Didnt realize that they had so much furniture! Very nice stuff! Prices are very reasonable.. Always greeted when entering store and friendly staff.

I love Big Lots.The staff is always super friendly and so happy to help you out.I love the quality of products that Big Lots has.The prices at Big Lots are also great.Big Lots even carries Scott Toilet paper.

Its just a typical Big Lots; household products, furniture, bedding, food, etc. However this location did seem a little bare compared to other Big Lots I have been too.

We were happy with our visit. We found an item weve wanted and at a lower price than was available elsewhere. The staff was also very helpful. They got up from what they were doing to help us find the items we were after.

Starting to become expensive and more of furniture store than anything else

I am 61 years old and I have never been to a Big Lots. But I walked into this place and was amazed! the cashier was the friendliest lady Ive ever met! She told me about their Big Lots rewards card before I even got into the store which was very helpful! This is my One Stop Shop every month when I get paid from now on! I will always recommend Big Lots in this location in Gallatin to anybody and everybody I know! Kudos to the Big Lots in Gallatin!

Although it is a discount store, the store is very clean and well organized. Great place to go for household items. Staff is very friendly and well trained.

Store was clean and very orderly. Employees were courteous and helpful. Lots of bargain items. We stop in once every 3 or 4 weeks to see if anything new has arrived. If your looking for bargan items, Big lots is worth the trip!

My Husband and I drove 45 mins away and came to this location to purchase our mattress and box springs simply because the customer service over the phone was superb! Stormi went out of her way multiple times to check things for me and was sooo nice! When we got their the customer service from Stormi and Betty was again superb! They both were so nice and professional we are planning on by passing our local locations and coming back for more furniture when our home is done being built. I recommend this location to the fullest for your big lot needs!

One of the cleanest and best organized Big Lots Ive been in. They have a lot if furniture and outdoor patio stuff also.

Beautiful experience- two sales associates ( both women) help put a box- 5 shelf w/cube in my car. The woman at the cash register friendly/ smile. and she called for assistance for someone to get the shelf.

Its big lots. Standard merchandise. Very clean and organized which is way better than it used to be.

Just not what these stores used to be. Now they seem to primarily be furniture stores.

What can I say? Its big lots. Its what you would expect. Good prices on cheap products. But I dont recommend buying food here. If you do please check the dates. Ive bought to much food way past the expiration date here.

Love it! Youll never know what youll find at Big Lots! I try to go every couple of weeks to find that bargain I never knew I needed!! This particular store is very clean and has a very competent and friendly staff.

Some of the things are good prices some not so much. Just gotta know prices of stuff to make sure u get a good deal. CHECK the dates seen some expired food

Great place to shop if you have time and money

Had a very good experience at the Gallatin Big Lots. Wonderful lady named Betty waited on us and she was the best I have seen. Will be going back again.

I really liked this Big Lots . It was a large, very clean and had a lot of very nice merchandise . The staff was very courteous and friendly.

The store is clean and merchandise is arranged well. The staff has always been willing to assist when needed. Everything is not a great buy, but there are plenty of good deals which will catch your attention.

It had been awhile since I visited a Big Lots. I probably wont go back. It seems ad thought its turned into a Everythings $5.00 store. Other than larger items. Or more specific things. I dont ever see me paying 5 bux for tongs.

Associates are very kind and helpful. The only 2 thing Id like to bring to a managers attention is there was an associate putting up stdock in the H&B Isle so I asked him where I could find mens shaving cream. Instead of helping me he said Its going to be somewhere on this Isle or the next Isle.over after going up and down looking I finally found it on the top shelf. The other was being only 5ft tall Im challenged for things that are on top shelves. I was having trouble reaching a something on the top shelf over in Christmas clearance. A man who was putting up stuff from boxes said excuse me and walked right pass me. I was clearly on my tip toes reaching with my arms and using my finger nails to latch on the box just enough to move it to the edge so it would fall down for me to catch. Clearly saw that I could have really used his long arm and didnt even bother to help me. The associate that checked me out and I saw with other customers was very nice and helpful,
