Sherry is awesome ! Great place to store very clean

We having been looking for storage facilities for when we move and sherry was by far the best person we talked to. She answered all of our questions and was so nice. Sherry was so helpful we k n ow this is the ace we will use when we are ready for our move.

This is a great Storage facility with excellent Housekeeping and security. In addition, the staff is always available either by phone or in person. The attention to customer inquires and concerns are a priority. I recently stopped in for some questions and consultations concerning my units and Monica was all about making sure my needs were addressed and that I was happy with the resolve. Very rude lady named Sherry .Sign said she’d be back at 4. It was 4:30 and nobody was there.I Came back an hour later trying to pay my monthly and she was very rude about it.

When I rented the unit, I found it pretty clean. Monica, The person in the office was nice enough... and helpful. But I have tried 3 times to go in the office during their posted business hours, and it is always closed and locked. The times I attempted entry were: 9:45 a.m., 2:50 p.m., and 3:30p.m. All were different days. I’m extremely frustrated! The 3 stars are for Monica. Where ARE you? Hello????After posting my “only 3 stars” frustrations here, within an hour I received a call from the regional manager. He was apologetic and offered a way to rectify my frustration. I appreciated that he took the time to call. He offered explanations, but bypassed the excuses. It was unexpected and kind. I say the place deserves 5 stars. (Monica, I hope all is well with you and your family...)

This was my first experience with renting a storage unit, and it was a very smooth and simple process. Paula made me feel very welcome, and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. Throughout the entire process, she explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She is definitely a great representative for Public Storage.Now for the bad news. Five months after renting the unit, I was notified that my rent would be increasing to an additional $34 per month. When questioning the substantial increase, I was told that I was paying less than what the unit would currently rent for. When I originally leased the unit, there was a great promotion going on which is why I chose Public Storage. I certainly didnt expect to be gouged a few months later. Now its one year since the first price increase and once again Ive been notified that the rent is increasing again. The new rate will be an additional $38 a month, another huge jump. Once again, I questioned the drastic increase and was given the same pitiful excuse that even with the rent increase I am still paying less than what the unit currently rents for. They definitely lure customers in with a fantastic promotion, but they take advantage of you once youre moved in and settled because they know theyve got you between a rock and a hard place. Beware of a fantastic deal because its definitely too good to be true at Public Storage.

This is the first time renting a storage unit for us, and we were very pleased with our experience. Paula did a great job helping us find the right unit for our needs. We were also happy with the pricing of everything and will definitely recommend Public Storage to our friends and family!

I worked with Brittany when signing up for a storage unit. She was very helpful and patient. Brittany answered all of my questions and was very thorough in going over everything. She even showed me how to use the lock (which is way more secured that using a traditional pad lock) and how to get in and out of the property with the keypad. The storage unit was very clean and overall the premises was clean. Inside of the office was very organized. Although I only need the storage facility for a temporary amount of time, should I need this service in the future I will always go to Public Storage.

We were so pleased to meet Paula when we arrived at Public Storage. Our unit was shown to us before we committed to storing, she explained how secure our possessions would be, which made us feel at ease. Access and security to the unit is perfect and the inside was spotless. Paula helped us with all the paperwork and explained each process in the agreement. Game changer for storage rentals!!! From my Initial phone call with the representative who was very helpful and a follow up phone call from the On-site representatives this is truly the best Place to store your valuables. Bailey was great

I called the main number and I have a unit on hold. I have called and left 3 messages for the manager at that location to call me, so we could set up a time for me to rent & move my stuff in the unit for tomorrow. Which I was told calling the day before would not be an issue to contact them. Needless to say No One has returned my call. I called the main number again stating no one will return my calls and they said they would contact manager to advise them to call me. I kindly told her Thanks but no thanks Because business hours are stated, this is poor customer service and I shouldnt be having issues renting a Unit. I also advised that the reviews on this location; several stated about calling, leaving messages and calls are never returned. Also I seen on reviews that rates are increased quiet often. Right now Public Storage is having a Labor Day Sale on 10X20 for $86.00 mo. (regular rate is $172.00... that is a good deal) BUT main office could not give me a fixed rate of $86.00 mo for any time frame. (6 months, 8 months or 1year) They stated this could increase at anytime. I asked This means I could rent a unit and get a increase of $35 to $40 dollars as soon as 3 mos of renting a unit, right? and the answer was YES that is possible. So, this doesnt sound much of a Sale to me when your rate can increase from $86.00 to $174.00 at anytime. I will be taking my business else where.

Discovered this location as a moving necessity. They have the best prices in the area, and the facility is secure, clean, and accessible.Rachel was kind enough to provide an inspection of the unit before making the checkout process a breeze.Much Satisfied!

Facility is so nice and spacious! I came in a hurry with the need for some boxes. Well, I got what I needed and more! Rachel was awesome enough to give me a discount when I bought 10 boxes which came in handy because I have so much stuff to pack ! This couldnt of came at a better time! I let her know that I was somewhat in a hurry to get it all done before work, and she very politely got me through the process as quickly as possible, while still explaining all of the paperwork and details. Today I got 10 star service I went to this place today telling myself no matter what the price was I was still going to shop around but when I walked into the place a lady named Rachel treated me like family and understood how important my belongings was to me and to hear somebody care for your personal things almost more than you was a plus in my book the best customer service I ever had everything is clean bug free and locked up safe I have a couple friends moving here from Chicago and I will make sure Public Storage in Gallatin Tennessee will be the only place we put our belongings thank you storage thank you Rachel and I dont know who runs this place but you doing some great hiring!!!!!
