If I could give the company a minus rating I would do so. Service is awful, there website says that open at eight but Im setting here and its 9:00 and no one has even opened up. Device does not function properly alot of the time and when u call no one ever answers the phone. I would recommend anyone who has to have this device on there car look for another more reputable company.

Place is a scam. Charged me an extra month right at the end and there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to go with somebody else and restart my year im supposed to have it on for.

I had a great experience in this place, I came all the way from Clarksville to get my car calibrated. I got there as a walk in and I didnt know the time for the walk-in is from 3pm-5pm but the two gentlemens there take care of my car right ahead no problem. Im grateful thanks, guys.

This particular location has never given me any problems but the company it self is a corrupt monopoly. I went to school in south Florida and during hurricane Irma I had to evacuate Florida and come home to Tennessee, and during that I was not allowed back to my residence until the 28th and the end of my lock out period was the 27th of September. And got it serviced immediately when I got there on the 28th... one day after thats it and smart start told me I had to keep the device for an extra year for missing an appointment during a mandatory evacuation/state of emergency.im currently trying to get the state of Tennessee to review what happened and appeal it. Regardless of if tennessee overturns the violation and lets me get the device off asap I will 100% be filing lawsuits against smartstart and will be going to the better business bureau because this is messed up and the company and government are running a scheme to keep these on our cars as long as possible for extra money... and also my vehicle has had horrible electrical issues ever since the device was installed. Be prepared to be at a mechanic or buying a new car

They have no organization have to sit and wait hours and hours went there because my cord messed up wasnt my fault for the violation sit there 4 hours took 3 minutes to fix. Almost always a long wait just for check up. Its a money racket could make them wireless like a cell phone but that would lose them money

Go with a different company for your interlock device. Smart start is a joke.
