We spoke with the manager of the store. At first we didnt think he had what we needed, but after explaining to him out special circumstances, it turned out that we were looking for the wrong type of mattress. He showed us what we really needed and why. The mattress works perfectly. Very nice young man.

Good Service, Had to wait a week to get delivery. Local Store would not honor a BOGO on sheet sets that we got for registering our new mattress with manufacture

After visiting several (probably 5+) mattress stores, I decided to go back to Mattress King in Gallatin and purchase my mattress based on the sales representatives knowledge and helpful attitude on my first visit. There was never a high pressure sales pitch to buy at any point. Our salesman, Wes, was great! We needed guidance on where to start and Wes certainly guided us through until we found the right mattress for our needs. I would highly recommend checking them out. The customer service was top notch!

I bought a new mattress and adjustable base in August of 2020 at the new store in Gallatin. Wes was most helpful to me in meeting my needs for my back support. I enjoyed his easy going no pressure style and his help. My mattress has been a blessing.

My husband and I wanted to shop local, and we found out Mattress King had just opened in our area. Wes, the Store Manager was very inviting, took time with us, he was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses. He wasn’t pushy, and we felt Mattress King had a great selection, plus we found out they are also Family owned, and not a fly by night, in business for 26 years! Delivery was quick, and professional, they wore masks, gloves, and we felt safe! We love our new Tempur-Pedic and the adjustable base is amazing!! We highly recommend Mattress King!! We are in the middle of moving, starting school and working and have no time to find a new mattress. We moved a little ways out of town and decided when we came back through Gallatin we would stop by the new mattress store and buy a mattress. We stopped by within business hours and when we walked in, the associate seemed annoyed because it was 20 minutes till close. We already knew what we were looking for as far as size, coil count and price range. The whole time (less than 2 minutes) the sales associate kept looking at his watch, telling us of his of remaining time before close and was overall very unhelpful and rude. After the last comment referring back to the amount of time left we decided to leave and take our business somewhere else where we did end up buying a mattress within the remaining time before Mattress King would have closed.

Went on the first day and Wes was awesome to work with! So excited about my new Tempurpedic!
