It has some good vehicles at times. You just gotta do your homework because some have been in accidents and they are not very forthcoming with that information. Other wise you can find good vehicles just need to know what to look for.

This was easily the most straightforward car purchase Ive ever had. I guess thats the beauty of working with a small, family owned business like Baker Motor. From start to finish, the buying process took about an hour. Thanks to Robert & Pat I have enough space in my new ride for all 3 kids and a gaggle of their friends.

Great service from a small-town country dealer. “Pat” let me test/drive the truck unaccompanied and without pressure. Truck was clean and well represented. We quickly negotiated a fair price on a handshake. Paperwork and vehicle preparation were quickly completed without problems and they arranged for me to handle my own tags in my home county. I purchase many vehicles, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Baker again.

Drove to look at car and they are closed when all info says they are open on Saturday! Poor business practice.

The owner, Robert Pate, is lacking integrity, professionalism, and honesty. Bought a car and had to take it back on three separate occasions to have the same issue fixed. Very simple issue to address, and this was one day after we had bought it. A few weeks later, my wife and I discovered the transmission was going out in the same car. “You should have taken it where I told you to take it.” Was the unprofessional answer we received when questioning Robert about this. (Because we decided to take it to a professional dealer instead.) I will be sure to send folks in a different direction when asked about this dealer. Absolutely terrible.

Very bad customer service, I called to ask about a vehicle and how to get started with them and the guy on the phone cut me off and said they couldn’t help me. No explanation or anything and hung up. Extremely rude

This location is very near my house and had a vehicle we saw online and wanted to test drive. We are in the process of test driving several vehicles much newer than our current cars and are trying to decide on a model. We walked in and asked to test drive the car and we were handed the keys and allowed to go without a salesman in the car. Which was AWESOME. We could speak freely about the car without pressure. When we returned we explained we were not buying that day but trying to understand models and we were given information and left alone. Wonderful wonderful wonderful experience. Would highly suggest to friends.

We just bought a 2004 Pontiac Montana from the wonderful people at Baker Motors. I live in Ohio so I was a complicated case...but Doug and the rest of the guys at Baker Motors took all of the confusion and hassle out of everything. They were honest, kind and considerate. They even drove the van to the airport so we could drive it home from there. And to my surprise, the van even had a full tank of gas. Five stars from me!
