Wonderful service! Noticed a screw in our tire while out for donuts and stopped by to see if they would be able to patch it, they took our car back immediately and had it patched and ready to go within 10 minutes.On top of that a wonderful man in the waiting area offered to pay for the service!Will definitely be back for any tire needs & recommend this location to others.

Wonderful service, sweet staff. this was my go to tire/auto shop when i lived in gallatin. brett always tried to help me! this is also a good place to go for used like new tires that are affordable.

They can fix/repair anything related to a car, truck, van, suv, etc. They are great at their jobs. The prices they charge are more than fair. The people are all very nice and personable. The service is quick and they will not do anything without consulting with you first to make sure you are okay with what they need to do and the price of the repair, etc. If your issue is a minor adjustment or a quick turn of a wrench you might not owe a cent. This practice has earned my business as well as several of my friends business. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. In my humble opinion I believe this is the best tire and automotive business in Sumner County.

Bought a truck from this location. Everything was great at first fixed things when check engine light came in (which did multiple times). Had new tires put on and was told I get free rotate and balance. Took it in to get tires rotated and balanced and one tire had multiple stripped lugs. Of course the blame was put on me but I never touched anything. Had to have it removed and repaired which cost over $300. They wanted to argue with me that it was my fault. Took the truck to a reputable tire shop and was told they were way over tightened. Luckily they fixed it no problems. Just beware of buying anything from this guy even tires.

They do good work but my opinion there way to high i had 4 tires mounted and balance and it cost me 109 dollars the Mexican shop would of only chatged me 50 dollars

I’ve taken my car to Chris for a few years. I just purchased my 2nd set of tires from him for my car to give to my 18 year old daughter. Not only did he give me a fair price, I had a sensor that was bad, needed an oil change, and he was so accommodating! He spent time with me over the phone and helped so much. I now have a new car, needing its first oil change, going to see these guys Friday! And Trent is great too! They are a great local business we should all support!!

Excellent company to deal with, they are very friendly and professional, communicate well when you have vehicle in there for something, I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them, and I did not know until I started going there that they do everything, towed my car in, fixed the issue, and took really good care of me. Now I go there for all my routine maintenance like oil changes, tires, rotation & balance and anything else that I may need. I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are family owned and you can really tell because they want to take care of the customer. Chris is a real stand up guy and very nice and knowledgeable, Tiffany is very sweet and really knows her stuff as well. So glad I found this company and will continue to do my business there from now on.

Took my truck to Chris to repair the main rear seal, repairs were completed exactly when they told me and they charged me less than the quoted price. They did a great job and I would recommend them for any repair.

Chris W***** sold my son a used car, told both of us the car was tight in good condition, I explained to Chris up front that my son had two baby girls he had to transport & that he needed a reliable vehicle but that obviously mattered none to him, only a dollar! We barely got the car home & as we were pulling into the driveway every light on the dash came on & it died, we opened the hood & oil was sprayed all over the engine. When we test drove it the clutch was sticking to the floor (I know nothing about a car) but again, he assured us it was just because it was a cold day & the car had not been driven for awhile, another lie. We had to put oil in it just to get it to the local repair shop where its been for over a week with several things wrong with it. I called Chris & politely reminded him that this was my sons income tax money & it was all he had to buy a car, he did not car, would not even consider taking the car back, only then did I look up reviews on him & found that he had done the same thing to someone else last year! How does he have a good rating at the BBB!!!! The most disgusting thing about him is he uses God as his front in order to make money!

DishonestBought a Nissan Xterra from this group, they claimed the vehicle was in perfect condition, less than an hour later the car starts to overheat. Take it to a different mechanic, the radiator is busted. I called Chris to see if he would take a return or come to some other accomodation. He claimed when the car left here it was in perfect condition this is obviously not true. He lied about the state of the vehicle, and refuses to admit fault. I would not trust this company for anything.

Bought a van from here today, started driving down interstate and the engine blew up. He wouldn’t even let me test drive it long enough and told me it was fine to get on the interstate. I’m a 17 y/o girl trying to buy my first vehicle and he did this there’s no way he did not know. I went back and told him what had happen he told me there is nothing he can do. Would not trust this place. Definitely going to be consequences my parents are not very happy at all. How could you be so dishonest.

I like to use local businesses. Chris knowledgable and had good prices. New tires installed, balanced and completed quickly. Can be busy I called first. I see why they are busy. They also carry decent line of tires and wheels. Plan to use them for my leaking rear axle since I had a positive experience.

They sold us a broken car. They said there was nothing wrong with it, so we bought it and took it to be checked out by our mechanic the next day. Sure enough theres a huge crack in the radiator you would have to be blind to miss if you knew anything about cars. These people are liers. Dont trust them.

I bought 4 tires for my dump trailer and they are beastly tires. Hauling 3 to 4 tons at a time, I have to rely on my trailer for safe arrival. An added plus to the tires they recommend was the ride. It certainly pulls better loaded. Thank you Chris

I took my 03 f150 up there about a year ago cause it showed o2 sensor code. They said it didnt need o2 sensors but a major tune-up. Then after giving them 2200 dollars I get the truck back with check engine light still on. I called up there to tell them that it was still saying same code after driving around 300 miles. The lady said sorry sir that isnt what you brought the truck in for so we have to charge you parts and labor... HOW IS THAT WHEN I TOLD THEM IT WAS THE O2 SENSOR CODE TO BEGIN WITH.

They did my wheel alignment. Explained about other repairs I needed. Very helpful and friendly.

Quick diagnosis of problem, got the part in and repaired my truck within a couple hours after breaking down. I was a long way from home and had been fleeced by other repair shops in the past. I wish the shop were closer to where I live. Steve and James work very well together as a team to handle my problem. The price was fair and they worked hard at staying within my budget. Took my car there a while ago, supposed they will call me and tell me how much was gonna be to repair A/C they never called for that they just called saying my car was ready, we got there and they charge around $2,200.00 dlls. They didn’t fix the problem and also did some other work on my car that I never ask for, plus super rude actitud.

I went there because I heard a couple good things about them, but my experience has been beyond dissatisfied. I purchased 4 new tires, which came with a free alignment. Its been a little over six months and Im having to buy two new front tires, because they either didnt do the alignment or did it wrong. I dont know if the techs there are certified or not, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Bought new tires here abt a year ago..I called ahead to tell them I was coming n b4 work to get one tire fixed that was losing air..when I got there they said it would be over an hour wait..I had to leave so I could make it to work on time. I saw gateway tire and stopped there..biggest mistake I ever made..I told them I needed my rear passenger side tire fixed..the garage guy was a total jerk. It took them forever to supposedly fix my tire and line up my car. He came n there where I was and I heard him say was it the front tire..long story short he didnt fix or look at my tires. I went on vacation to ny to see my son and had a severe blowout on the interstate and almost got killed trying to get over to the side of the road. Guess which tire ut was...the rear passenger tire of course. I went back to gateway and tn tire and thought they would at least reimburse me for the blown out tire..did they, hell to the no!!

My car was towed there after an accident. I had items missing out of my car, by the time I retrieved my items. Beware. Not so honest in my opinion.

This company is a terriable place to get tires or even vehciles fixed do to the fact i had a red dodge they put tires on they constantly lost air brought it back they did not fix the problem second i brought them a tire i needed and stem put on they did it but then i have a then well socket to put my lugs on and they put it on with an impact causeing its not to go on properly and do to that it wobled going down high way broke my truck rear and now have to find a very hard rim to find

Wanna get robbed for crappy work? Have too much money and need a hole to throw it in? Or do you just need someone to direspect you and treat you like you are an idiot? Whichever the case, look no further. 4 brand new tire: not sealed properly, all valves were not installed properly and thus failed, refused to preform a reasonable task of replacing a (1) lug stud without chargeing for a full hour of labor and another 45$ in other mysterious and miscellaneous fees. Yup, bar none the worst place to have a vehicle. Its like birthing a child in a 3rd world country run by drug lords.

I took my vehicle to this place a little over a year ago, because my A/C was blowing heat at random times and then eventually consistently. This shop did basically maintenence to my A/C and later supposedly replaced the blower, charging me almost $600. Despite all the work that was done, the problem was not fixed. My vehicle was brought back later that same week to be checked out and I was later told that the real problem was figured out and it would cost me almost $1,100 to fix it. I didnt go through with the work, because of trust issue from the previous work. I just simply refuse to risk spending approximately $1,700 altogether for a potential failed job.I recently took my vehicle to another shop, six weeks ago to be exact, and that issue that TT&AC wouldve charged me $1,100 to fix, only costed me $270. That work also included correcting a screw up that TT&AC apparently made, when working on my A/C.

5 stars good honest people. Cant ask for better then that.

They charged $426 for a tow bill because they refused to tow it less than 10 mins down the rode to our house towed it to their shop and charged us 30 a day for 2 days then charged to tow it d from their shop to our house. Very slow and unprofessional. could not answer my questions, and did not seem too interrested to give me answers either. when I got tired of waiting I decided to take my car somewhere else. They then tried to void my warranty by calling the company and make stuff up. Luckily I saved my receipts. beware

Dont buy a car from these guys unless you have it inspected by a mechanic BEFORE THE SALE. They were dishonest about the condition of the car and it ended up costing a lot more than expected to fix it.
