Mattress Firm in Gallatin, TN goes above and beyond. I’m completely satisfied with them and would highly recommend the Gallatin, TN branch to anyone. I use to deal with the Mt. Juliet branch and never received the customer service that I received from Gallatin. I’ve bought about 5-6 mattresses from them and will only use the Gallatin branch in the future. Sam is an awesome manager and very customer oriented.

Sam finished up first and came our way.This is our largest mattress purchase and she made it a breeze! She is extremely friendly and down to earth. I typically lump any furniture sales people in the same category as car sales people. This was NOT the case here. Sam provided detailed explanations of the Tempurpedic sleep systems and answered all of our questions without skipping a beat. Sam brought her A game, but it was effortless. She was even great with our 2 children! We were fortunate enough to conversate with Austin a bit as well, which was great. What else would you need? Not sure where to start. Bought a purple mattress. Guy put in the wrong order of sheets to be delivered. Decided we wanted a mattress with a box spring had a whole Convo about how we needed a box spring. Made the order left the store. Two days later bed gets delivered with no box spring. Ask where said box spring is was told there was not an order placed. Which is funny because we had a whole conversation about it. Was told it would cost 300.00 and it would be delivered July 4. Absolutely not. Just very bad customer service in our experience from the very beginning.

She introduced the Comfort Center which made it easy and then took the time to explain the differences in the beds. I was overwhelmed at first but she made me feel comfortable. Great customer service and good price

In the summer of 2019, we purchased a mattress and bed frame from Mattress Firm in Gallatin, Tennessee. The salesperson was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Unfortunately, that was the end of our good experience. The delivery people apparently did not know how to set up the bed frame. It kept spreading apart. It wasnt fastened together. They somehow rammed the frame into a wall outlet and broke the cover, completely. We were very disappointed in the quality of the mattress! We tried two and are now in the process of looking elsewhere for a mattress. The frame is of very poor quality. A couple of the supports under the frame bent. (We are not skinny, but also not obese.) My husband tried to bolt them upright but they kept bending. We just purchased a much sturdier frame from D. T. McCall and Sons. Wish we had gone there in the first place!

I never really realized how a mattress could improve the quality of my life until i came to mattress firm. My customer experience was simply wonderful. Thanks to Sam and the other guys.

Kasi was great salesperson, not pushy and made sure we made an informed decision by having us try all the types of beds, frames, and pillows. Delivery was a breeze, we made sure to follow the instructions provided by Kasi wheb we purchased the bed. They had eveything in and ready in less than 20 minutes

I bought a mattress there and my invoice said a certain amount but when I called progressive about the payments it was way more than what I was told at the store. Ive called them and they said it would take up 2-4 weeks for them to figure it out so I returned and they are still taking out payments! Ive called the store but they never answer, they act like they are so busy.

Too rich for my blood. The mattresses offered were mostly of very high quality and price, and the guarantee policy sounded quite good, but the sale mattress offered - and there was only one at the price plastered on the outside signs - was severely low quality.
