I don’t normally write reviews, let alone bad ones, but this Starbucks has gone down hill quickly. Today was the final straw. Waited inside this Starbucks for nearly 40 minutes, the drive through line that wrapped around the whole building cleared out and filled back up in the time we waited for our drinks, 4 people who came in after us (not mobile orders) got their drinks before we got ours including a Karen who had her drink remade and got the remade drinks before ours were ever brought out. Oh and let’s not forget the 15 minute gap of time between our drinks being given to us. I’d leave no stars if I could

Came in at about 10:45am on 9/14/21 Wonderful place. Great staff. There was a really gorgeous girl named Rachel I think, she was fantastic. Super friendly and easy to talk to, the whole staff was lovely though. Ill definitely be stopping in more often.-Juno Dycus

It is a wonderful stop with my girls. They love finding hidden menu drinks which makes it a fun experience. Their fall drinks are fun and unbelievably good, their pumpkin spice latte is an experience in itself. It is not a daily thing but definitely a great once in a while treat. Their staff has always been helpful and friendly. Their lemon pound cake and pumpkin scones are unbelievable. They also will give your dog a wonderful pup cup

8 people working app said 8-10 minute wait but we are on minute 15 and still no drinks. It isn’t a complicated order either

Everyone that works here is so nice! no matter how busy the drive-thru is or what time of day, they always have my order super fast; I love this location!

I never go here. I chose to, and was looking forward to it. The 1st 2 things I ordered for a meal, they did not have. Staff said due to something that happened to their warehouse. The food was good and the drive through contact female. WAS VERY NICE!

Would not recommend. Had to sit still for five minutes and put my car in park because the employee wouldn’t stop talking to a friend in the car before me. The car was there before I ordered and items were not exchanged the entire time I was there. Just wanted to chat and be on their phone rather than doing their job.

Nice place but there drive thru is so wonkie.

I paid almost $6 for a flipping cup of coffee and it was the worst cup of coffee I have ever had. I took two sips and tossed it. It didn’t have what I asked for and tasted like a cup of scalding milk. Tried to call the location and the number has been busy for 45 minutes. Do yourself a favor and find a real Starbucks. Definitely drive past this one.

I almost never give low reviews. But I graduated to even give this location 3 stars. Unfortunately, this particular Starbucks is struggling. They have one of the greatest store setups with a nice vibe. However they have only made a drink correctly once in the two years Ive frequented it. The nitro cold brew with sweet cream has been made correctly by one barista only. That barista is a shift lead and was very very nice and took pride on her job. Unfortunately she is the only nice barista Ive met there. I WANT to like this location but most of the staff is grumpy, of order customers, do not smile, etc. Store manager never returns calls. Everyone I know has the same experience. More than willing to change my review when they improve.

The line moves quick even when long. The workers always seem to be friendly. There is a guy in particular who is super nice and outgoing, which I always appreciate his cheery mood. Also this location is easy enough to get in and out.

Bought 2 drinks and total was 30 dollars, no problem, well go to pay and hand the lady a 50 and she ask if I had anything smaller, news flash Starbucks, dont charge so much and Id be able to pay with a smaller bill

Would be five stars but just like most drive thru no a days, they dont have any awnings to keep rain from soaking the inside of your car when you order.

I had no idea there was a 24hr Starbucks with an actual drive thru anywhere in the area! I had just come from Gallatin when I saw it listed online and turned right back around! I cant say this will be the store I go to every time I want a coffee, but I know where to go when I dont make it out before the others close now, which happens fairly often, so Ill probably be making this drive pretty frequently. The customer service was awesome and they made my latte perfectly though so it will be worth it!

Literally the slowest Starbucks in the entire middle Tennessee area... Ive never came and not waited atleast 20 minutes in this drive thru, for a company that makes INSANE amounts of money you would think they would be able to hire help!

Love coming here. The girls are always polite and even though they have a long line, they always manage to get people through quickly. These ladies should get paid more.

I ordered online and the pastries are delicious. Online on Google search it says theyre closed at night. They are open 24 hours a day.

Got to have my coffee

This location is the worst of the dozens of Starbucks I’ve visited. Three times I’ve had to return a beverage due to poor quality preparation. Today I ordered a cafe misto and a pikes place, via the app. They made two pike place. How in the world can they put a lab on a cup and sell it to me as nothing close to the order? It also was customized with a shot of espresso and one sugar, which they did not add. The training here must be subpar.

Waited 15 minutes, they forgot my coffee. Not the first time.

They literally take FOREVER to get the drive through moving. Understaffed or under trained- not sure? It’s like a turtle’s pace every single day. Be prepared to sit for 30 minutes minimum every. time.

Very enjoyable and a great atmosphere. Perfect if you need to do some work on a computer or just hang out and drink coffee.

My experience is usually very pleasant however my trip Friday was not. My drink was filled up to the top of the brown cup sleeve, which is annoying because we pay good money for our java. I honestly wonder if this is taught because not filling the cup seems to happen often. And I didnt have any whip. Guess I have to start checking again before leaving the window.

App showed items available, but store was out. Staff very helpful and friendly.

As a caffiend, I drink coffee a latte. And, unfortunately, most places I end up having to roast because they really grind my gears, so to speak. But this Starbucks is the beans.

My Starbucks is closed and had to get my coffee in the Starbucks in the Kroger store. The barista was happy to help and was wearing a mask for her and my safety. Good job!

Like most Starbucks, all efforts are concentrated on the drive through. Twenty humans standing around like lemmings, waiting 30+ minutes for a coffee.

Loved it here! Clean, good staff, great coffee (of course). You can literally order anything you could possibly want when it comes to coffee! I will most certainly be going back here, an especially this location. The staff has always been fun. Highly recommended, A++.

This Starbucks always has a tremendously long line. I am glad for their success but they need to work on there efficiency in my opinion. Interior workers also seem less friendly than other Starbucks.

Its a nice place to unwind after a hard day of work. It has a good atmosphere and I really enjoy the people that wait on me. They have a good teem work going that doesnt skip a beat!

They offer 2 for one deals, then make you wait 30 minutes to get your drink because they dont staff it well enough! Always out of everything, even cups! Need to learn how to order and manage the store! Also get orders wrong too often...

Todays visit was better than expected. At 830 the line in the drive thru was moderate. The order taker was not the greatest, but the girl at the window was very pleasant. Also, todays coffee, Pikes place, was not lava hot. Best experience at this location in awhile.

The service was great, the food was good, and the coffee was adequate. I simply dont care for Starbucks coffee...thats a personal taste, however. I dont think there was anything wrong with it.

This is one of the busiest locations, due to the location and lack of options nearby. However, Im always impressed at how well the staff manages to get it done. I always see smiling faces and often get a new suggestion to try. All around great service, even if you have to wait due to a packed house!

I love Starbucks. I will say this location was not all that great. I noticed quite a few people going behind the counter who were possibly employees but not currently working. They were going behind the counter in tshirts and shorts. Also, there were flies in the food display case. I mentioned it to the girl who took my order and she said that all of that is just display food. I have been to Starbucks before, I know its just a display, I still think its gross to see flies in it. They could just open it and let the flies out. I noticed several peoples orders came out wrong. One guy didnt even get coffee in his iced coffee. Our drinks turned out correct but I was just a little disappointed with this Starbucks.

I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, ordered a grande salted caramel mocha and the cup was not filled up all the way. paid $5.95 to get a not even full cup of coffee. very disappointed!

What can I say? Starbucks has become ubiquitous around the country. In some regions, they seem to have a location on every block. They dark roast the house blend although they do offer a blond roast. My personal preference is the Whole Milk Latte. As far as food offerings, they have pastries, but my personal favorite is the Double Smoked Bacon Egg and cheese sandwich. Its a bit on the dry side, but very tasty. The staff at this location is very friendly and hard working. If you love coffee, youve probably already tried Starbucks, but if you havent, you owe it to yourself to try it, as it has become the quintessential American coffee shop.

Cozy inside, hectic outside. Limited parking with poor parking lot layout. Be careful of patrons attempting to navigate. Good staff, prompt, friendly, accurate service.
