying times. This is why I only go to them for help. Cant recommend them enough. Most honest and helpful than anywhere I have ever been

This place is a joke and I cant wait for the new OReillys to open up. I have had a number of incidents at this store. They over charged a mower battery and told me it was my fault it over charged. I tried to buy a jack for my truck because I had a flat and needed to change my tire. The manager of this store was playing on a guitar instead of helping me when I told him I would go somewhere else and call corporate. He tried helping me and I asked several times if this would be high enough to jack my truck up and he assured me that it would. Well it didnt and they wouldnt refund my money. Now to this visit, I went in needing brake and blinker bulbs. The same manager as before looked it up and found the ones I needed. I left and tried installing them. Big surprise they didnt fit and I had to take them back. Save yourself some time, money, and aggravation and go to OReillys.
They treat you like a human being. If they dont have a part in stock they can always get it for you quickly. The guys are super helpful.

Pablo is calling himself a manager and he is definitely the worse that ever stepped in that store. I had a receipt and was wanting to return a small package that was a mini diagnostic kit for 9.99 - the receipt was 1 day old. Well come to find out my problem may be wiring. But definitely not fuses. So, having bought the kit from another store 30 mins away, Pablo, does not return the kit and lies to say they have a new policy. Really? So, I leave and call the store that I originally bought it from and they gladly returned it no hassle. Pablo should get a position working in a corn field. Definitely not customer focused. On the other hand, Dylan should get a raise. Thanks again, Pablo, I will never send anyone to this store.
Buyer beware. I bought a battery that went bad but was still under warranty. They told me it was still under warranty but i have to take it to the store where i purchased it to get a new battery. I called the store but they conveniently have no record of the transaction and for some stupid reason Advance doesnt keep records between stores. Thats garbage customer service. Ill be hitting up Auto Zone next time.
I went around to most of the auto parts stores in Gallatin. I was looking for a starter solenoid for a general motors 350 V8I couldnt believe my ears when I was told by everyone in Gallatin that no one had a starter solenoid after all of the billions of starter solenoids GM have put on their V8s since the late 1950s.I almost left Gallatin in a state of disgust knowing that I was going to have to drive to Nashville to get a starter solenoid..however I never did try Advance Auto parts. Just as a leap of faith, I turned around and went to Advanced, walked up to the counter. A young man was standing there and asked me if he could help me... I was still kind of upset. I told him I said, dont look at the computer screen look at what I have in my hand. I have in my hand a starter solenoid for a 350 Chevy do you recognize it?. He said yes I think I have one in stock. I said awesome and he did and I bought it.He restored my faith knowing that I had found a clerk that didnt need to rely on a computer screen to tell him what he needed to look for. He knew it just by line-of-sight and experience Thank you Advance Auto parts. I dont know what that young mans name but I would like to personally thank him again.

I went in and ask for a Fram PH3614 oil filter I was informed Advance don’t sale Fram any more I ask to cross it over to another brand there computers can’t even do that and I was told Walmart sale Fram Going to Walmart from now on to get oil filters

Gallatin has a well stocked Advance store. What they dont seem in stock is usually available from Nashville and they get 3 deliveries a day out of Nashville.
Walked in, grabbed what I needed and walked out.Store appears to be clean and tidy, save for a few areas on the floors that need to be repaired.
